The business has a music bingo on Friday nights (or every other) which can be over excessively load. I was with a group of 15+ people - fellow members of an International club visiting the location. The group decided to move out onto the patio because it was too load in the dining area to have a conversation. Shortly thereafter that, the host of the music bingo placed a load speaker out onto the patio and turned it up full blast. We tried to get him to turn it down, but he refused. Thus, our group disbanded leaving only 4 of us. It continued to be extremely load out on the patio and several people started to complain... so I took it onto my own to to turn the speaker down to a reasonable level - I received a applause from the other customers. Within moments, a staff member walked out onto the patio and turned the speaker up to a ear deafening level. I asked her to turn it down and her response was... "this is the way, it always is!" With an attitude like that I became upset - I gave her a piece of mind (a couple of word slipped out - nothing that she hasn't heard before in her life). Moments later, the manager came out and admonished me in a very disturbing manner, which again, was poorly handled. It will be suggesting to my fellow International members and my Meetup group, to look for alternative venues that will appreciate our business (there so many in Cedar Park). Apparently, Whitestone Brewery has more customers than they need. I didn't realize that I had not completed my review - this goes back to the beginning of the year. Note: the response from the Owner is completely inaccurate. Ryan wasn't even there the night it happen - only going on what his employees told him. I have witnesses (business owners that are very involved with the community) that observed the entire event and they were taken back by the whole disregard to customer service.
