He made me feel very comfortable, and he has a great demeanor. I truly appreciated the care he provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was very different. The staff came across as cold and unfriendly, and they looked like they didn't enjoy their jobs. I didn't feel welcomed when I arrived. Matt's medical assistant was also unfriendly and didn't even smile or make an effort to help me feel at ease. The interaction felt very routine and impersonal. While the care I received from Matt was excellent, I hope the office staff can improve the overall patient experience.
