They responded really quickly and explained that they take precautions in the kitchen and that the chicken and french fries are cooked in dedicated fryers that do not contain gluten. We were really excited to give them a try! We went for dinner tonight, and they were pretty busy. The person taking our order was really nice. I let him know that I have a gluten allergy, and he made sure to mark it on our ticket. I ordered the gluten-free Nashville chicken sandwich with french fries, and my husband got the open-face Nashville with fries. Mine was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the gluten-free bun was actually really good, and the fries were great too. My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. They have a nice little area where you can sit and eat. While we were eating, the owner came out and checked on everyone to see how their food was. He was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed happy that we enjoyed everything. We had such a great experience, this is definitely a place we'll be going back to!

Even though it is a food truck, it has a good seating space with good shade. The service was good, especially when the cook brought our food, personally. They were even concerned that our food was going to be too spicy . Speaking of the food, I ordered the Korean Chicken Boss and the Hellfire Crunch sandwiches with fries. The Korean was a bit tangy and a bit sweet with a good piece of perfectly breaded chicken. The Hellfire was a bit spicy but not overwhelming. Both were messy but it can be contained if you are skillful. The fries were crispy and quite good Overall, I was glad we finally found No Mames, as they made us feel quite welcomed and their food was quite good. The first guy ordered and really was insistent on paying more money...(he wanted drinks but they were included in the sandwich price so he was like, well fine then, let me buy two more waters). The guy who I talked to about the rib? When he gets to the window, he said he wanted one of everything! Yeeeees. I have a hard time not ordering nachos anytime I come across them, so I got the nachos with brisket and the picky eater got the brisket sandwich with coleslaw for the side. When he took a bite, he said it was "damn good." Pretty good review from the picky eater. The sandwich also came with pickles, and pickled onions, carrots and a jalapeño, all of which were amazing.
