Odell's is something Denver has that I have yet to find in other cities. Whoever thought of this sushi/bagel concept is a genius. I came on a Sunday morning and the wait wasn't too long. Whatever the wait is, it's worth it. The cashier was so helpful in pairing the bagels with the fish we picked out for our order. Unfortunately, they were out of the hamachi so I'll def have to come back for it. The furikake bagel is just so dang good! It pairs well with all of the fishes. My favorite has to be the ikura and tuna poke. 10/10!

Sushi bagels? Yes please! I saw the ikura picture from Instagram and have been craving it ever since! It was so fresh and delicious, plus the wasabi toppings - worth the drive over. I was also really impressed by the furikake bagels! Had to get a half dozen to go (2 furikake, 2 everything, 1 blueberry). The SEC sandwich was also good but I think I would choose a different bagel instead of the everything bagel. It was pretty dry. Not sure if you were able to add cream cheese but I ordered so fast I didn't know. It's one of those places that I really enjoyed that I'm already thinking about going again - like tomorrow! Haha Street parking! There are lots nearby but I'm not sure if they are pay-to-park or for those businesses only.

SOLID fresh bagel! Ordered half nova lox and half pastrami lox on an everything bagel. Came on a Sunday morning w a bit of a line- to be expected- but food came out reasonably quick. I wish there was a bit more outdoor seating but overall very good experience. We wanted to also try the jam bagel but it was solid out which was a bummer..

This is the most impressive bagel spots I've visited. The texture of the bagel itself is not what wowed me but rather all the flavors. You can get two different bagel halves which I appreciated so I tried the tuna poke and the rhubarb marmalade with ginger, both of which have cream cheese as a base. The tuna poke was so fresh and the rosemary bagel was truly loaded with rosemary. The rhubarb jam was deliciously sweet, there was a generous amount, and I loved the ginger on top. I highly recommend looking at the menu ahead of time because it can be a bit overwhelming with all the options and even on a weekday there was a lineup mid morning. There is limited seating: one 4 person table inside, counter seating and 2-3 tables outside. I have heard some individuals complain about the price but I would easily pay $10 for that tuna poke bagel half any day which is a hearty meal on its own.

Odell's Bagel is seriously my favorite spot! I ordered a rosemary bagel with salmon roe, pastrami and whitefish, all with cream cheese and they were fresh! The bagel was warm and perfectly toasty. Everything tasted delicious and the flavors worked so well together. I especially loved that they added lots of dill!! I was a little sad the hamachi had run out, but honestly this is as close to a New York-style bagel as it gets! I've definitely come here multiple times and will keep coming back. Highly recommend if you're craving a really good bagel!

Favorite bagels in Denver! If I lived closer to Odell's, I fear I'd gladly be here everyday. The fish here is so fresh and almost melts in your mouth. I appreciate that they don't skimp on the toppings/herbs and the cream cheese is utter perfection. Also, their evening omakase sushi experience is amazing! I think about the strawberry brioche French toast that I had here at least once a week. They do often sell out of bagels often so make sure you go early!

I was excited to try this place and even more excited that it wasn't too busy due to the Farmers Market. It's a small place but there is some bar seating, a few tables both inside and out. Everyone is really friendly and the orders come out fast. The bagel sandwiches are really good.

I used to say Odell's was indisputably the best bagel in Denver given how fresh their seafood tastes (particularly their white fish and hamachi - which is flown in from Japan). However, not sure if my most recent Japan trip has me a little biased but the hamachi was good not great but the whitefish was a letdown as it was too salty.

All the elements tasted fine, but didn't quite meet my expectations... The ratio seemed off on the sandwich, plus it was pretty pricey...

Service with a smile & patience as it was our first time. There was a line that moved quickly so our wait for the food was pretty quick. Dined outside. We all enjoyed all six bagels. To most favorite was whitefish & hamachi on a rosemary bagel.

Small bagel counter shop - not much room for seating but can easily take to go. If you like fish their unique open face bagels sandwiches are a must! The register attendant wasn't rude but she def wasn't personable or friendly- luckily this wasn't enough to knock off a star in the total rating of this place. Had the tuna poke and pastrami lox on furikake bagel = so good. The tuna poke was incredibly fresh and cut to order, but the pastrami lox stole the show for me! The flavors and ingredient portions were perfection. Also ordered a basic egg, bacon and cheese on an everything bagel sandwich - the bacon could have been crispier but it was a still solid brekkie sandwich, however, I would not choose it over the other two we had. I really wanted to try their bagel plus house made plum jam and we didn't learn until at the register that they are out of jam until the next seasonal one can be made (citrus base of some sort), bummer for timing I guess. Snagged seats at the bar where you can watch the cooks at work - cutting up fish with precision and fresh made bagels in a variety of flavors. Word is they offer limited dinner dining at the counter as well which I am intrigued to try. Overall, I plan to return!

Found my new favorite bagel spot in town! It was crowded so come prepared to wait in a line. Service was quick and at 1pm they were still preparing fresh bagels. The inside is small but has bar and (one) table seating. I tried the NovaLox sandwich and couldn't recommend it more. Excited to try more off this menu!

Hands down one of the most unique and thoughtful dining experiences I've had in a long time. Odell's Bagel omakase completely redefines what you think a bagel experience can be -- elevated, intentional, and absolutely delicious. Every course was a surprise and delight. Here's everything we had: Zensai: * Bagel flower pickled onion, cured tomato, black olive powder, caper leaf Raw: * Kampachi - Trout Roe - Shiso * Scallop - Green Almond - Plum Chilled: * Asari Clam - Dashi Tomato Grilled: * Veggie Bowl - Grilled Zucchini - Sesame Yuzu Broth Nigiri Sushi: * Bagel - House-Smoked Salmon * King Mackerel - Wasabi Leaf * King Salmon - Pickled Onion * Amberjack - Ginger * Miso Cured Foie Gras * Tuna - Caviar - Scallion Donabe: * Local Mushroom - Shiso - Cured Yuba - Summer Truffle White Miso Soup Dessert: * Strawberry Ginger Sorbet - Yuzu Crumble Even the beverage pairing was spot on, with a Strawberry-Rhubarb Shochu Highball and natural wine selections from Gérard Boulay and Clemens Busch. Every dish felt thoughtful, seasonal, and balanced. 10/10 recommend if you want a culinary experience that's cozy, unexpected, and beautifully executed

I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles from the crew and my eyes were in awe by the colorful retro-style decor. Totally unique and I'm loving it- I don't get much of this aesthetic back home haha Sun City: 10/10 -Trust me, you'll get a cheese pull upon opening the wrapper. Pastrami was the meat of choice. The saltiness from the pastrami paired perfectly with the eggs and melty cheese! The hot honey made the sandwich well-balanced with sweetness too. I'll definitely order this again, but try it with their other bagel options (i.e., Maple Salt & Pepper). Better than your standard bagel sandwich. They had Mother's Day special menu items such as strawberry cheesecake cream cheese and blueberry cinnamon rolls!
