Been here for a few times and finally find my favorite combo--black milk tea with brown sugar boba and topped with sea salt foam, 50% sugar. It tastes like home ;) I think they have one of the best brown sugar bobas in Seattle, perfectly cooked, perfectly chewy, and well balanced sweetness. I can't tell you how much I hate undercooked bobas that are solid on the inside or the overcooked bobas that turn into a slimy party. The owner seems nice friendly and knows what they are doing, I'm happy to have a boba place that's near me.

Came here last week with my girlfriend after spending the afternoon up north and we wanted to try out new boba place. Aside from the ones we already been to before, Boba House was the next in line that popped up for us. Getting into the parking can be tricky with how small it is, so be warned about that. Coming inside, the interior wasn't anything special. I can tell they tried their best to decorate the inside, but somehow it still felt very desolate maybe because of how blank the walls were by the kitchen station. Perhaps some wall art or logo would fill up the space better. For the boba I ordered their Green Thai Tea. It was pretty tasty as the flavour was prominent compared to what my girlfriend got which wasn't as good. While the drink itself was nice, the boba needs a lot more work. Like many others who have commented, their tapioca pearls were too chewy with no bounce at all. One bite of the pearls and it just dispersed into squishy pieces that weren't very pleasant. I think Boba House has potential, but they need to work more on perfecting their pearls and maybe spruce up the space. Other than that, if I was in the area I would still visit for the Green Thai Tea.

In contrast to Brian's experience, when I went this week, I found the Boba to be slightly overcooked. I got the "strawberry milk" and was correct that it was not a literal strawberry milk, but I was not expecting it to taste so much like a dairy free strawberry tea. Somehow it was both too sweet and somewhat bitter. I plan on going back to try it again, but next time I will try the black milk tea. That being said, the vibes were nice and their decorations are cute. Their employee was friendly and helpful.

A bit of a hole in the wall but a great place to bring your friends and plays the games they provide! Their menu is perfect for a nice beverage as well as theirs great photo opportunities!!!

Thanks Ariel B for posting yesterday about Boba House. I decided to check it out earlier today (8/10/24). Boba House is located near 145th & 15th at the Seattle/Shoreline border, between Starbucks and Subway. Just exercise caution with their tight shared parking lot and the SBUX unidirectional drive through. Very bright, pleasant decor. Welcoming for all ages with onsite seating. Saw a chess board and items of interests for the littles. Welcoming counter staff. I ordered an iced black milk tea (oolong) with brown sugar boba for takeout. It was refrigerated at home and sampled by both me and The Homie three hours later. Delicious on point prep including the brown sugar boba pearls. I'm happy to see Boba House in soft opening mode in North Seattle, near Shoreline. Boba spots are usually concentrated in Seattle's Chinatown/International District, Capitol Hill, and University District. Looking forward to check out beverage offerings from their menu.

Cute new business alert! The moment you step through the doors, you'll feel the playful, relaxed atmosphere when looking at the decor. You'll see florals, 80's decals, adorable plushies, large mirror, and a retro chic phone for photo ops. The business sits between the Starbucks and Subway. We ordered green tea with bursting mango boba (super yummy and not the typical boba texture. A burst of juice in each bite). We added no sugar to the green tea since the boba is very sweet. Kiddo ordered the strawberry boba with brown sugar boba - unfortunately this was a No. The strawberry flavor tasted very odd - artificial or plastic-y. she didn't finish it. She loved the brown sugar boba. My Taro boba was delicious. I was worried it would be overly sweet, but it wasn't and balanced perfectly with the regular boba. Next time I'll try this with the brown sugar boba. The regular texture boba was a bit off but still edible. Some were hard, others chewy. We shall return to try the many other items on the menu. The slushy and mojitos sound refreshing. I'm happy to have them in the neighborhood, and enjoyed meeting the friendly staff. The price point is average, and also expensive if you don't enjoy your drink. Ask for samples...

Yeah, another new Boba place in shoreline. Very friendly service, the parking is kind of small so plan ahead of time, cute interior design, and nice atmosphere for a date or catch up with friends. The drink itself was very good. I love the tea taste, and the chewiness of the Boba. Highly recommend it and I will come back

Came at noon, lights are on, sign says be back soon. 20 min later. Sad, no bob for me. Lol

Stop by Boba House today to check them out. This one is located on 14359-125th Ave NE . Well location has parking, but they share with Starbucks and Subway. So parking can be very limited dues to it is small and tight. I ordered (2) drinks and mine is the Mango. It comes with lime and mango juice. I added the boba into this drink. It was too bad, kinda good. Price is a little high but as long as it is good really don't matter. So far this drink is tasty. Other mango drink are made with powder, but this isn't. So it is different, but still tasty.

