After visiting here a few times, this has become one of my favorite go to spots for yummy croffles :) [[HIGHLIGHT]]Located in Roosevelt, this cute lil cafe is perfect for studying or meeting up with people. Interior is cozy and modern and there are outlets around and free WiFi that makes this place perfect for school or work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My favorite highlights here are: 1. Sweet Croffles ~ Consistently good with a nice slightly chewy and crispy texture on the outside and for the flavors I tried so far, (Plain, Tiramisu, Strawberry) ~ all has been so good! If you're a bit sensitive to sweet, I definitely recommend trying out a plain croffle since it's lightly sweetened to start off with since there are crystallized sugar pieces in the waffle. 2. Savory Bites: If you're looking for something more savory, I suggest trying out the croffle tuna sandwich, any of the onigiri or the sausage bread. Paired any of these with a drink and you're set for a yummy time! I particularly like the croffle tuna sandwich for the sweet/salty texture and the sausage bread itself was pretty tasty. Things to Note: 1. Everything is self service here... from ordering at the kiosk (you can order from the cashier too), to picking up your food and busing it at the end. 2. Drinks: Hit or Miss, depending on your preference. For me, I ordered a few drinks at regular sweetness and found 2/3 of the drinks to be too sweet. Definitely recommend half the puree level if you want a less sweet drink for the fruit flavor options. 3. Price Point: a bit spendy but for the quality of the croffles itself, I don't mind :) Can't wait to come back and sample more crofffleeeees!
I came here on a whim to study and it was a great decision! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's plenty of space to sit and outlets to charge your laptop[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], plus the food and drinks are pretty yummy! I tried the strawberry lemonade, strawberry croffle, the tuna mayo riceball, and beef bulgogi riceball. The lemonade and riceballs were my favorites! The ruffle was too sweet for my taste, I would have preferred to share it with someone. All in all, great place to check out!
I throughly did not enjoy my order. My cousin and I wanted a sweet treat after getting dinner, so we decided to come here after searching up nearby dessert places on Yelp. This cafe is located in a plaza with many surrounding businesses which made finding parking easy and abundant in the lot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon entering the cafe, the lights are super bright and it's decorated in a colorful, plant theme.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There wasn't anyone at the cash register at that moment either but they do have a kiosk in the front you can also check out on. There's a small market place of retail items to the side and a variety of food/drinks on their actual menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I appreciated the visual display of desserts in their case and there were tons of tables to sit at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There wasn't many people inside when we arrived, but the few there were silently working on their computers/studying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We still decided to dine in since my cousin wanted to get a croffle and eat it right away. Drinks are only available in 16oz (small) and 22oz (large). Our order was completed quickly and the girl who gave it to us was nice. vanilla icecream croffle: my cousin thought the presentation was pretty and it was a good amount of vanilla ice cream on top of the croffle. It was just that the croffle was stale, so it wasn't enjoyable. They also only had plastic utensils which made cutting into the hard croffle difficult. galaxy-ade: very tart, but sugary at the same time. the lychee jelly was too soft for our liking and the ade even mixed tasted predominantly like lemon juice. signature dalgona matcha: I love matcha and dalgona, so naturally was very excited to try this drink. I asked for oat milk and less sugar which just meant less dalgona. The boba had a good chewy texture I enjoyed, but was not sweetened at all. Also the drink was incredibly bitter for some reason. I was not tasting much matcha and the dalgona in the drink ended up being soggy which texturally threw me off as I was sipping getting soft chunks. both my cousin and I threw away our drink after 1 sip. no joke. we tried each others drinks and noticed the same things. it was not worth the calories and for the prices of everything, I was expecting better... We'll stick to our usual spots for dessert.

