WP&P is actually located in the NE corner INSIDE the Hong Kong supermarket on SW corner of San Gabriel and Las Tunas. I get my overseas phones here. It's usually about 1-2 turnaround as she usually has to send her son out to pickup the phones and unlock them. It's a little bit cheaper than ebay but I get my phones quicker. I'm on my 3rd cell phone cycle with the store. The store looks like crap, but I'll keep coming back. I think the Chinese name of the store is "Happy Wireless?"

Turns out the home wifi is terrible and I came back to cancel and return the device. The ladies helping me were so helpful and offered to drop off the device for me at ups to return it. They made sure Verizon had a return shipping label and confirmed our wifi cancelation with a printout and everything.

But ever since new owners took over, it has been complete crap. They're so rude, make you put your name down on a list to be serviced without asking what you're there for, and is so inefficient in their service. All I had wanted was to ask was to see if they had screen protectors on sale. I didn't even need them to put it on. They straight up REFUSED to answer my question until my name was up. There were 8 customers ahead of me. The wait would have been over half an hour. The fact that they wouldn't even answer a simple "do you have screen protectors for purchase?" I've never seen that sort of weird inefficiency anywhere. However, a lot of people seem to have complaints about this place, but people still go because of its location convenience. Go to any other cell phone retailers if you want to avoid any sort of rude, half baked service.

She gave him a couple of requirements for a "good" phone number, and he ended up getting me what is considered to be an AWESOME phone number). No doubt that when my friends' contracts expire at the end of the year, I will drive them up from San Diego to meet with Grant.

I passed by 3 times and it was closed. Today I finally got a chance to go inside. I walked in and he said come right in. The store is literally the size of hallway. He has evefything orgnazied and has so many different type of accessories. I thought all the accessories were $5, but he actually has different prices. He has so many types of phone cases and at great prices. I bought a really cute one for $8. He had different types for different prices for all types of phones. All the walls are fillef with phone cases. He even has cases for old phones. There is also earphons from $5 to $8. All different designs and very cute. It looks like he sells everyrhing you will need for your phone. I also bought the glass screen protector. He had the regular ones for $5 and this one for $10. He put the glas proctector on my phone and mh case. He even let my sister try on different cases on her phone to see which one she liked best. FYI: THERE IS NO PARKING LOT AND HE CLOSES THE STORE ON MONDAYS. You can always park on the street in front of the store. He told me on Mondays he buys merchandise so he does not open.
