We had a shelf re-installed after it fell after we installed it. We called Oc Prof and they got the job done right. They were clean and efficient and easy to work with. They even went out of way to come back to pick up cash payment. I will say they are a little pricey but for your peace of mind that they will get the job done well it's worth it! read more

OC Professional Maintenance Team - Wall shelf install. Alignment was tricky and they did a great job! - General Contractors Near Me - Anaheim, California

Fantastic handyman service! I had a laundry list of stuff in my backyard that was broken - a non-functional fire pit, an exterior light hanging by it's wires, and several water-logged exterior spotlights that didn't work. Everyone I talked to was extremely communicative, they used an online system to get me a quote and an approval of the work - very nice. The repair person was great about setting expectations for the work that was about to be done. It turned out water had gotten into the gas lines for my fire pit and completely clogged it - rendering my gas grill useless at the same time. After troubleshooting for about an hour, the repair person went to Home Depot, bought the proper piping and completely re-piped the fire pit. I would absolutely use OC Professional Maintenance again and will be calling them again next time I need repairs on my home. read more

This team is one of the most professional electrical company. Helped me wire some lightening in my kitchen. I really recommend them for any service. Also local owned business. read more

I needed some touch ups and drywall patch work done in my house that I just moved into and had came across this maintenance team. I couldn't be anymore happier with the color matched walls and the patch work that was done and to top it off they also offer a bunch of other services and really know what they are doing! I will definitely be contacting them back when I am ready to paint the rest of the interior of my home. I was also very happy with the customer service I received from Jennifer when I called even though I asked a ton of questions about how good it would possibly match since the walls are gray. She was super patient, answered all my questions and assured me it would match, Thanks Jennifer! read more

Great experience. I needed to get a ceiling fan looked at and rewired to work properly. Jennifer immediately called me to schedule a time, she was very nice over the phone. The technician Peter came out after hours to tackle the project. He was extremely nice and knowledge and lead me through the steps he was taking to correct the problem. All in all great guy, which put us at ease. I would highly recommend this company for future projects big or small. And to top it off, their price was the lowest out of all the quotes I received. 10/10, I found my new local handyman service. Thank you! read more

Great first impression of this company with communication and confirmation on day/time for estimate. I took work off on 9/21/23 for the estimate, the guy showed up on time and was very professional. We went through the project we wanted to have done and was told the estimate would be emailed in a day or 2. Unfortunately, that was the last time we heard from OC Professional Maintenance. It's been 23 days, no estimate or correspondence (even checked spam folder daily). We went with Patchwork Plastering and are extremely happy we did. OC Professional is not very professional . read more

I absolutely love my new french doors and very pleased with the installation. OC professional crew were courteous and professional. Their work was impressive and always checked in with me on the progress left no stone unturned when it came to my satisfaction. They also did small section of fencing work and filled a huge opening on side of garage from a previous project handled by a different company(was taken aback that the previous crew and co didn't even offer to fill in that gap leaving it exposed to elements).OC professional came to the rescue. I cannot say enough about how extremely satisfied I am with the overall work. I highly recommend them. read more

The best of all the quotes I received for installing a utility sink in my garage. The work was excellent and done in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend this company and will certainly consider them for any future work I need done. read more

The best service out there! I have worked with many contractors and service providers over the years and the OC Pro team is like a one-stop shop for all your home improvement needs. They are talented and professional - and if there is ever a job that they cannot provide expertise in they can connect you to someone who will. read more

This company was a no show for an apt. twice and their response is dishonest and untrue. If someone took down the wrong address, common sense would be to call the client or to show up when given a second chance at the time they said they would. I am a professional and curteous to all. They are either confused or dishonestly making up a story to make excuses for unprofessional behavior. I leave good reviews when earned and negative also when earned so others will not waste their time and have a bad experience. Isn't that what Yelp is for? Good contractors are worth their weight in gold and bad one's should be avoided. read more

