It caused me to do something I never do.....I sent it back. . The shrimp po' boy was just as greasy but my wife felt bad for the waitress, tried to eat it but wouldn't send it back. The potato dippers were room temp. The waitress was very nice, understanding and offered to make things right. They took the fish and shrimp were taken off the bill and she offered to have the kitchen remake the order, which I declined. The sushi roll was great so at least 1 item hit the mark. Overall not a good experience and really disappointed that at no point did anyone from management come over to discuss our issues. They were not busy and not sure what issues they were having in the kitchen but WOW!!! Such a difference between our first visit and today. Not sure we will be back and hope anyone else that try's this place has a better experience than we did. So at the end of the meal we asked the waitress if there was a manger on site to which she replied there was and would she like if we wanted to speak with them. I asked if they were aware of our issues to which she replied "yes". I told her there was no need since management was aware but had no desire to come out and attempt to address the issues. Goes to a lack of management skills and overall no concern about the customer or the quality of their food. Leaving hungry, disappointed and perplexed. Really hate it for the wait staff since they have no control over a dysfunctional kitchen and management team.
