I have been a member of this credit union for about 4 years, I have a checking, savings, credit…read morecard, and a car loan through them. Best decision I ever made. There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

I was extremely upset and, during my break, I drove to the nearest NuVision branch on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. When I walked in, I was visibly frustrated--but Tess greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I explained my situation to her, and she immediately calmed me down and took care of the issue on the spot. Her sweet and understanding demeanor, along with how efficiently she resolved everything, completely turned my day around. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I also mentioned a dispute that I had been trying to resolve over the phone for over a month. Tess took the initiative and had it fully resolved by the next day. Since then, I've continued to work with her directly whenever I have any issues--because she's that reliable and helpful. Tess is truly an asset to your team, and I hope her exceptional service is recognized. She made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I'm very grateful for her support.