We used OCPMT in September 2020 for a few bathroom projects: installing new fans, painting the ceiling with mold resistant paint, and re-glazing our shower tiles. At the time, the service was great and we had no issues. Unfortunately, in June 2022 (less than two years after the service), our glaze began peeling in our shower. OCPMT had informed us that the glaze was meant to last around 5+ years. We followed the care instructions, but unfortunately the glaze peeled. I reached out to Jennifer to inquire about if they can come repair the peeling, given that this happened less than 2 years in, when we were told it would last 5+ years. Not only did Jennifer refuse to take accountability for the obviously poorly done job, but she also went back on her claim of it lasting 5+ years. And refused to come fix our shower! Additionally, she didn't even recommend another service to help us either. She was very rude (I have the email chain to prove it) and we are so disappointed. We will never use her company again, and we have already warned others to stay far away. They do not even meet the bare minimum for good customer service. All we asked for was a fix - we didn't even ask for it to be done free. We used this small company because we assumed their customer service would be genuine compared to large companies... sadly, their customer service was worse. Very disappointing. read more

Incredibly responsive. They don't stop until the problem is determined and resolved. We had a water intrusion issue that was not pipe or roof related and they figured it out. Turned out to be a bad seal on a slider door that was nearly impossible to detect, but they did through pure perseverance and past experience. read more

The entire team at OC Pro Maintenance team did a outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. Jennifer provided great design ideas and suggestions, and kept me up to date as to when the various crews would show up. All of the workers were very skilled, pleasant, and careful. They showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. An electrician was needed for 2 small jobs during the remodel, and the guy that OC Pro Maintenance Team recommended was amazing . Overall, everything went very smoothly and quickly, and I absolutely love the finished result! I will use Oc Pro Maintenance Team again without hesitation when I redo my bath. read more

Save yourself some time and money and go with an actual professional. I had an adjuster, possibly the business owner come by to get an estimate to provide to my HOA and explained to him that the other part of the wall had to be replaced as well due to some water damage that caused part of the accessible wall to deteriorate. He told me that he would include that in the estimate and it was not a problem. Today they showed up to get started on the work and it turns out that they were only going to be working on the exposed wall area only. I work for a contractor myself and know that he provided misleading representation. read more

OC Professional Maintenance is great! I contacted the company and was given a great estimate and lead time for a water heater replacement job. My questions and concerns were answered promptly. As their name implies, their work and customer service is professional! I highly appreciated that they wore proper protective gear and followed the measures against the spread of COVID 19. 10/10 would hire again for another job and recommend to others! read more

On time, professional & got the job done! Will use them again in the future on our home and our rentals.

They provided great, thorough service within less than 2 hours from when I requested service. And they did it at less than half their estimated price! I was very surprised, especially because of the time and work that they put into fixing my electrical issue. I've known some to give a lowball estimate, then raise it dramatically. This company did the opposite, and I'm very grateful to them. And they wore a mask, too. I will definitely be referring them to others, and would hire them again. read more

I am writing a review for the OC Professional Maintenance Team and the work done on my bathroom and kitchen. As a new homeowner there were a few things I wanted to take care of before getting settled into our daily routine and hoping in a few years I can do a full remodel. I can be a little much with the work I expect as a designer. I entrusted Jennifer with our projects as my husband and I work full time and I would not be able to fully take care of it. The work was up to my standards, her crew made sure the leveling of the floors in the bathroom and Kitchen were leveled correctly as there was a small dip in the restroom and the kitchen that bothered me as the fridge was slightly angled. The kitchen had a bare wall of 6 feet next to my stove I wanted to fill with cabinets and 2 feet of countertop room that matched the original cabinets in finish (as close as possible to keep within my budget). We had a peninsula island removed that added a better flow into the dining area. The only complaint would be she took a little longer then I had expected which was understandable because the work in the restroom flooring needed more work with the subfloor and the floor joists than originally expected. The change order was reasonable to the extra work to get it done right. What I liked most was the floor base work they countersunk the nails and patched and painted and sealed after installation. These are the details I was expecting and OCPMT delivered. OCPMT left the job clean at the end of each business day. I am happy and content with the work performed. When I am ready for the full remodel OCPMT will be my GC. read more