Cute little cafe on Roosevelt by UW. Close to the Roosevelt light rail station which is convenient. Very cute interior and chill vibe. My friend had given me one of their croffles before and I had wanted to try it when it was fresher so we decided to go. We got the strawberry and the matcha croffles. I liked the flavor of the creams on both of the ones we got. The strawberries on top added a tartness that cut the sweetness of the cream. I do wish that the croffle was softer? It was very hard which I wasn't sure was supposed to be the texture. I think it was still good though. We came late so we didn't want to try any of the drinks and they didn't have many onigiris left. I would come back to try those as well.
For a small shop, they have nice seating with wifi and outlets. I'd stop by here to work if I was in the area. Their menu is also very extensive ranging from all kinds of pastries to drinks. Cookies, brownies, croffles, and cakes among other food items, they have a variety of sweet and savory. Drink wise they have tons of coffees, teas, smoothies, and lemonades. Wonderful, kind service and they bring your food straight to you. Bingsoo is very expensive here though because every other spot has it much cheaper. Dalgona Milk Tea with Boba - actually really good tea. I loved the milk tea but did not care for the boba. Boba was chewy but flavorless. Luckily (or maybe not?) they don't give much boba so you don't need to suffer endless chewing. Tea was creamy, sweet from dalgona melting inside, and packed a fair tea flavor. Actually really surprising. Pink Hawaiian Lemonade - actually just pink lemonade. Slightly sour yet sweet, you get what you expect from pink lemonade. Refreshing though. Blueberry Croffle - buddy told me that croffles with the swirl were to way to go. She meant the cream on top and I think I agree. Croffle itself is a perfect texture of crisp yet soft and it's sweet like honey, though you'll want more flavor. Blueberries on top were a bit sour and I heard the strawberries were sour too so I would maybe opt for a non-fruit option. Still delicious though. Oreo Cheesecake - tasted like a regular cheesecake to be honest. Oreo was not very present so I think there's only a little blended into the cheesecake. On top is a soft Oreo which brings some flavor but the cheesecake is stronger, so opt for a different cheescake.
Just tried croffles for the first time and I'm officially a fan! The perfect mix of a croissant and a waffle crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. It's a fun twist on both classics and totally satisfying whether you go sweet or savory. Definitely a new favorite treat!
Overpriced. I live down the street and the only thing that prevents me from coming in every day is because most of the food feels $2 more expensive than it should be. $2 less is what will get my foot in the door but I would come every day if it was $3 less. Take the galaxy-ade for example: $8 for the smallest size of soda water, lemonade, and a splash of butterfly pea without toppings? $4.50 for an onigiri I could get at a supermarket for $2-3.50? The ordering tablet is very hard to navigate because you have all these fancy drink names and no explanation of what it is! It's not even clear what is included and what is not; instead it'll say "include this only" or "select extra" without telling you the cost of any of it. Please spend some extra time making your tablet user-friendly. While the seating area looks comfortable and has a lot of chargers, I find the emptiness of the shop uncomfortable to work in. It's dead before 2pm and somewhat bustling at night. It's a cute shop with decent food. That's all there is to it.

One Bite Cafe is a super cute cafe right next to the Roosevelt light rail station. They serve croffles, which are croissant waffles, with unique toppings. They also have other pastries, cakes, cookies, rice balls/onigiri, coffee, bingsoo, and more. So many yummy dessert options! We had originally wanted a half dozen croffles to share, but ended up being too full. We ordered a mango croffle which comes with fresh cream and fresh mangos. It was delicious! Sweet but not overbearing, very fresh, and super crunchy. There is a few tables to sit at but it gets full pretty quickly. We managed to snag a table which was nice to sit and chat at. There's also free wifi and a bathroom. The cafe is oddly very very warm. As soon as I stepped in, my glasses fogged up so much that I couldn't see. There is only street parking available, and it can be difficult to find. I'd recommend taking the light rail or a public bus.
One Bite Cafe has a good strawberry matcha latte (on par with Chamei Matcha on the Eastside, which one could say specializes in matcha desserts and drinks). You can order it to go or for here in a nice glass cup. The screen gives you options for sizes, milk (almond milk and oat milk for an extra charge) and two topping additions. You can also pick ice and sugar level. The ice is never melting here. The ambiance here is good. There are about 6 or so tables inside, and there's Wi-Fi. It's like a mix of the bubble tea atmosphere and the coffeeshop.
The food was really tasty and unique. I'd definitely try one of the sweet croffles next time. I tried the croffle potato and egg salad sandwich which was pretty good. Unique with the sweet croffle bread and then savory with the filling. The crab onigiri was also fresh and tasty. The drink I got was also great - strawberry galaxy lemonade with lychee jelly! The cafe was cute and comfortable. The server was kind but it took a really long time to get my order (it was to go). My drink came out quickly but my two food items took longer to come out than several people who ordered food after me. They were very well packaged though and traveled successfully!
One Bite is such a cute cafe - perfect for chatting with friends and enjoying a cute Asian cafe feel. It has croffles, coffees, cookies and all sorts of sweets. I got the Biscoff croffle (cookie butter) and it was a sweet whipped cream on top of a caramel drizzled croffle and it was delicious. Definitely recommend! Any of the croffles are good! The service is also super good! The staff put out an extra table for our group since all of the spots were already taken at the time which was super sweet! :)

