I chose ITH because of the affordability compared to other companies. While Ignacio was very nice…read moreand walked me through everything, his group made some errors. One was very big. The main seam down the middle was done very bad in which i believe he noticed right away so his crew re did it. When they re did it, they left nail heads an inch above ground. This caused my son and I to keep stepping on them. He came back to hammer them in but now the seam showed terribly again. This led me to believe the high nail heads were intentional to fluff the turf to correct the mistake. Now the seam is very visible and they have stated they can't do anything to fix it. The second issue I noticed was the scratches in the sidewalk his crew left. My driveway cement already isn't the nicest so it doesn't matter to me too much, but this could be a bigger issue to someone who has a nicer driveway. There are some issues with the old brick they expanded from and attached the turf too. Now needs to be re grouted/re bricked. Although Ignacio was very kind, I would have paid a bit more in hindsight to have a nicer job done. I've attached pictures of the main seam.

ITH came over and listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! We have nice, new, beautiful 3,000psi concrete patio and some marathon 2 sod installed perfectly! I loved they were able to create the little curve, and planter spaces along the edge with bend a board. They tapered the land and concrete so no water pools anywhere. The sprinkler system is in great working order. We are forever thankful for their professionalism, respect to our property, immediate response time, and hard work and dedication! They were on time and such a wonderful group of workers. When they say they will finish part ABC on X Day they mean it! I'd give them 6 stars if we could! We also asked them to kill and grade everything in the front as my wife and I will do the front yard ourselves. They easily took out all the debris and weeds. What a relief it was to know ITH are certified, insured, and LEGIT!! We thank Ignacio, Monica and the team. You won't be disappointed. Check out our before and after photos and see for yourself!

They went above and beyond what I expected; they even put in a drain hole to address my concern for any pooling of water due to the shape of my lawn. Recently he's been threatening me because I didn't want his service anymore and he was afraid of reviews. I think that I will have to notify the police of the situation In case of any negative situations. I have cameras everywhere, but just in case. He's NOT an honest man. His service used to be good, but not anymore. We established in the beginning what needed to be done and the price...but those basics are not getting done anymore. After almost 2 years EVERYTHING IS severely lacking. He only mows the lawn and we have to beg and plead to trim bushes etc......for what we're paying it's just not worth it. He likes to remind me that he only charged me for part in a sprinkler system. I would have gladly paid him labor but he said it was a ' favor' . If I thought it wasn't going to be done properly, I would have preferred to pay. When my family came to visit, the yard was NOTICEABLY poorly cared for. I WAS EMBARRASSED!!! Why? because they failed to mow or tend to the trees and scrubs . At the time I was in poor health yet and still I've had to trim trees and scrubs and still have to pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! HE was angry because I didn't want his service anymore more and he kept threatening me if I left a bad yelp review, so he wrote: ( mind you this is the man that LIES about everything) ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" AND: ~"You better pay or I'll call collections "His workers scraped up and threw away the landscaping rocks because they didn't feel like sorting out the seeds that fell into them. I asked WELL IN ADVANCE, suggesting that they either replace them or I could take it out of the bill..... weeks in advance. Mind you, he's paid under the table ... I have proof. He was concerned about ICE and I told him not to worry that he could stay here awhile etc.. ~"if you post on my page ( YELP)I will take you to court for employee abuse and for making threats-because you *are* threatening me by saying that if I don't do what you want, you'll leave comments." ~Yesterday, I spent money on gas and paid a helper to fetch stone, and I gave it to you as a bonus just to make you happy. But even that wasn't enough. Reminder, HIS EMPLOYEES THREW THE OTHERS, but he was given the option, if I buy them I'll have to pay shipping, if you choose to bring them ..... you won't. ~"you. Be careful-l am a child of God and His servant. Be careful, because my Father might punish you for what you're doing!" But he constantly lies! You'd think we would have developed a relationship by now but not true. He wrote me a note detailing all FIVE XTRA Things that he's done over a 2 year period. Since he's NOT an honest man, I could guess at least some of it's true....it's NOT. His workers used to come at a decent time of day. Now they come late and stay 45 minutes at most I have been I poor health lately yet and still | have to trim and pick up what is CLEARLY BLOWN trash!!! See pictures I'd rather pay and get it done correctly than half done for FREE! I've caught him in so many lies. He won't answer texts or phone calls. So if I need something done or have a concern.....l can never get in contact.. UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH GETTING HIM PAID. He likes to remind me about that one time he cut down a bush but forgets that he's being paid $100 per visit JUST TO MOW THE LAWN!

Of all the people I spoke with, Victor seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had a sensible plan to cut around the base of the tree and to install a drip line to give the tree the water it needs. Given Victor's expertise as a a certified arborist, I also asked him about the soil in our backyard and the two fruit trees in our front lawn which struggled to grow and did not have any fruit. Victor said that he and his team could re-condition the soil and install a new, more efficient drip irrigation system for a reasonable price. He also offered to edge the two fruit trees in front and to amend the soil so that the trees did not compete with the lawn free of charge.
