My husband loved the shrimp cocktail, and I ordered the New Mexico Omelette both times because it was that good! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Texas. The only thing I wish they had was a spicy green chile salsa since New Mexico is famous for its green chile. The red salsa was good but not spicy.