If you're looking for sweet with a bit of crunch, One Bite Cafe is the way to go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything about One Bite Cafe is delightful, from the interior to friendly staff and of course the treats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Don't be fooled by the size of their Croffles, even one can be pretty filling but one shouldn't limit themselves to trying one. The Croffle itself is sweet/sugared, but if you go with one of their flavors it isn't a sweet overload. The cream of the toppings is light, and throwing in either the fresh bluberries or strawberry completes it. Personally I'm a fan of their Taro and strawberry. I found their bluberry tastes similiar to the Taro (so I wouldn't order both at the same time), and the Red Velvet was okay but a little bland. Their Roll cake is very light, to a point that you'd almost question if you actually ate anything (don't worry, the cream inside will quickly remind you). read more
This cozy and quiet cafe is a block or so away from the Roosevelt light rail station, but street parking was difficult to find; I had to use parking along 8th Ave NE which was a considerable number of blocks away given how hot it was on a Sunday at 3:30pm, not to mention I already walked a lap or two around Green Lake Park and craved something sweet like I always do! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior complemented the hot, sunny day with warm colors; the brown hardwood floors, the lighting inside and the white walls contrasting with the front counter that has all the colors, be it from the croffles or their menus up on the TV monitors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also serve a variety of other foods and desserts that were also at the front display counter. You can order up at the front counter, or you can use the lone kiosk to the immediate right-hand side of the front entrance to peruse the menu and place your order. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In general, it's a very cute cafe with low-volume music, some board games and a matching minimal interior to boot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their menu offers a wide variety of drinks including caffeinated and non-caffeinated dinks, coffee, milk tea, matcha and others. Their croffles are also on display at the front counter, though I couldn't tell if they were real or not. When I placed my order for a mango croffle and classic milk tea, they definitely did not take or even touch the mango croffle already in the display case; staff took about 15 minutes or so making the croffle and getting everything to me on a tray, complete with utensils and napkins. For each of the foods I got: - The mango croffle is literally a waffle in the best shape and hump for a croissant you can probably get. It looks like it's psrinkled with flour and drizzled in syrup, followed by tons of whipped cream on the top and some okay-quality mango slices. The croffle itself was more than warm and on the borderline of hot, so that's a huge plus for me here. None of the different kinds of sweetness provided by these layers interfered in any way, hence I finished quickly and without a ton of water. - The classic milk tea (with regular sweetness and less ice) was actually for my mom, and I only got a sip of it after she had the majority of it when I returned home. Very standard and nothing special, though I appreciate the sweetness levels being appropriate in proportion to the ice, assuming that it melts in the fridge. Their variety of croffles in the display case makes me wanna grab another the next time I visit here! read more

He suggested a croffle - croissant dough prepared in a waffle maker. I was disappointed by both the flavor and texture of the pastry. The matcha frosting on top was too sweet, and the texture had none of the flakiness I look for in a croissant. read more

Despite One Bite Cafe being open since 2019, this is my first visit (7/14/22). I'm usually visiting other usual favorites in the Roosevelt neighborhood and clearly I've been under a rock. Some Yelpers have recently put the word "croffle" on my radar screen. I usually dislike mash ups or fusion type things, and prefer OG, old school, classic iterations. But recent photos piqued my interest, so after circling a bit for parking due to nearby construction, I finally located this family-run, indie spot. It is next door to the Roosevelt light rail station on NE 65th in between Roosevelt and 12th, north of Whole Foods. Hours are noon to 8pm Wed-Sun, 2-8pm Mon, closed Tues. Perfect for some cafe time or indulging in afternoon/evening treats. The interior is well lit, clean, pleasant decor, and ample onsite seating (no outdoor sidewalk seating). Variety of music and WiFi available, so decent for cafe time and meetups. The entire menu is available via QR code, but thankfully their menu is also displayed on overhead screens at the front counter. They have milk teas, espresso, and signature drinks. There's onigiri, sweet & savory croffles...cream, doughnut, sandwich style, macarons, bingsu desserts, and signature desserts like cream roll cake slices, tiramisu and basque cheesecake. I enjoyed my classic milk tea (16 oz, $4.90), on point with sweetness wise and creamy smooth. The fresh strawberry croffle ($7.25) was a pleasant treat, nicely plated, definitely glad for the fork and knife provided, all presented on a tray. Strawberries were not Skagit Valley red interior, but sweet enough and well selected slices. For the past half hour, it was just me and another person onsite. One takeout order, a group of six teenagers just arrived, and two others right before I left. This was from 1300-1345, so can't speak to atmosphere later in the day. The Roosevelt neighborhood literally has a concentration of several cafes, so it was good to discover One Bite Cafe, albeit three years later for me. *PS: Current new ownership just took over and reopened in May 2022, so wishing them all the best. Wow, so glad I found this hidden gem of a cafe. This Asian ran cafe will put a smile on your face. Very limited seating but I doubt you will ever have trouble finding a seat. Parking is also easy. I love how they display their options. Not unordinary, but I still love it. I ordered a black lemonade and a strawberry topped waffle. Both were very delicious. One thing I noticed, they did not ask about sugar and ice levels like a lot of cafes are starting to do. But they did how ever make me a yummy strawberry topped waffle. The creme frosting is a nice touch, however a bit too much for me. I had to remove about a third of the creme frosting. The waffle was also a bit difficult to cut through. Not sure why it was so hard. Caused me to make a bit of a mess. Still a very delicious, but messy waffle. I can't wait to come back and try their other options. read more

