The entire team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional, and they never make you feel rushed. Dr. Lieu is incredibly patient and thorough, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I fully understand my vision needs. They also offer a great selection of frames, and the quality of the glasses and lenses they produce is exceptional. Before coming here, I used to go to a large wholesale retailer that offered very competitive prices. However, the glasses I received there never quite felt right--they were often uncomfortable or didn't correct my vision properly. The difference in process is clear. At District Eye Care, the measurements, analysis, and overall attention to detail are on a completely different level, and the quality of the labs they work with shows in the final product. Even as my prescription has changed slightly over the years, I've continued to use glasses I purchased from District Eye Care, while the glasses I bought from the discount retailer were usually abandoned after a couple of months because they simply didn't work well. What I initially thought was saving money turned out to be a classic case of you get what you pay for. The difference in quality, comfort, and usability is significant. I highly recommend District Eye Care and this wonderful team. I'm truly grateful that I first walked through their doors all those years ago.

I went in for a regular check up and the doctor noticed some raised pressure in my eye. She did a few more measurements and found my ocular nerve was swollen. She was able to explain to me that I needed to go to the ER but she didn't cause me any panic. At the hospital they diagnosed me with a condition called IIH. It's wild and can cause you to lose your vision!!! The doctor even followed up with me afterwards to see what happened and make sure I was getting the care I needed. The stars definitely aligned for me that day and I'm so grateful this office could fit me in so fast. The doctor listened, was knowledgeable, and curious enough to investigate further. That made the difference for me 100%

My wife and I were both in need of updated prescriptions and new glasses. The Male optometrist was quick and efficient. Did not catch his name. With new prescriptions in hand, we took a number and were soon assisted by Liam and Melisa, then later Alex. I lost the vision in my left eye (optic neuritis, MS) Melisa was able to give me a significant discount considering I would be using only one lens. It wasn't till I ordered then tried the progressive lenses that I realized they simply could not work for me. Having only one working eye, trying to keep my head always pointed in the direction that I was looking was impractical. As progressive lenses to varying degrees will always have a little blur to the sides of the lenses, reducing overall visual field. When we had come back to make a return/exchange, Alex was able to explain the Progressive limitations and kindly assist me in getting a new pair of glasses. Considering the odd location, I was very impressed with the overall quality of assistance throughout this glasses buying process, and my particular needs. Everyone there was very kind and helpful, especially Alex. Thank you all so much!
