Then the food came out and I have not stopped thinking about it since. My mom was so impressed she went home and bought a juicer. I wish I was exaggerating. They even offered us a sampler so we could try everything. At the time I politely declined. That was one of the worst decisions I made on this trip. I was fully expecting the treats to be pretty good for gluten free. Instead they were just flat out incredible. Honestly, I liked several of them more than the gluten packed versions I have been eating my entire life. Do yall ship?? If you have celiac, stop reading this review and go. There was a gentleman at one of these computers who just silently stared at me as I wandered to find Emerald City Smoothie. He didn't move, smile, nothing. His eyes just followed me. Kinda feeling odd by this point I saw the Emerald City Smoothie to the left tucked in. You can't see it when stepping into the space and the one sign is on one wall eye level. But I guess they don't really need to advertise. One young woman was alone cranking out smoothies. She was diligent in her job treating her smoothies like someone on an assembly line. She spoke little and moved fast. There were a few people in front of me and each was served quickly with no commentary. Made me wonder if they should just install a kiosk where customers could put in their orders and she could just make them with no interaction. I left much as I entered, being stared at as I walked away. I don't think I will be back. It was weird.

I do wish they decorated the outdoor seating area a little more to really lean into that tropical Southeast Asian vibe because the location has SO much potential, but honestly, the atmosphere was already giving. And here's what surprised me: I didn't realize Natalie's at Alki serves REAL FOOD! We got: Crab & Shrimp Fried Rice SO GOOD. Flavorful, packed with seafood, and definitely hit the spot. Mango Salad , Y'ALL!! THIS ONE?! The combination of fresh mango and avocado on a sunny day was PERFECT. Sweet, fresh, creamy, refreshing. I could've eaten the whole bowl myself! Literally almost did had to share LOL! we got Fries because honestly, you can never go wrong with fries. And of course, you already know we had to get the drinks! Their kumquat sugarcane drink is always a good choice. They also have gelato at this location, which I didn't even know! So now I already have another excuse to come back and try more of their menu. Tukwila location does have food but menus are a little different, so now I definitely need to go back and compare! Overall, Natalie's Alki is definitely worth checking out, especially if you're spending the day at Alki Beach. Grab some food, get yourself a sugarcane drink, sit outside, listen to some Vietnamese music, and pretend you're on vacation in Southeast Asia for an hour.

(They also had the most amazing Oreo cheesecake I've ever seen in the display case!) Anyway, the bingsoo was amazing! The texture was similar to ice cream and the flavors were amazing. I also got mini mochi with mine and they were so good! However, just one mini bingsoo was around $12... The service: It did take roughly 15ish minutes to receive my food. They also forgot the mini mochi, but gave it to me when I asked and even gave me an extra little container of it! Which was super sweet of them. The environment: This is possibly the cutest building I've been in in a long time. The decor, the layout... all of it is fire. I love the plants they have at the tables and around the building!! The menu was also incredibly easy to read and understand. There are kiosks to order at and they have photos of each menu item (which was great because I originally wasn't sure what bingsoo was). There are plenty of tables, chairs, and room. There's only one single stall bathroom, however. Final thoughts: I really loved the bingsoo, it was delicious. I would love to come back for that cheesecake I saw in the display case... However, it is spendy so if I do indulge myself, it will definitely have to be only a rare treat. Also, the waiting time for my food was a little bit disappointing.

The 25 year old, Lynden, Washington based company began making its presence known in early 2026 by starting remodeling of the building, and activating the space near the railroad tracks in the triangle of Factory Avenue North, Bronson Way North, and Sunset Boulevard North. A slight challenge to get to, the Renton location of Woods Coffee still makes its mark with a huge drive-thru space for those coming to Downtown Renton, those walking from Liberty Park, or those about to enter south bound 405 for their first, and most important, beverage of the day! It will soon become Renton's go-to, commuter based morning spot. Having a decent amount of parking for in-store guests, the interior of Woods Coffee fully reinvigorates the building. You would never know it was anything else but one of Washington's favorite coffee companies. The cafe includes low volume cool jazz, and enclosed fire pit that decorates and establishes the ambiance - day or night. There's plenty of seating in this simple, modernist style location. Comfy, real-wood, based-decor. As for the coffee, no Italian words spoken here. Small, medium or large and maybe extra large if you ask nicely. They do have a robust selection of teas, including seasonal non-caffinated beverages, too. Just ask. Need food? It's there for your breakfast needs, as well as assorted pastries available with Woods Coffee signature baked-fresh-that-day offerings. Also, don't forget the Woods Coffee swag! Or... turn right on Bronso and flip around safely to make a LEFT back onto Bronson to get to the southbound 405 entrance. Just know this, and you'll be okay. Because it's in a cup instead of a bowl, I feel like you don't get that many toppings due to the minimal space. A bowl would have more surface area on top. It's also hard to eat all the layers with a spoon without the toppings spilling over the sides of the cup. They do a good job with sweetness levels, using only natural sweeteners instead of refined sugar. For some reason, their acai base tastes a lot like banana to me even though I don't see banana in the ingredients. I think I prefer acai I've had from other places. But I'd probably still return occasionally to try other flavor and topping combinations.

The flavor of their acai is incredible - it's so flavorful and is what keeps me coming back. All the fruit tasted fresh, and the cacao nibs are so yummy. While the pistachio cream was really rich, the flavor felt slightly off to me. Nonetheless, this will always be one of my go to acai spots!