Tropical Refresher Slush with Passionfruit Jelly

My favorite type of Boba drinks are slushies! It's actually hard to find boba slushies with good flavor + texture, but Boba House has my stamp of approval. I love how thick the blended ice was, and it stayed cold in the plastic cup instead of melting and watering down like many other slushies I've tried. I added passionfruit jelly - the consistency was to my liking, and very sweet/flavorful. The staff was nice, and the decor inside was really cute. Tables were also neat and tidy when I came in. I definitely want to come back and try some of their energy drinks or mojitos! I probably will avoid coming during typical busy days/hours just because the parking situation is cramped being next to Starbucks and Subway. Also pulling out at that intersection can be really tricky. If not in a rush, I would advise parking at the grocery store across the street and walking over.

I'm so excited this place is open! I've been every day. The blended taro milk tea was tasty and the Thai tea was just what the doctor ordered for a pick me up. The place is clean and cute inside too.

I hadn't been back since a previous bad experience almost a year ago now and wanted to give this place another try. Same bad service. The bad service I received almost a year ago that made me stop coming to this place was I stopped by for lunch and got a grilled pork banh mi and asked for little to no/ very light mayo or whatever spread is on it as the visit before was too much for me and wanted to avoid that... Staff wasn't friendly that day. When I was eating the sandwich instead of little to no mayo it had globs like no exaggeration a lot/too much mayo spread for me so I did tear off a piece of the bread that I couldn't get the mayo off of and tried to take off the other globs and continued eating. I did not waste food. I just wasted the globs and a small piece of bread. I bussed my own table as that seems to be un clear if you do or don't and put the trash in the trash(globs of mayo +piece of bread) and plate near the counter. A staff member exited the kitchen and walks towards the register near the trash can and she proceeded to open the trash can and keep it open, looked at me and asked how was everything. I was honest and told her I always enjoy the food however today too much mayo and she just kept peering down at my trash in the trash and then her coworker exited the kitchen to join the convo and no sorry or anything...just kept her foot on the trash to keep it open and both employees looked at the trash and looked at me rudely so I told them thank you have a nice day and was off put by the experience. They were treating me like I was wasting or complaining. It was truly so weird like why keep the trash open and almost like try to embarrass me or treat me like I did something wrong? Also why no smiles, why no empathy. I don't like mayo..big deal! I still ate that whole sandwich! Recent visit on 06/06/26. Walked in and cafe wasn't busy, but trash on the floors and dirty tables. Two women. One seemed to be in training. No smiles, no welcome in, just a frown (no joke the woman training the other I believe was frowning and she looked mad) and a what can I get you? I ordered for dine in but was given to go box and to go utensils. I have to assume they just didn't want to do the dishes as one couple had dine in plates and were actually pointing to each other the trash on the floor and discussing their meal. I ordered the pho banh mi so I wouldn't have to worry about a mayo situation tbh. Food was flavorful and good. Portions seem to be a bit smaller than what I remember. If they added actual pho to the menu I bet it would be a hit! To-go ordering seems the popular thing here and if I return is what I'll do. Just sad as this used to be my fav spot but now I've found a better place with better service and food. Drinks here and food is super tasty but wish service, cleanliness, and atmosphere could be improved! Service is important and with my past two visits I feel it's a very unwelcoming atmosphere with the staff being hostile and cold and cafe seating indoors and outdoors are dirty. For me when spending my money somewhere I don't want to be treated poorly or like I'm an inconvenience or just being tolerated. The service leaves such a bad impression that it makes me avoid this place now when I used to recommend it.

What used to be the service station office is where you get coffee, and where they used to service cars, is now where you sit comfortably, tables spaced apart nicely, and the decor is the place that makes you wonder why not.. in a good way. The coffee is Fidalgo, which is a good strong flavored coffee. They have a rotating mixed coffee drink of the month, and it's delicious. They don't have outlets on the floor at the benches in the center, but there are a few outlets on the walls, so if you need to charge your devices I recommend sitting at the chairs next to the treasure chest (where I'm writing this review lol). The pride flag I ordered is an 8 x 10 sign, has all the colors, and says in bold print EVERYONE IS WELCOME HERE. On 11/17 I returned to the coffee shop. I had to wait a few minutes to speak with the manager. As we began to chat, another person suddenly joined her and took over the conversation, as I explained I'd been there last Wednesday and the agreement we had. He went on to tell me they are NEUTRAL and do not want to "offend" anyone. When I told them a sign like this should not be considered offensive, and if it were offensive to someone, maybe they didn't want that customer anyway. I said I have grandchildren who are both gay and mixed race and it's important for them to feel safe in certain environments. I told them about how my lesbian college-age granddaughter had to walk nearly a mile to find a coffee shop last summer where she felt comfortable. (She doesn't patronize Starbucks. She walked to Diva on 145th.) They felt that was too bad for her. But ... they were very adamant in their NEUTRAL position. I tried explaining how important these signs are to the LGBTQ community. They did repeat several times that they were NEUTRAL. I left the signs with them and drive by often to check and see if they're in the windows. They are not. Either perhaps in the garbage or on a shelf in some back room. The last thing we want to do in the environment we're currently living in is to remain neutral. We need to reach our hands across. In a "Christian" environment, I would expect nothing less.