I had a shower that was installed incorrectly and was not providing water output correctly. Also had various plumbing issues with my bathroom sink and another shower drain. I called OC Professional and was quickly set up with an appointment next day. Israel and Jennifer arrived promptly with masks on and proceeded to quickly diagnosed my plumbing issues and made the repairs. Had I known how efficient it was, I would have called sooner! Their quotes were very reasonable, lower than another quote I received. They were honest and I paid the quoted price. They didn't try to up sell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate the attention to detail Israel and Jennifer provided to get my bathrooms in tiptop shape. Thank you! read more

I recommend OC Proffesional Maintenance because they did an excellent job. We thought it was going to take days and everything was done in one day. They also were very clean. We receive other estimates from other companies and they were not very accurate and didn't bother to speak to us to clarify the scope of the job they were going to do. And OC Proffesional Maintenance Team had no problem contacting and clarifying all our concerns and issues. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. Our condo owners were also very happy with the outcome of the job that was performed by OC Proffesional Maintenance Team. read more

You know when you come across a company that you just want to tell everybody about? This is that company, Sophia has been such an absolute ray of sunshine to deal with. This woman has her S**t together and knows what she is talking about, I was a little skeptical at 1st but damn was I wrong. Hector is also a powerhouse of knowledge, the two of them really seemed to compliment one another. Be prepared he talks about as fast as an auctioneer, which I that was great because I do the same, you will be more than impressed with OC Professional Maintenance. Don't take my word for it give them a call and have them out and you will be back here writing a review. read more

I had a small project to drywall and paint my outdoor patio and a few other minor things that I needed done. I had called 2 other handyman services and no response. Jennifer was responsive and set up an appointment within a couple of days and got me a quote the next day! We scheduled the first available appointment that worked for me. Her team is professional, friendship, and hard working. They cleaned up before leaving and did an excellent job!! I am definitely using them again for some other projects. Jennifer, Hector, Luis and the whole team are amazing! We recently used OC Professional Maintenance Team to help with our kitchen remodel, our complete bathroom remodel and to install our new front door and we couldn't be happier with their work and services. They showed up every day when they said they would and on time! That is hard to find these days! They did every project to our specifications and did not stop until we were 100% satisfied. We will use them for all our home improvement needs going forward - and we have already called them back out for an additional project! read more

I called them to do a simple project that is literally almost done. All I needed done is for them to put in my window a/c unit in. The hole and everything is already cut out and it's framed and everything. I just had to return the a/c because it didn't work. They quoted me at least $550. And it would take at least 4 hours. I sent them pictures of what needed to be done. I said It should only take about 2 hrs at max. Hector the guy I was talking to just laughed at me. And said like you know what you are doing. So I had my boyfriend call and hector told him then do it your self. Then Hector called me back and said since I can't handle things on my own we will not be doing business with you. I found a guy who is charging me a lot less and sounds much more professional. I feel that they are taking advantage of women. So if you are a women please don't call unless you want to be overcharged and laughed at. read more

Extremely happy with Jennifer and her company, OC Professional Maintenance. Hector came out to give me a free estimate on a front door that was very difficult to open (the bolt was freezing and not allowing the handle to open the door). He was very friendly and professional. After some discussion, I told him I'd get the hardware as everything had to match what was there so I didn't have to have the whole door repainted if it didn't cover the same area as the original hardware (I have an HOA so need to meet their requirements). I also figured I'd save some money by hunting down the parts myself. Luckily, after some detective work I found out that the hardware was still under warranty and the company would send me everything at no cost but it would take 6-9 weeks. I let OCPM know and they said no problem, just let us know when it comes in. Once it did, I scheduled an appointment and they sent Peter to do the job. He did it cheerfully and made sure it was working properly to my satisfaction. I also had another job which he did for me as well. Thought their labor charges were extremely fair. In fact, I've forwarded their info. to my HOA as the guy they referred and said he'd call me, I never heard from. For those of us who aren't handy, this is a tremendous service! Thank you to OCPM! read more
