From the moment I walked in, the spa felt warm, calming, and thoughtfully designed--an instant exhale. Autumn is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely attentive and intuitive in her approach. She explained everything she was doing, customized the treatment to my skin's needs, and created a perfect balance of relaxation and results. My skin was glowing, smooth, lifted, and refreshed in a way I noticed immediately--and it just kept getting better over the next few days. Autumn's touch is amazing, her technique is spot-on, and you can tell she truly cares about both skin health and the overall experience. Hideaway House Spa is a gem in Meridian, and Autumn is exactly the kind of provider you want trusting your face with--professional, skilled, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I wanted my adorable kitties on my nails and Matty really understood the assignment!! She does great nail art, was also very pleasant to talk to and made my experience a relaxing one! I'd come in early and pay extra to get all of that while waiting to be brought back for my scheduled services so take note, Rain Salon & Spa! In conclusion, It was a fabulous mani and I'd definitely come back. I plan to visit their Garden City location at some point as well as there are some additional services offered there.

I followed all the instructions and used only ONE of the sessions -- but when I requested a refund for the remaining treatments, I was met with silence and runarounds. Despite numerous calls over 9 months to the Boise location and corporate support, I have only received a partial refund. I am still owed over $1,600, and no one will take responsibility or provide a timeline. Now they claim they don't offer refunds after services are "rendered," completely ignoring what their own staff told me before I paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. I expected professionalism and transparency from a company of this size -- instead, I've been ignored and misled.
