Purchased a 2010 Range Rover from Shawn. He was great. He was very professional and honest. We flowed well from a sales and customer relationship. I didnt expect the car to be brand new, and I did my own research so when I visited the vehicle, I knew what to expect and I knew what were deal breakers, and luckily the truck was in great condition, and no deal breakers present. I had a lot going on w personal financing and Shawn was respectful to allow me some time to get things in line and offered to hold the vehicle for a non-refundable deposit, which was understandable because I knew a lot of people would try to purchase it. In the end, I needed some financing, and Shawn was honest knowing my current situation, and helped to move it along. In the end, I am happy with my purchase, and Shawn was reachable, from beginning to end. They must be doing something right if they are moving great condition vehicles from a car lot that is not the greatest location. I just purchased a 2015 BMW 535i from OC Auto Guys and I can honestly say it was a very easy process. I did have my own financing which made the process much easier. They are a no pressure sales team and I highly recommend them for your quality foreign luxury automobile dealership. I can tell they dont purchase junked cars. Omar was my salesperson and was very easy to work with, very attentive, patient and was not at all the typical pressure salesperson. They dont however haggle on pricing and as far as my vehicle it was already priced below CARFAX value and was satisfied with the pricing. I traded my older 2007 BMW 750i for a mint low milages 2012 BMW 750Li M Sport. This car has all the bells and whistles which my older one didn't have and I enjoy every minute driving it. I highly recommend seeing Victor or Sean. I am a mechanic by trade but I would recommend getting the after market warranty that they offer just for a piece of mind. I am happy with my purchase and have not had any issues since my purchase close to 2 years ago besides the regular maintenance and brake change. I initially went in for a 2007 335i that they had and I forgot to call them and check if the vehicle was still available so when I went in and checked the vehicle was sold the previous day. It was unfortunate but my dude Rush stepped up and showed me relatively similar cars such as the 328i and lastly a recent car they just received. A 2009 535i which had less miles and a better service record, and on top it showed only 1 owner. I appreciate Rush for going above and beyond to find me the right car for my needs.
