No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.

Update: In less…read morethan 2 years since buying this car, I've had to put about $4000 into repairs. Water and engine oil tanks were both cracked and had to be replaced. (There was actually a warranty/recall on the engine oil tank but by the time I figured it out, it was too late. It seems the dealership could've gotten it fixed for free but didn't...). Intake manifold flap was faulty and had to be replaced. Tires had to be changed and all brakes needed maintenance only a few months in. Etc. I accept that I bought this car "as is," but I was told certain things worked, and given representations about the cars condition, such as "It's been well-maintained..." and they were blatant lies. This was my first time buying my own car and I didn't know exactly how to check these things. They took advantage of that. I regret buying this car from them and I will never go to a sketchy used car dealer like this again. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake as me. Buyer beware. Do not buy cars from Nash.

I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

Within 2 months: rotors, alternator, radiator, control module, and thermostat all failed. Thousands in repairs. I called to give them a chance to make it right. The response: yelling, threats that he would "follow me everywhere" and "show me," then told "as is" means it's my problem now. California law doesn't let dealers hide known issues behind "as is." Vehicle Code § 11713.18 and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act require dealers to disclose material defects. An "as is" sale doesn't waive the implied warranty of merchantability when the dealer misrepresents the condition, per CA Commercial Code § 2314. Nothing was disclosed to me. The truck was misrepresented. I'm filing complaints with the CA DMV and Attorney General. Would not recommend. Save your money.
