Bottom line. The food was good and service was good. My hubby and I wanted to try Rancho Grill. We were looking for a good burger. I had the Texas burger and he had the hangover burger. Both came with fries. Both were cooked fine and tasted good. Nothing really exceptional just good. The server was nice and they were on top of checking our drinks for refills. The restaurant was decorated in western. They also have karaoke on Wednesday and live music Friday and Saturday. I would like to come back and try other things. I was hoping for more fresh made food instead of premade burger patties. Maybe some of the other dishes are more homemade. Prices were average and they had a supplemental menu with new items. read more

We've really been looking forward to checking out El Rancho Grill and finally made it. It was a weekday around 3 pm and only 1 other table was seated. We were seated right away and our server grabbed our drinks. My margarita was tasty but the server broughr the read more

Excellent service and good food at a fair price. We are very glad we tried this place and will be going back in the future.

Late order, then it is wrong. No plates for appetizer, really no clue by any of the rude non-waiter staff we encountered. Oh, and the food was just ok, but still better than the service. read more

This place treats its employees terribly. Ana, in particular, is consistently rude and unprofessional. She and a few employees in the back seem to gang up on other staff, creating a hostile work environment and making people's days unnecessarily difficult. No one deserves to be treated that way. The way employees are being treated will be reported. read more

So many red flags * zero effort at improving icy parking lot. Snow was 5 days prior. Sooo dangerous *. Dangerous sidewalk cobblestones with large cracks and ADA parking near door with unfinished construction * it has a full bar area but no bartender on a Friday afternoon. Employees were trying to figure out how to make a simple drink with mixers and canned fruit * the menu presented didn't match the other two versions found online. Not open long and already these changes * older photos show house made chips. What was served was definitely not house made, stale with seasoning sprinkled *they present themselves as a place for meat. The meat on its own should be enough to bring customers back. It was all just gray. *other ingredients just lacking in presentation, flavor and quality- boiled frozen corn, reddish rice, stale (maybe rancid) chicharrones * employees not fully knowledgeable about the menu * strong smell of dispensary products from next door * server was high herself, giggly, unfocused, overwhelmed with 3 tables of customers unable to answer simple questions * employees bringing in groceries through front door - noticed cheap brands of sodas for top menu prices * hostess meant well to represent family business but forced enthusiasm was rather annoying * one of us got food poisoning. (The chicharrones feel to blame) * not much change in ambience from previous business. Considering rumored events, change would be a good idea. Light fixtures are pretty but lighting was harsh on the eyes For such a promising idea for the area, this particular experience was just an expensive disappointment. Cannot recommend read more

Stopped in on a busy Friday night and had an incredible meal that didn't break the bank--only $35 for two of us! We started with chips and salsa, then queso fundido with shrimp, which was absolutely delicious. For the main course, we shared a ribeye that was cooked to absolute perfection (tender enough to cut with a butter knife). It came with two sides, we chose asparagus and guacamole; it sounded like a strange combo at first, but the guac paired perfectly with the steak. Excellent value, great food, we will definitely be back! I forgot to take a picture. read more

I usually get a little nervous when i see stuff like $15 for four tacos, but they were actually really good and pretty filling unlike a lot of places. Everything on the menu here is genuinely good eats, there isn't anything I've had i wouldn't recommend. Definitely a good addition to the food scene of Los Lunas. Service is also good. read more

The food was sooo tasty & the service was top notch. The ambiance is so inviting and cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Service was great entertainment was the BOMB crew was real attentive and friendly Would recommend to all my friends

We've been to El Rancho Grill several times. The food is very good. Worth going back for, and worth recommending. The wait staff has been decent, but twice we've had to remind them to bring our sides, and once they charged us for a drink we didn't order. Check your bill! We enjoy the atmosphere, except for the techno sound of the music. They have several TV's and have sports on them fairly regularly. read more

We stopped by for lunch. Disappointing, we ordered the recommended grill platter. Sirloin grill platter, the sirloin was fatty, sirloin had a lot of grisle, and very tough. Service was good. read more

Went for brunch. Got the chilaquiles and they were well sized portions and very very good! Got a good size pancake on the side and it was loaded with berries! Our server was also very nice. A little expensive but worth it. read more

Most of the food is worth its price, to be fair the steaks are expensive. However, the drinks are fairly priced as well. Servers are receptive. All in all a great place to stop by for a beer, or dinner with friends and family. I will definitely be returning. Much cozier than Applebees or Chilis, a good local alternative. read more

Server was great, but food wasn't that good. Meat was very dry & food was not even warm, when it came out. Probably won't go there again.

Came here on a whim, as this is a relatively new restaurant, it's always busy in the evening, and we wanted to try something new! We were not disappointed. The ambiance is a large open space, has a separate DJ both(karaoke every Wednesday), and a large sunken area that's great to book for small parties. There is also a large, separate bar area. Our waitress was VERY accommodating, she helped us navigate allergies and "taste" preferences. We ordered the Queso, green chile, chorizo, and mushroom appetizer...YUMMY! Our main coarse were asada tacos, and I seperately ordered fries and grilled veggies. The fries are lightly breaded, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Perfection. The grilled veggies were perfectly seasoned, al dente, and tasted delicious! All in all, it was a pleasurable experience, and we plan on returning to try other dishes. My only thought is going for an early dinner and beat the crowd! read more

Excellent food and servic! The best onion rings I have ever had. The burger was terrific.

Great food. Servers are excellent and it is a great venue for karaoke!! We will be back every Wednesday night!

stopped in for a quick meal. We were met at the door and seated. All the employees were curtious. The meal was fine and the prices very reasonable. We ate breakfast this time. I see the menu has a good selection of steaks and seafood. We will be going back to try this out as I have been hoping for a good Steakhouse that is not just another chain outlet locally for some time. read more
