The quesadillas are especially delicious with melted mozzarella cheese on their large corn tortillas, your choice of meat (my favorite is their suadero), and topped with lettuce, sour cream, and cotija cheese. They're usually set up sometime between 6 and 7pm, but sometimes they're not there, so it's always a gamble to head over to see whether they're out or not (definitely worth it though!).
