The staff came across as cold and unfriendly, and they looked like they didn't enjoy their jobs. I didn't feel welcomed when I arrived. Matt's medical assistant was also unfriendly and didn't even smile or make an effort to help me feel at ease. The interaction felt very routine and impersonal. While the care I received from Matt was excellent, I hope the office staff can improve the overall patient experience.
