I've been to several other Oasis locations, and was a regular at a different location for many years. I love this business and think the owner is lovely. Usually Oasis is my favourite place to grab a Bubble Tea. However, my first (and only) experience at this Edmonds location was definitely lacking. My drink tasted weak, but was extremely chunky. Yuck. I've never experienced this before, but something was definitely off. On a positive note, Oasis was bustling with people who looked to be having a nice time. The games in the shop are a nice touch.

We like Oasis and we're happy to have one so close in Edmonds. Their online ordering system (run by Toast) is convenient, reliable, and fast. Only street parking is available but currently, it is pretty easy to find parking in Edmonds downtown (it's getting busier every year so we will see if this situation changes in a few years). Staff are friendly and during my first visit, when I was confused about different percentage of sugar, they offered to let me try various strengths before I could make my choice. They have always been friendly and courteous. Inside, they have a number of board games and puzzles to play with your companions while enjoying their drink offerings. In Edmonds, this is a wonderful stop for our family when we like to stroll through our cute downtown. I also want to add that this is one of the few places that actually carry popping boba, which we love.

A fun friday stop while walking about Edmonds, of course, walking by, they had me at boba! Lol A busy Friday afternoon, I think the school district was on spring break... or a bunch of kids were playing hooky? Anyway, a great selection of different tea flavors and additions. Local art adorned the walls, which was a theme throughout Edmonds. Although they were busy, orders came out quickly. I ordered the ginger jasmine tea with boba, tasty, with a good ginger bite. Very refreshing on a sunny afternoon stroll. Cheers!

This Oasis is in a rustic-styled building. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. No music was playing inside. The menu offers plenty of options for teas and toppings. They have different categories for teas too. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca and a ginger milk tea with tapioca and received them in ~5 minutes. There weren't any orders ahead of me. The tea isn't too sweet and the tapioca pearls are soft and chewy. It didn't taste like the boba was sweetened (I prefer this but my wife doesn't). 4.5 outta 5

This is my first Oasis shop and I like the variety they have. It's located in a beautiful part of downtown Edmonds and it's a very nice place to sit outside. The inside seating is also not half bad, with some board games and a pacman table. To my knowledge, there's no option to adjust ice and sugar level, or I wasn't asked. I do feel that it's a very typical kind of boba shop and I'm not 100% sure if real fruit is being used because all I really taste is sugar. I'm not sure if I would come back, but if you want boba, it is here.

Cute little spot to grab bubble tea in downtown edmonds. Oasis is always consistent; take it from someone who worked at their Chinatown location ten years ago. The owner was very adamant on training workers to measure the ingredients accurately. I'm glad to see this is still the case! ESP as they expand in so many different cities. The staff at this location were so sweet! Can't wait to stop by again :)

This is a nice location in Edmonds. It's in the heart of downtown and can attract all the foot traffic from people visiting the area for shopping and a lot of the events that take place there. I really like Oasis tea because they give you an option for milk tea, snow, or smoothies. I love the options for flavors and toppings. Also I love their tapioca. It is chewy, but it is softer than others. The space is a little small and because this is a busy area for Edmonds, it can get filled up with people and a line fast.

Stopping in for a bday boba!

We love Oasis, Cap Hill, UW and the ID are all great locations, this new location is a great addition to downtown edmonds. At this location they serve bubble tea and plain powdered sugar puff waffles, at some other locations they have more options, but this one does sell some packaged snacks and trinkets as well. They're also looking for local artists and may have some new art up in the near future. My sister for example has some of her art up already! Lol This visit was for my bday - if you sign up online, you'll get a whole free bubble tea on your special day! Worth a visit I'd say!

Fortunately, there was no traffic so it was a 20 min drive easily. However, a lot seemed to have changed from about a year ago? We got popcorn chicken which was $9 for a very tiny plate (like the medium size sampler food container you get at food tasting events) which is a joke of a portion, and the chicken was not even good quality - heavy on the batter. Compared to pictures a year ago, where the portions looked much much larger. They are so stingy on the amount of chicken, that I thought they were giving us a sample to try before they make a real batch lmaooooo. I tried the Kocochi milk tea with creme brulee, boba, jelly, etc. Sounds good on paper, inflation I get it, was expecting $7 but it was $8, plus tax, so it is actually not that competitive of a price anymore now that I think about it. I could get a very good quality boba drink for $7.50+tax elsewhere without all the fancy toppings, but with boba included. I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The boba is so overcooked that it is mushy, and the creme brulee was not thick enough that I have to use a spoon to even be able to get any of it out (instead of being able to drink it from the other side which is what it is supposed to be). I'd avoid this place unless this is a one off but I will need to be redeemed a better experience before recommending this place. There are better options in the area

