My in laws highly…read morerecommended this company as they had their hardwood floors redone, but by the original owner I scheduled a date for the hardwood floors to be refinished with the new owner (son of original owner) via text message. I was pregnant and we were moving so it was important things get done on time. I ended up going into labor the day before the floors were supposed to be refinished. My father in law called to confirm for us that the floors were getting done the next day, and the new owner said he had in his appointment book a different day (even though I have a text message stating differently). The floors are terrible. They were supposed to do multiple coats and if that is the case, they wouldn't be so easily scratched. The floors were only redone 2 months ago and these are solid wood floors. Already there are scratches and all of our furniture has pads on them to prevent scratching. I regret using this company and when there was the scheduling conflict, I should have gone with a different company. I highly doubt multiple finishing coats were put on and am very pissed I am going to have to get these floors done again in the near future. STAY AWAY - WASTE OF MONEY

But the finished floors were the star of the show! The floors look new. Not repaired, not improved - NEW.
