This restaurant will NOT disappoint! If you are a fan of Jamaican/Caribbean food you will enjoy any meal you choose to order. While this location is currently in a mall they would absolutely thrive even more as a full blown stand alone restaurant. I ordered the rasta pasta with jerk salmon, SPICY (as expected), and flavorful. Also, while the prices are somewhat high I believe they give you your money's worth for sure. All of the fam enjoyed their meals too, I wish I had more pictures to share but I've already personally ordered food from here twice and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I give them 4 stars because I haven't had the pleasure of truly experiencing their service in person myself but I hope to update with that experience one day as well. I was truly shocked by how good the food was since it's located inside of the mall. I ordered brown stew chicken and curry chicken with rice and peas and cabbage. The meal was a bit pricey but the serving size was good. I ate some while there but saved the rest for later. Customer service was good and the order was ready within 15 minutes. I also wanted to try the coco bread and beef patty but I'll save that for next time. Since it's inside of the food court, there's plenty of parking available so that's definitely a win. read more

Horrible customer service. Came in to pick up my order and they had no customers. After giving the name of my order I was ignored and the order wasn't being made. 5 mins later other customers came in and them and their orders were attended to right away. This company has a pattern of poor customer service incidents that occurred today. On three separate occasions, different members of my family attempted to place a carry-out order by phone. During each attempt, the staff member who answered abruptly terminated the calls when we began to place our order. This behavior affected our party of seven customers and falls significantly below expected service standards. We both looooooveeed the curry shrimp entree from here and she usually really does typically HATE curry flavoring, but Ocean Blui's happens to be pretty mild and unique.... Like no other curry shrimp I've ever had and in a really delicious way... Almost like it should have been called something else that LOOKED like a yellow curry dish, while not actually being heavily curry spiced, if that makes sense. Our lunch food was served hot and very generously portioned, too. The jerk salmon and shrimp were delectable. Ocean Blui truly stands out for everything tasting very flavorful and as though it was cooked with some heart and soul put into the preparation. Nothing appeared to be fresh, the food gave precooked or leftovers vibes. For the 2 meat platter we ordered curry and brown stew chicken. We were given curry goat and brown stew chicken. We called to make them aware and they were very accommodating. The patties were very doughy. The other food was edible, the rice and peas was mushy and clumped together, the chickpeas and plantains were mushy. The Rasta pasta the noodles seemed old and flat, the vegetables were frozen, the seafood was over cooked (seemed as if it was frozen too) and the sauce was scarce and oily.The cabbage was great! This was my 2nd time here. First time I got curry shrimp. I didn't like the shrimp. It was like they used precooked shrimp and threw the sauce on it. This time, however, it was delicious. Red Snapper was cooked perfectly. The sautéed peppers and onions and sauce were delicious. Reminded me of Sint Maarten or Jamaica. The veggies were cooked perfectly as well.
