We were hoping to get these new designs by the New year. Came back from holiday break with multiple manual emails telling me our order was going to be cancelled if I did not manually want the shirts that I already designed, submitted, approved and paid form. I was extremely confused why the shirts was not started over 10 days. I told them if they were not going to be confirmed and made in the next day, to just cancel the order as our time is important to be going back and forth on emails. We were planning on ordering hundreds more for our 65 other locations. We have ordered cards locally for the last 6 months for our franchises from the Staples website....But with the blatant disrespect of our time..... we are going back to our original vendor for our business needs. Tens of thousands of dollars per year down the drain because of one employee with a bad attitude. Theres too many vendors in the world to work with folks like this. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The lady who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She did not come across as a pushy sales person like you typically find in an environment like this. Cort Furniture sales used furniture that was used in corporate apartments and tends to be about 18 months old. The furniture sales are final which made me a little leery about buying a mattress, but while looking around, the other furniture was beautiful and I would not hesitate on buying there to get a good deal. The also have various art items, paintings, vases, etc. If you are furniture shopping this is a must stop for high quality slightly used furniture.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.

When I got to the check out, the girl had just walked away from her register to go draw a picture on the window with a marker, so I got the pleasure of waiting for her Arts & Crafts time to get over to be able to pay for my stuff and leave, but I lived through the whole ordeal without a verbal altercation, so still like 100x better than the last time I was there. I would go to NO OTHER PLACE to purchase any technical equipment, nor would I EVER go back to the rude folks at Micro-Center where I must carry my computer tower in, leave it for a day or two and then pay for whatever they fixed, but have to drive there and pick it up and then carry it home thus having to put all of the 'wires and cords' back into their proper place on the back of the tower in an attempt to get things up and running again. AM/PM is a Owner Owned business and you get personal service both on the telephone and if you need someone to come to your home or office to fix problems. Further, I would not trust anyone else when purchases my other computer needs. These fellows do not 'over sell' they will sell you that which will fit your needs and future needs. While there are places on the internet one can get quality systems from, I'm a hands on person so I like to go in, check out computers and talk to people while customizing. Moreover, I like to walk around and Micro Center appeals to my inner nerd. So, what does Microcenter offer, well lots of computers, accessories and everything an aspiring nerd needs to enter the digital world in style. If you're a graphical artist, they have drawing tables and stylist, musically inclined they have adapters to cover that too along with software but I encourage research or talking to a sales rep before buying. How about that keyboard that fits those tired hands? I see a dozen options before we even get into the backlit keyboards. Mice with over 20 buttons for those hardcore gamers will also tempt you. How about a laptop for computing on the go? Well that "buying best" place can only dream of as many options. As for me, while I've built my computer before I decided to let MicroCenter take care of it. The installation cost was low and I was able to build my "super computer" for cheap, a warranty and it was done within three days. What was a lot of fun is the saleman and I talked for about 45 minutes about World of Warcraft b/c he's a player as well. Although he did try and sell me a monitor however I have that covered. I did browse the TV section out of curiosity and noticed their prices and inventory are competitive with other stores as well. I'll admit, I love this place and it's my first option when I need a computer. I like talking to people and discussing options rather than grabbing it off a website. Micro Center has an informed sales staff, a lot of inventory and competitive prices for everything you may need, including phones!
