Thank you, ORW team! I'm so happy with my suspension upgrade with a 3-inch lift. It was a pleasure working with Mo, who took the time to explain the best option for my 4Runner, and a big thank-you to Charles for the excellent installation! The ride quality is fantastic, and the lift looks amazing. It was absolutely worth the drive from OC. I'll definitely be coming back for more mods. Highly recommend! read more

Off Road Warehouse - Bilstein 6112/5100 shocks Icon delta upper control arms Rear icon 2" coils - Tires Near Me - Escondido, California

Took my truck here last year for alignment. Asked the shop to mount my shock reservoirs and tighten shock mounts, upper control arms, and lower control arms. I believe the lower control arms would be tightened because that is part of how alignment is adjusted with the Raptors. On top of the alignment, they tried charging me 1 hour of labor for each individual task. So what went from $240 alignment turned to $1100 bill. Completely irrational considering the added requests were maybe 30 min worth of labor. They tried charging me to insert a heim joint that they sold me the wrong part for originally so I couldn't insert myself. So after a long argument we settled around $700. Still ridiculous. Recently took my truck to another shop to get my alignment done again. The shop owner informed me that all my lower control arm bolts were loose. I'll never take my truck back to OFW again. I'll warn everyone to stay away. Horrible business read more

I scheduled a very simple service and they screwed it up every step of the way. I needed new rear shocks and asked them to lube my icon suspension. Apparently icon sent them the wrong shocks. Orw called me back and said " oh we should have offered this before, we can rebuild your old shocks." I said great go ahead and do it. They quoted me $20 dollars less than the brand new shocks for a rebuild. I laughed and explained that the ones they are rebuilding have 100k miles on them. We agreed on a better price. They called me back said they didn't have the parts and had to wait for them from icon. They had my truck for 5 days and when it was ready they said " oh we never got the parts from icon, turns out we had some parts that would work that we didn't see before and it's not your suspension joints it's your leaf springs" They did not lube suspension as asked, that suspension needs lubricant every 5k, you can hear it the second you step on the running board to get in and I'm sure they just made something work with non specific parts they had at the shop for the rebuild. Will not be going back read more

Unreal knowledge by techs and sales team. Great feedback and saved me a costly assumption. Not the cheapest in the business, but neither is my truck. 10/10 read more

They did some work on my truck (suspension and tire) Overall experience was "Mehh" it honestly felt more of a transaction. Quality of work: Great! The techs def knew that they were doing. read more

A while back I ordered some suspension components like bilstien 5100s and skyjacker springs for my ranger. I worked directly with the manager Jorge. I'm new to trucks and he walked me through plenty of options and took a look at my original set up to ensure we got the right components (mine had a very old lift kit already installed). My old shocks were so old they were superseded YEARS ago! These guys typically work on significantly nicer vehicles than mine but I still got great service regardless. I'll be back again in the future, thank you Jorge for your communication and effort read more

I ordered a new mount for my Xterra ARB bumper from Off-Road Warehouse two weeks ago (Bumper Mounting Kit 6172557). At the time of purchase, the item was listed on their website as available for immediate shipment. After not receiving any updates for more than a week, I made several attempts to check on the status of my order. On two separate occasions, I was told that the order was being processed and that someone would get back to me shortly with an estimated shipping timeline. No one ever followed up. Today, I called again. When the customer service representative offered to contact the supplier and email me an update, I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had already been given the same assurance twice without any follow-up. To his credit, he contacted the supplier while I was on hold and finally discovered that the item was actually backordered, with an estimated shipping delay of three to five months. This information should have been communicated from the beginning. Instead, I spent two weeks chasing updates and repeatedly receiving inaccurate information. What a waste of time. I requested a refund and hope that process will be handled more efficiently than the order itself. read more

My experience at ORW was what I expected. I dropped my truck off in the morning and then I picked it up later in the day with the running boards and tonneau cover installed. Service was excellent! Staff was super friendly!! When I do not want to do the work myself, I take my trucks to ORW! My only gripe, no free coffee :) read more

Thanks you to Garrett and the Off Road Warehouse for an amazing experience and customer service. Great folks. Awesome price, excellent service. Anytime I need anything for my truck, that is where I am heading.

What a joke...I ordered a switch mounting bracket on 5/23/25 online for store pickup (shipping to my house was almost as much as the part). In the confirmation email it stated I should be contacted by someone within 1-2 business days, being that it was a Friday, and the following Monday was a holiday, I gave them some time. When I hadn't heard from anyone by Thursday 5/29/25 I called the store. After a brief hold I spoke with an employee who took down my email address and assured me that I would be contacted the following day with some information regarding my order. The following day, they made no attempt to contact me. Fast forward to the following Monday, 6/2/25, still hadn't heard from them, so I called again. This time I was placed on hold for about 10 mins and told I was the next customer in line. An employee came back on and asked to take down my phone number to call me back so I didn't have to sit on hold. A full 2 hours later I finally got a call back! This time, the employee told me that he would email the supplier and get back to me. The next day, 6/3/25, I called again after not hearing back from them, and due to a lack of confidence that they would even get back to me. This time, an employee put me on hold and actually called the supplier (was this an option the whole time?) I was told that the item was coming out of Washington, and provided with a tracking number, and that the item would be in the store by Friday, 6/6/25, a whole 14 days after the order was placed. I understand that sometimes items are manufactured to order, or out of stock, and I am unaware if that was the case here, but the key to ORW's failure here is a negligent lack of communication. An email confirming shipping or status, or a simple phone call could have avoided the confusion and frustration that I faced trying to figure out where the part was, and when I could expect it. Needless to say, I cancelled my order, which was realistically the smoothest part of my entire experience with this company. read more