Very tasty desserts. The moist fluffy cake, smooth cream melt in your mouth without over sweetness. The matcha is not too bitter easy to eat. My tip to get your parking easier is park in Daiso's parking lot across the street. Won't have much space to park on the street. read more
Waffles or pancakes? This has always been a whimsical, yet dividing, question regarding breakfast food. I'm personally on team waffle, as I do love the crunchy texture of waffles. Well, meet the croffle. A beautiful marriage of a croissant and a waffle. And damn, One Bite Cafe serves a mean croffle that satisfied my sweet tooth. My wife and I went to One Bite Cafe on a cold and frigid night, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We ordered: The black sesame croffle Earl grey cake The cake receives the best Asian compliment in the best way possible: it's not too sweet. It was really airy and pleasant, and the earl grey flavor is pronounced. My only qualm, alas being a small one, is that the frosting had an overpowering and thick cream cheese flavor, which was very polarizing to the cake itself. But it was really nicely baked. But the star of the show: the black sesame croffle. The staff told us that it would take a bit of time as they're prepping it, and the wait was totally worth it. The croffle was crunchy, warm, and delicious, and the black sesame served as a cooling pairing that elevated the dish. Needless to say, we devoured it. And an extra +1 on the design, it was visually pleasing and looked so nice that we HAD to take the IG shot. Unless you have a monstrosity of a mouth, you won't finish these desserts in one bite. But that's a good thing, as these desserts are so enjoyable from start to end, with a huge craving for more afterwards. And with the abundance of flavors, I will be back soon. read more

I always come here for a good study sesh. The drinks are delicious and THE ONIGIRI ARE SO GOOD. My personal favorites are the mango matcha w/lychee jelly for a drink and as many tuna mayo onigiri as I can afford. Some friends and I got to try out this cafe right off of 65th street this past Saturday (7/9/22), and I'll have to say this is an excellent addition to the Roosevelt area! The interior atmosphere is welcoming, however seating is limited. There is a variety of drinks on their menu and a good selection of desserts as well. I ordered the Black Sesame Croffle which I enjoyed especially since there aren't too many dessert places out there that offer croffles nor black sesame flavoured desserts, so it was definitely an exciting find! I did wish that the croffle itself could have been softer, but other than that I would recommend trying it out. I also ordered the Korean Dolce Latte alongside the dessert, and I found it sweet yet refreshing! The drink presentation was nice and I would surely order it again. Overall a positive experience and worth checking out if you're in the area. If you're looking for a good spot to meet up with friends, then this is a place for you! This is a great place to go to if you're craving some unique dessert! I got a strawberry croffle and a matcha croffle donut. I would recommend getting the normal croffles over the croffle donut, the only different is for the donut they put the cream on the inside, which makes for a messier eating experience as the cream will pop out the sides if you bite. Strawberry was better flavor than matcha in my opinion. The flavor was nice, fresh, fruity, and light. They have a good selection of flavors and I would come back to try the others! Main complaint I have is the croffles are hard to eat/cut through with the fork and knife they give you, they should get sharper knives. The roll cake was okay, the cake part wasn't that flavorful, wouldn't get again. read more
Where has croffle been my whole life bruh. I could really sit and eat croffle all day. Tried the strawberry one and the tiramisu one and both were 10/10. Shout out to Grace who took my order, she was super nice and really knows how to make a croffle. She needs a promotion! read more

