They call you as soon as your payment is due and won't stop blowing up your phone . Most their cars they finance are all in very bad condition and you will find out later down the line not even a year but just a month or so and they are never willing to help . Junior is the man! I can't tell you enough how genuine of a guy he is! I'm a younger guy, paying off my first car and have struggled been late, even had a repossession but with Juniors help everytime I just got off the phone with him from paying off my Infiniti G37! Just because this guy has genuinely been there for me I'm going to go into detail, 3 years ago I had just got the car, my complex towed it due to an "invalid permit" right after it was hit and ran and they couldn't provide camera footage so it was payments on payments, Junior worked some magic and next thing I know, same day, I'm picking my car up and paying a flat fee, avoided storage fees and all the other extra stuff nobody wants to pay. One time I believed i had auto pay set up, to my knowledge I didn't and the car had missed multiple payments without me even catching it (MY FAULT) and it got towed the night before I had a double shift, I went to my morning shift and throughout the day found out if I couldn't get the car today it was an extra hundred or two and he had made sure there was somebody there to allow me to get the car after hours and avoid any extra fees. He has referred me to mechanics for bodywork during my hit and run AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to work with my insurance. I can't stress enough how much of an option they need to be to everyone. Especially in a time where people need assistants he was transparent the whole way threw in detail. Made sure i understood everything. There was not a penny that was not discussed (other companies had hidden fee's) and worked to get the best Loan for me. I had my account taken over by Bayside after the prior auto loan company went out of business. For some reason, Bayside who took over my loan, has the same employees working for them too? That's wild. I recognize their voices, and all of the employees are insanely rude. I have never been more than 30 days late, I always try to make even a half payment to make sure I show I am trying to keep up, even after job loss or financial hardship they are rude and always say they can't "accept" a partial payment. They refuse to work with you, even when it would cost them more money to tow the car than what was owed. I have another auto loan with my boyfriend and the company is so understanding and are willing to work with you. They try to intimidate you and make you feel scared when they could just work with people. I've had my loan for almost 2.5 years and I can't wait to be done with them. read more

I would not recommend bayside credit, Jared who no longer works there was my account manager. I went thru a tough time and couldn't afford the car one month so they repoed it and I borrowed money to get it back and I was current on my payments for 6 months after that and car was involved in a flood and insurance had paid it off and they still put it as a reposseion on my credit after when I had gotten it back Jared stated it would not be a repo on my credit. I would not recommend this company and there customer service is awful. I called to get it situated and they told me Jared no longer works here and we can't help you. Obviously things happen in life and payments aren't always on time. As long as you COMMUNICATE with Bayside they'll work with you. They're a finance company like many others and ultimately you have to pay on time and take responsibility for your finances but when life happens...Bayside is there to help. Sure they're a younger company so sometimes there are areas of opportunity to improve on but in the end...more lenders should operate like Bayside...especially in the sub prime market where other lenders will smile to your face while flat out refusing to work with you and taking pride in repossessing your vehicle.
