Food was good and it's a bigger place. The waiter was a little harsh toward his fellow employee which was off putting. He was the only negative. It was clean.

Walking in, it is pleasant to see how open, airy and well lit the restaurant section is. The bar area looks very inviting as well. The staff is very polite and we are shown to a booth by the windows. The booths, tables, chairs and floors are all very clean! I really like how clean this is in here, it really makes a good overall first impression. The menu has a nice variety of comfort foods as well as a specialty drinks menu from a full bar. I started with a cup of clam chowder and toasted garlic bread. The clam chowder was outstanding! It was so thick that it was like the consistency of a jam. This was a new one as it was full of potato and clam. The soup was incredibly smooth and creamy yet very thick. There was a light smoky flavor of ham or bacon. The top was sprinkled with a paprika and had a dash of a parsley garnish. The flavor was very rich. I also detected an extremely light sour note as if there might have been a little sour cream added. The toasted garlic bread was very buttery and crisp. It came as four thick slices and was covered with butter and garlic. An excellent dipper for the chowder. These two items alone was enough for a meal. Then we moved on to the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. The Philly was so huge that it couldn't be picked up. It came on a normal hoagie roll but was so packed with an over abundance of ingredients that it had to be eaten with a steak knife and fork. The skirt steak was nicely cooked and sliced thin and there was a lot of it. There was also a nice amount of red and green bell peppers and onions. The only thing for me was the cheese. It was more of a Queso Cheese sauce, not the usual choice of provolone, swiss or others. The queso poured over the top was a little on the runny side, the flavor for me didn't quite match the profile of what I expected. Still, it was a generously large portioned sandwich and overall it tasted pretty good. There was also a BLT on some very well toasted thick sliced bread. It had a generous amount of bacon, as in a lot of bacon! The shredded lettuce was also a generous amount and the tomatoes were fresh.

Food coma! Can't go wrong with platter & BLT. Fried onion rings are on point! Went here based on reviews & place Don't disappoint. Chicken tenders were ok, but the fries are on steroids! Service was great, had young & activated well tuned servers.

The chilled Dungeness crab was very good and tasty. No need to add anything! The fresh shucked oysters were tasty and fresh and clean. The crab dip was exceptionally good with chucks of crab meat to eat with the fried won ton chips & crackers. The ceviche was okay and also the spicy shrimp salad. The clam chowder was very good and flavorful and it was okay on the thicker side, came out nice and hot not warm. My wife had the Halibut & garlic fries which the French fries were very tasty and crispy and the halibut was great with a lightly breaded batter. Service was great and waiter was friendly Restroom they have 1 on the 1st floor and another one on the 2nd floor to be shared by both men & women. Restroom was clean only thing with the amount of customers they can accommodate you most likely have to wait to use the restroom. As a pro tip, you should always order a side of sliced sourdough bread to go with it; it is the perfect pairing for that creamy goodness. For beverages, they have about a dozen flavored sodas to choose from, and I always get the Cherry Bomb from that list. Other favorites from their menu are the oyster shooters, their famous popcorn shrimp, and The Crew Share. Service is always quick and friendly, whether you are dining in or ordering for takeout. The location offers a variety of seating, including cozy indoor options as well as side and front patio seating for when the weather is nice. If you want to take the experience home, they also have fresh steamed Dungeness crab and a wide variety of other seafood for sale to go as well! The crew share comes with 2 pieces of halibut, 2 prawns, 2 scallops and 2 oysters and fries for $34. It had the smallest portions of halibut. I had planned to split it with my husband but just gave it to him. The salad was watery at the bottom and very mid. They gave us one napkin for everything and not enough sauces or salad dressing. They charge a 15% gratuity for pickup orders and I didn't know that until after I added a tip so they got a fat tip for a pickup of very subpar food. Total bill came to $80. I feel scammed. I used to love visiting here when we have come this way but maybe they got new owners? Just seemed to skimp at every corner. If you want great seafood go south across the bridge to South Beach Fish Market. We got a plate there comparable to the crew share for $24 and it was 10x better.

First, it was noticed that you are no longer able to make reservations unless it is a party of 7 or more. That was unusual and thought the cause sure to peak summer travel. In the past, it was piping hot served in a chafing style manner. While the chafing was there, in no way was that to get it to a piping hot temperature as served previously. Lastly, the dessert, again a staple when at Georgie's the Marionberry cobbler changed from previous offerings. Overall, Georgie's has a special place, however, the changes concern the level of quality menu items. I hope this feedback helps as Georgie's has been a gem for years and one of a kind on the coast. it would be very disappointing to see a downward level of food quality and service. The views are amazing; however, it did not pair with quality food and great service it would be no different than any other locale with ocean views.
