My husband got the Jasmine Green Milk Tea $6.50 (floral) plus Jasmine Silk Boba $1. His preference is 50% sweetness with less ice (5 pieces). I like to savor my drink over a few days. The jelly based bobas hold up well in the fridge (compared to the black sugar boba which harden). Fyi: 1) Satisfaction guaranteed! This encourages customers to try new offerings on the menu with no risk! In the past, I got 0% sweetness, and it didn't taste good so they gladly remade the drink for me! I'm thinking we're already starting off on the wrong foot paying for a nonorganic substitution. There is a screen with countdown times, which put our drink at 14 minutes to service. So we're away for 4 minutes and come back. Timer is still counting down. A few others have their drinks called out. Apparently our cold drink was warming there when we walked in. We finally go up since our timer says 'almost done'. And she hands us the drink that has been sitting there for 10 minutes while other names have been called. Why have a screen with a timer if it's not accurate or the employees aren't using it? She turns to remake my daughter's drink - I would have been happy with an apology, but no one offered it. I was shocked when she remade it, it took 30 seconds! Then why the long wait times? I'm not a milk tea fan but I love Odd One Out! I normally will order a fruit tea at boba shops and Odd One Out has the best fruit teas. The yuzu osmanthus silk boba is amazing. Hokkaido soba: 4/5 like a roasted oolong or barley milk tea. Solid and strong. Jade Oolong: 3/5 tastes like Jasmine and Oolong had a baby. Very strong. Yuzu Osmanthus: 4/5 it's good but not as good as torotea's. Yuzu could be a little stronger. Chai ABC: 2/5 I think maybe they should rename this to a chai lite. I came in and there was no line so I was able to order my drink right away. I settled on their seasonal Yuzu Apple Shiso drink and it was so refreshing. Ohh highly recommend the Jasmine "boba", the texture is more like jelly than boba. Service was quick and the cashier was sweet, she helped me decide on what drink to get.