ORW did a huge update 25 years ago on my then new Wrangler, suspension, rails, racks, everything. She's old but still gets compliments. Now at 73, I bought a new pink Jeep. Needed side steps that would be good quality and accommodate my disabled dog. Garret was amazing, he literally zeroed in on the perfect set in a minute. Got them installed yesterday and love them. The whole process was easy and great. Love this place! read more

All of the guys in the shop are very helpful. Mods are always done on time or early. I had only one issue with the shop and it was not thier fault, it was a bad part and ORW immediately replaced the part free of charge. Beat the heck out of my truck and nothing they have installed has failed. read more

I have done a bit of business over the past 20 years having owned a couple of Jeeps (TJ and JK) and will always continue to do so. Six months ago I bought a new 2022 Trail Boss to replace my lifted 2010 Silverado. I love the TB, but as popularity grew, I noticed seeing a lot more of them. I decided to finally do something to set mine apart from the rest, so headed to ORW. I always wanted bronze Method MR312's on my old truck, so I went in already knowing what I wanted. Enrique addressed what I wanted and put a quote together very quickly to include the rims and new tires since my factory ones were pretty loud on the freeway. The rims and tires showed up a couple days later and ORW were able to get everything set up for me the next day. Although I haven't owned a Jeep in 10 years or so, ORW will continue to be my go-to place for truck and off-road parts. Friendly service, competitive prices and easy to work with. Thanks again Enrique and ORW staff! read more

Originally quoted me for tie rod ends on my jeep, left a deposit and they called me a few hours after i dropped it off telling me the tie rod ends were just fine and it only needed something tightened in the rear suspension. Refunded me my deposit and sent me on my way. I was blown away at the honesty. They fixed the issue. Only place i will ever take any of my trucks. read more

I had such a great experience at this place. I am a new jeep owner and they offered me a free inspection the same day. Once that was complete, they gave me a print out of suggested work that needed to be done and provided a detailed quote for parts and labor. Wonderful customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable. read more

Two stars because the end product is nice. The rest was less than desirable. While the staff at Off Road Warehouse may be friendly, their project management leaves much to be desired. My experience was riddled with issues, including incorrect parts being ordered, essential components overlooked, subpar workmanship, and scheduling missteps--such as assigning work to days when the only qualified mechanic was unavailable. Most frustrating was being told my vehicle was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find that the work hadn't even started. The entire process felt chaotic and uncoordinated. What was supposed to be a straightforward, day-and-a-half job turned into a three-week ordeal involving multiple visits and constant follow-ups. I've never had to put in so much effort to oversee a project I was paying a premium for. If you have the time, expertise, and patience to micromanage every detail, this place might work for you. Otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable service. read more

First time using offroad warehouse for anything besides parts. Had them put springs on my truck and they chipped my wheel. Didn't bother to tell me and there no way that the tech didn't notice as im not driving some beat up piece of trash. The back lips of my wheels are totally trashed after it looks like 1 guy banged them around 20 times trying to fit them on without protecting the finish. cant trust them to do the right thing so I definitely wont trust them to work on things i cant see ever again. read more

I just had work done on my second truck yesterday. The first was a Ford F150 many years ago (a complete suspension lift) This time was a Toyota Tacoma. Fernando helped me out when I ordered all of my parts and the Manager (My apology for forgetting your name) helped me yesterday when I dropped my truck off for the work. Without making this post really long winded I will just say both Fernando and the Manager were great to work with. read more

I can only speak to online orders that you ship to store for pick up; I would steer clear. Called in before ordering online, was given two day estimate for it to be ready for pick up so I make online order. Four days later I call in and am given no update (had to cancel my appointment with my mechanic). Following week I call back and am told they will call manufacture then call me back; no call back. Today, call in to cancel order because I bought and received already from somewhere else. Am told part is in which I find weird because I never got a call or email indicating this. Asked for the refund and am told I need to read them my credit card number. Couldn't do that because I was driving. Was told they would contact IT and call me back; still waiting for that call.... Strange a company of this size wouldn't have any automated email alerts to let you know part is ready for pick up. Even stranger they supposedly don't have a centralized computer system to simply process my refund to the card I ordered it on. read more

I feel lucky to have found this shop after my front right shock blew out on me on highway 395 driving home from Mammoth. Yes, I hit a dirt road but that's what you do with your truck. Nester helped me from start to finish on what I needed done on my vehicle. They pointed out other issues then what I came in for in the area I had damage, they got it done in the same day with a fair price. From front office to back shop this place is the "go to " place. Came by today to shop for "in stock" auxiliary fuse blocks. ORW delivers...again. Thanks to Gino at the counter for the great customer service and free ORW sticker. Always good to see Ken, we had fun reminiscing about the STAUN deflators I bought here about 8 years ago. Wish ownership would bring back the calibration tank to this location, just another reason to stop here and spend my hard earned money. Can't believe they just charged me $165 for an oil change. Markup was 100% over retail for the oil and filter (for example they charged me $56 for 5 qts of Mobil 1 synthetic and same oil is $27 at Walmart). ORW probably gets it for even less than that buying wholesale! They then charged an hour for labor at $70 when an oil change takes half an hour tops. Even the dealer looks like a steal for an oil change. My last oil change at the Toyota Dealer was $68...10 months ago. I know there has been inflation but not 3x the cost. Loved the service I got at a very fair price for my tires and lift so I took the salespersons advice and went to them for my next oil change...big mistake.