I hadn't been back since a previous bad experience almost a year ago now and wanted to give this place another try. Same bad service. The bad service I received almost a year ago that made me stop coming to this place was I stopped by for lunch and got a grilled pork banh mi and asked for little to no/ very light mayo or whatever spread is on it as the visit before was too much for me and wanted to avoid that... Staff wasn't friendly that day. When I was eating the sandwich instead of little to no mayo it had globs like no exaggeration a lot/too much mayo spread for me so I did tear off a piece of the bread that I couldn't get the mayo off of and tried to take off the other globs and continued eating. I did not waste food. I just wasted the globs and a small piece of bread. I bussed my own table as that seems to be un clear if you do or don't and put the trash in the trash(globs of mayo +piece of bread) and plate near the counter. A staff member exited the kitchen and walks towards the register near the trash can and she proceeded to open the trash can and keep it open, looked at me and asked how was everything. I was honest and told her I always enjoy the food however today too much mayo and she just kept peering down at my trash in the trash and then her coworker exited the kitchen to join the convo and no sorry or anything...just kept her foot on the trash to keep it open and both employees looked at the trash and looked at me rudely so I told them thank you have a nice day and was off put by the experience. They were treating me like I was wasting or complaining. It was truly so weird like why keep the trash open and almost like try to embarrass me or treat me like I did something wrong? Also why no smiles, why no empathy. I don't like mayo..big deal! I still ate that whole sandwich! Recent visit on 06/06/26. Walked in and cafe wasn't busy, but trash on the floors and dirty tables. Two women. One seemed to be in training. No smiles, no welcome in, just a frown (no joke the woman training the other I believe was frowning and she looked mad) and a what can I get you? I ordered for dine in but was given to go box and to go utensils. I have to assume they just didn't want to do the dishes as one couple had dine in plates and were actually pointing to each other the trash on the floor and discussing their meal. I ordered the pho banh mi so I wouldn't have to worry about a mayo situation tbh. Food was flavorful and good. Portions seem to be a bit smaller than what I remember. If they added actual pho to the menu I bet it would be a hit! To-go ordering seems the popular thing here and if I return is what I'll do. Just sad as this used to be my fav spot but now I've found a better place with better service and food. Drinks here and food is super tasty but wish service, cleanliness, and atmosphere could be improved! Service is important and with my past two visits I feel it's a very unwelcoming atmosphere with the staff being hostile and cold and cafe seating indoors and outdoors are dirty. For me when spending my money somewhere I don't want to be treated poorly or like I'm an inconvenience or just being tolerated. The service leaves such a bad impression that it makes me avoid this place now when I used to recommend it.

Although I try to be as openminded and objective as possible, when it comes to dessert, I'll always vote for Asian desserts, and I'm not going to lie. I've tried three different chè here, and none of them failed me. They were Bambu Favorite, Summer Delight, and Taro Lover. To sum it up for those who've never been here before, it's basically coconut milk with various boba style toppings. I always get the large size on Saturday afternoons and take it to Edmonds Beach. Out of these three, my least favorite was Summer Delight, simply because I didn't enjoy scooping out the thick glass noodle textured jelly at the end. I love how all my chè were coconut milk based, they're lighter than milk and don't leave that nasty aftertaste and bad breath lingering in your mouth. The ingredients such as pandan jelly and tapioca were fun to eat, with a subtle sweetness to them. The whole cup of chè is perfectly balanced, nothing overwhelming the other. As someone don't drink and smoke, having a chè after my weekly grocery shopping is a mental spa break for me. So next time you're nearby, give it a try, Asian dessert drinks are more than matcha latte.

I had never heard of chè before, and it seems like it is not easy to find a spot that serves authentic versions in the Seattle area. The store is located in the same complex as Ranch 99, which makes parking very convenient since there are plenty of free spaces available. There were a few people ahead of us in line, and it took us some time to decide what to order. My friend suggested either #1 Bambu Special or #2 Bambu Combo, and specifically advised not to get a boba drink here. I chose the #1 Bambu Special since it was listed as one of their top-selling drinks and had fewer calories than the #2 Bambu Combo. I selected the regular sweetness level to get a more authentic taste of chè. The drink came out quickly, but after taking a sip, I was not quite sure what I was drinking. It had large chunks of ice, floating basil seeds, pandan jelly, longan, and coconut. Tbh, it was very disappointing. The drink was not cheap. It cost $8.50 before sales tax and tip, bringing the total close to $10. Is it worth driving all the way to Edmonds and paying almost $10 for this drink at Bambu? Personally, I don't think so. There are only about five small tables, so it is not the kind of place where you would want to sit and hang out, either. I feel like I could find a better drink and better experience somewhere in Bellevue or Seattle for a similar price.

I have visited for takeout, dined onsite solo, or with others. It was really nice to receive a generous gift card from other family members. Interior pretty much has stayed the same, with some addition of merch, and plushies on a front bench by the entrance. Your attention will be drawn to their pastry case. Pro tip: make sure to show up in the morning for better selection for both sweet and savory items. Their pastries are baked fresh onsite, but I've made the mistake of showing up midday and towards closing and their pastry case would be slim pickings. They also have a great variety of beverages available too. Espresso, teas, and milk teas as examples. The mocha has improved, very coffee forward and not cloyingly sweet. Just needs to be hotter temp wise, but that's just me. My favorite go tos has been variable depending on availability, but recent visits have been their ham and cheese croissants. I greatly appreciate the offer to have it warmed up if dining onsite. It's just a strange pairing to place such tasty pastries on a paper plate and then provided flatware, knife & fork or just a fork. I appreciate that this indie bakeshop & cafe has been going strong and steady since 2016, so coming up on a decade! Flying under the radar, but iykyk this is a popular destination. An added star and definitely recommended whether for takeout or enjoyed onsite!
