My face was not red nor irritated but had a nice glow. Lauren is a wonderful person who takes pride in her work and assesses each client's skin to provide them with treatments or peels that will benefit them. I once came in for my PCA peel, but my skin was slightly irritated by a new facial scrub that I had used the day before. She was concerned that my skin would react negatively to the TCA peel in its sensitive state so we rescheduled for the following week.
