The girls at the front were so friendly and nice - they made my experience great. Service was incredibly fast. The drink was ready before I even finished paying! I got the toffee milk tea with matcha jelly at 30% sugar and 70% ice. This was the IDEAL combination. Perfectly sweet with a hint of the bitterness from the tea. The matcha jelly was firm and earthy, I broke it up with the straw and it was the perfect topping. One of the best milk teas I've had in a while. I will definitely be back to try their other flavors. I'm a huge fan of the tea jelly toppings and it's so refreshing on a hot day.

The boba here is perfectly chewy and sweetened. I am not much of a jelly person, but they're pretty good too. I once got a drink with both boba and jelly and it didn't leave much room for the tea, so I have to limit myself to one topping now! The black tea is slightly muted with the milk there, so that there's no astringency. The buckwheat tea has a pretty strong toasty buckwheat flavor. Yum! Initially, when this business opened, parking was horrible with people jousting for street parking (with an already busy Goodwill down the street) and people parking at the plaza across the street (which will get you towed). Now that the hype has died down, you can use the Ember parking garage around the corner, although it's kind of annoying to park in.

It's…read morebasically $10 for a drink, and they only offer one size, which is the smaller size of a usual tea place's volume. BUT they are remarkably consistent, with perfectly chewy pearls and high quality teas. So, even though I'm paying a lot, I know it's going to be good. I got the Dong Ding Oolong with cream, perfect sweet and less ice with boba. The Dong Ding oolong is a high mountain oolong with a strong malty, nutty, roasty taste. It perfectly complements the cream. I prefer cream as opposed to milk since I think the cream gives the drink a thicker, more velvety mouthfeel if you mix it into the tea, plus before mixing you can sip on the cream and the tea separately, so it's like you can enjoy two drinks in one cup!

The team is absolutely lovely, it was my first time there and I had some questions/confusion and they were literally so patient, so kind and definitely pointed me in the right direction! As a Libra, decisions are hard ok luckily, you really can't go wrong with anything here. They even offer you free samples of their daily tea! They were pretty busy for a weeknight and yet we didn't wait long at all. Beautiful decor, very unique, relaxing and artistic. Definitely gives quality tea absolutely crushed it on the aesthetic front 10/10 gorgeous Sadly deducting a star because I got a very long black hair in my drink and I have very short blonde hair, so it was a bit unsettling and the drinks are quite expensive, so didn't super love that!

It's not easy to make great boba. This place makes perfect Boba. Not mushy, not hard, chewy with bounce. I am glad I found this place after trying out the other highly rated place in the next block that was super artificial tasting, I couldn't drink it. Thank you Tea Addicts. You made my day.

So many options making it hard for me to pick what I wanted. Couldn't decide if I wanted one of the best sellers Ube Pistachio, a rose milk tea, a matcha...Ended up going with the rose milk tea with light ice and no toppings for my first visit. The drink was yummy, I've had better rose milk tea but I was satisfied and it was tasty. I give a 3.5 stars but round up as the location is large, good menu options with food and drink, accessible to bus stops, and my drink was good so I will round up to 4 stars. The cons are a lot of flies, especially in the bathroom. Dead flies in the bathroom soap, flying in your face in the bathroom, lobby has clean tables but dusty floors and windows with many dead fruit flies, large flies, and insects. More than 20 dead flies. Luckily in the lobby they don't fly in your face like the bathroom. I notice the front door states to customer please keep it closed so maybe some it is the area and out of their control? I still sat inside for a while and finished my drink in lobby to stay out of the sun for a bit and so did other groups. Staff was hard working. Seemed a lot of online food orders they needed to complete and that they prioritized. Tea Addicts has good menu options and it's a good tea spot in the area near the buses and the Whole Foods.

Food & drink: (3/5) I've been a loyal lover of the milk cream strawberry since my very first visit, but for some reason it just isn't as good as I remember it being. I would say it's just fine now that I've noticed that they've gotten more watered down. I do enjoy that they still use fresh fruit, but would probably only come back if I was invited by a friend. My partner still really likes his usual which is the mango pomelo sago. I think it's one of their best sellers and is a pretty safe order if you don't know what to get. We didn't get any this time, but I do like their mochi. If you've acquired the taste, the durian mochi is solid. Service: (5/5) Ordering is mostly done through the kiosk at the front but I still appreciate how fast they get things out.