Cutest little cafe with every drink and delicious food item you can think of. The man taking my mango matcha order was so sweet, and all the sweet and salty croffles, bingsu, egg tarts, and onigiri looked amazing. Also has free wifi and good lowkey music. read more
Food was very subpar - ordered the mango smoothie which tasted like blended mango and water/ice, it tasted like there was 0% sweetness and overall just watered down. The galaxy lemonade was decent, it's very pretty to look at but did get very sour by the end. We also got a mango croffle, which was okay, the cream was probably the best part. It's a nice place for pics but wasn't impressive at all in flavor. Staff was friendly, the decor was clean but kind of all over the place in terms of a theme (random "aesthetic" items thrown together). read more
I was craving a little breakfast and something fast. Uber eats had a 2 for 1 and decided to try one of the waffles. The way I wanted to experience my first bite all over again once I ate it was crazy. I wanted to go back once I finished. The waffle was soft and sweet like a little cakey taste. It was also moist which was great. The cream/ topping was so airy and flavorful! I would go back and try all the flavors. I didn't know they had other foods/ drinks. I have to for sure try the menu. -1 star bc parking is ass and for folks who are driving to this place, you gotta park somewhere and walk. Very cute cafe! This place is good for a quick dessert or hang out during the day. Lots of pastries, drinks, and even some board games. This was my first time here, so I asked for drink recs and eventually went for the dalgona milk tea. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was! The staff here is super friendly :) 10/10 would come back here again. read more

Super cute Korean cafe! I LOVE THEIR CROFFLES! They're airy, crispy, and perfect sweetness but not overly sweet. $40/half dozen box mix & match customer's choice. One Bite Cafe is one of my new favorite spots for sweets. Their croffles (croissant-waffles) are huge and totally worth the price! I've also fallen in love with their Dalgona Milk Tea, which comes with crunchy Korean Dalgona candy on top. I order it with boba and oat milk. I haven't seen it on the menu in-store lately, but they still had it when I asked this weekend. It has a bit of crunch and aftertaste remniscient of graham crackers/Golden Grahams cereal. Pricy but addicting... Another nice thing about One Bite Cafe is that they are on the same block as the Roosevelt Link Light Rail Station, which makes it super easy (and tempting) to go there. I always pass by when stopping by Whole Foods, Daiso, or my exercise classes. How dare you tempt me with sweet treats after working out... The inside of their shop is clean and bright, with some limited indoor seating. They're open relatively late for a dessert cafe (usually around 7:30 pm). The staff are always friendly and patient. And, they've got free wifi! Plus... I'm debating if I should share this secret or not... ok... fine... they're on the To Good To Go app! So you can get discounted leftover food to prevent food waste. I got two big savory pastries for $3.99! Ahh!!! I'm ruining my chances of getting more surprise bags! read more
The ambiance is really cute and very nice vibe to it. There is not much seating so if it gets busy you might not get a seat at all. The service is extremely friendly and they were able to get my order extremely quickly. The potato salad croffle is highly recommended. The potato salad is extremely tasty and the croffle itself perfectly sweet and balances out the savoriness of the potato salad. read more

This cafe has so many good items. I specifically love their matcha milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. Both SO good! Haven't tried all the pastries, but I can attest to their croffles and cakes, I highly recommend! A little small inside, but if you find a spot it's a great place to study! read more
I had a great experience at One Bite Cafe! Service: the waiters/cashiers are super nice and friendly, they made us feel welcome. We took some time to decide what we wanted, they never rushed us and patiently told us 'take your time'. Food: everything we ordered was delicious. I ordered Dolce Coffee, it's a strong coffee, not that sweet, and I personally really like it. Sausage cheese bread contains so much cheese and mayo sauce, rich in flavor! Earl Grey cake- not that sweet, which is great! It's refreshing but not that special, I would give a 6/10. My friends ordered Ice cream croffle, matcha latte, strawberry latte, Oreo cheesecakes, tuna croffle and bulgogi rice ball. They all really like their food. Environment: The cafe is cozy and good for hanging out with friends, board games, or studying. One bite cafe has so many dessert options and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back here again and again :) read more

If you want to find a cute place with good desserts, this place is it. I tried their sesame, matcha, blueberry, and tuna croffles, and I liked all of them. They had best watermelon smoothie I ever had. I highly recommend it before summer is over (cuz I'm not sure if it is seasonal). Earl grey cake is their new item, and it really has that pleasant earl grey flavor in rich but not heavy cream. It's a good choice if you like a light dessert. Plus, staffs are super nice and friendly! read more
