You order, they ask you to take a seat, and they'll bring it to you. What a nice little touch. I ordered the classic flight and here's my review on each from least favorite to favorite. - strawberries and cream: very standard latte and the strawberry puree fell to the bottom. Stir it! - golden mocha: it's delicious but oh so sweet. - cocomel latte: perfect amount of sweetness with a nice coconut flavor. - white chocolate mocha: I didn't think I'd like this the best but I do! Probably one of the most white chocolate taste in a latte I've ever had. It's a little sweet for my personal liking but having it next to the golden latte kind of toned it down.

They gave me great suggestions on what to order, and I decided on the pumpkin matcha latte! I've never heard of that specialty matcha before. It is unique. Beyond the food itself, I really appreciated their mission of trying to help food truck businesses start up and the work they do within the community, including providing free pizza nights to the surrounding neighborhood. I came near closing, but service was still awesome. The lady behind the counter was super patient with me as I scanned the menu and tried to figure out what I wanted to order. I was dinner so I opted for a Birria burrito, then added on a Birria taco and a carne asada taco. There were two people ahead of me so my food was a little slow to come but I tell ya: it was worth the wait. My picture doesn't really do this justice. The burrito is fucking huge. One of the biggest I've ever had. I wish I knew how big it was ahead of time, cause I would not have ordered the tacos. Or maybe I would have cause the tacos were chonky and so damned good too. Going back to the birria burrito.. wow. It was packed full of birria with some rice and beans. The ratio is AMAZING for us meat lovers. I could only stomach half the burrito, plus the two tacos. Was able to save the other half for lunch tomorrow. Still super duper tasty. The birria was very very juicy and tender flavorful. Lord, mouth is watering just thinking about it. The other amazing part? The PRICE. That giant birria burrito was $11.99. I defy you to find a place with a better price to portion ratio than this. Especially in this economy. I'm definitely coming back, cause apparently the other burritos are even BIGGER according to the staff. Price, taste, quantity. Can't be beat. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you skip this spot. Or maybe skip it, so they don't get overhyped and jack up their prices. (yeah, I'm a little selfish XD)

My lasted venture with their eats happened at High and Dry Brewing. It was my first time at the brewery so I was happy to see a familiar food truck when I walked up. It was the one year anniversary of High and Dry so it was a perfect day for them to post up. I know that I like their chicken bite but I wanted something different and opted for the California Chicken sandwich. Upon first glance it looked pretty basic but I was very pleasantly won over by the sandwich after the first bite. Yes, it this is a fried chicken breast, but it is very lightly battered/breaded and is cooked perfectly! The chicken is soft and moist not hard and dry. It is also not a dainty sandwich, filled with cheese, avocado, mustard, pickles, tomatoes and onion so make sure to get a napkin. I cleaned my plate. Cajun fries and all. I'm looking forward to the next time I happen across the Blazin Barn. I want to try something else from their menu....if I can refrain from ordering the California Chicken again.

They responded really quickly and explained that they take precautions in the kitchen and that the chicken and french fries are cooked in dedicated fryers that do not contain gluten. We were really excited to give them a try! We went for dinner tonight, and they were pretty busy. The person taking our order was really nice. I let him know that I have a gluten allergy, and he made sure to mark it on our ticket. I ordered the gluten-free Nashville chicken sandwich with french fries, and my husband got the open-face Nashville with fries. Mine was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the gluten-free bun was actually really good, and the fries were great too. My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. They have a nice little area where you can sit and eat. While we were eating, the owner came out and checked on everyone to see how their food was. He was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed happy that we enjoyed everything. We had such a great experience, this is definitely a place we'll be going back to!

Even though it is a food truck, it has a good seating space with good shade. The service was good, especially when the cook brought our food, personally. They were even concerned that our food was going to be too spicy . Speaking of the food, I ordered the Korean Chicken Boss and the Hellfire Crunch sandwiches with fries. The Korean was a bit tangy and a bit sweet with a good piece of perfectly breaded chicken. The Hellfire was a bit spicy but not overwhelming. Both were messy but it can be contained if you are skillful. The fries were crispy and quite good Overall, I was glad we finally found No Mames, as they made us feel quite welcomed and their food was quite good. I'm so glad I finally got to check this place out after all these years of living here. The store is in an industrial area, and looking from the road, you can definitely miss it if you blink. It looks a lil sort of like a hole in a wall place and I wasn't even sure it was open by looking from the outside even! But...I did park in the back and checked out the shop! I opted for Loco Moco with overeasy egg, soda and got 2 spam musubi to go. I must say the food hit the spot for me. I hadn't had Hawaiian food for close to 10 years now so it was really nostalgic savoring this thing again. The spam musubi was also great though on a pricy side..but hey..once in a while, it's good to treat yourself with yummy things! The staff there were both friendly. They ended up chatting with me most of the time since when I stopped by it wasn't busy with the crowds. I also learned they do have food truck offerings at events at Hyder Park on select days, too! Just the only things I wished they had some other things like guava cake and mochiko chicken that I really missed too though!

It was awesome and made just right! So why the 2 stars??? It started off with so much potential, then quickly went downhill. I was happy to see they offered delivery, and so I ordered and looked forward to some ono grinds (good food). When I got the delivery and opened the container, my first reaction was "WHAAAAAATTT?????". This was NOT katsu! It was mushy chicken teriyaki-ish swimming in sauce, mac salad that was masquerading as local mac salad, and overall just a container of non-local food. It didn't taste goo either. I was told at the time that it was under new management, but even so, it should not have kicked its standards to the curb. I was afraid to eat their food after that.
