Now you get it. This is that, but in a food truck! I got the NY strip steak, with chicken on the side for my 2 year daughter ($29). My partner got the tofu hibachi ($18). This came out to about $50 total. You may be thinking- WOW that's a lot of money. Let me tell you, they give you a TON of food. And not just any food, fresh good quality food. Each hibachi bowl comes with fresh veggies and your choice of white or fried rice-- and if you get fried rice expect that it's cooked fresh on that flame in their truck. They do it exactly as you would expect in a restaurant. So while it did take about 15 minutes to get our food (we were the 2nd folks in line for the day) it would take MUCH longer at a hibachi-style restaurant (hours if you think about it). There was so much food in my bowl I had a whole extra meal the next day that I warmed up in my wok. Now, my partner on the other hand doesn't get quality tofu, and he inhaled his whole plate while we were at the food-truck-park. The tofu was crispy, the rice was fuego, and the veggies were fresh! If you're looking for QUALITY food from a food truck, cuts of meat that are not the "scraps" but the whole prime cut, if you're looking for friendly ladies cooking you a meal that goes the distance than this IS the place. ... and there is a reason this sells out early every day.
