I think Dr. McInnes is a very talented plastic surgeon who has a quick temper and a giant ego. I won't go back.

Somehow my review keeps getting taken down. Just updating to make sure my review is still visible…read more BOTCHED AND DISFIGURED I went to Dr Rodgers for sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, and liposuction. There were immediate red flags I unfortunately ignored. The first was the condition of Dr Rodgers's teeth. His teeth are covered in plaque and tarter. They look like they haven't been cleaned in ten years. It's unusual for a surgeon, to say the least. The second red flag was when discussing the desired results; I mentioned that I wanted a nose that aesthetically fit my face. Dr. Roger responded that he didn't care about aesthetics. It's strange a plastic surgeon wouldn't care about aesthetics. The third red flag is Dr. Rodgers is missing an index finger on his dominant right hand. I clarified to Dr Rodgers that I wanted a straight Roman nose. What I got is something better suited to a Puerto Rican. Dr. Rogers removed too much cartilage off my bridge, leaving me with a rounded nose bridge lacking structure and a flat spot in the middle. My nostrils are now different sizes and attached unevenly to my face. I have a collapsed right valve. His incision on my columella left me with a missing cartilage on the left side. The tip of my nose, which he was supposed to refine, is wider than before. The septum he was supposed to straighten is deviated to the left. My nose is noticeably shorter. When I asked Dr. Rogers if he removed any cartilage from the tip of my nose, he said no. This was a lie. According to the medical records I requested, Dr Rodgers removed cartilage from the tip of my nose without discussing it with me. The liposuction he performed on my face has left me with a dent in my right cheek. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Rogers, he laughed in my face (literally). He did this multiple times while trying to gaslight me to me think I was seeing things or hadn't waited long enough to see the results manifest. Ultimately, Dr. Rogers put me off for over a year before telling me he would not perform a revision surgery. This means I have to spend $15-$20,000 to have another surgeon correct Dr. Rogers's mistakes. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. Fortunately, I could do a chargeback on one of the credit cards I used to pay for the surgery. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering plastic surgery. Put the initial charge on a credit card and charge the surgeon back when they see any potential bad results. Surgeons only win 23% of chargeback cases, so the chances are good that you will get your money back. I made the mistake of going with Dr. Rogers because he was affordable. I ignored red flags so I could save money. Now I'll be paying for it the rest of my life.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Kramer is that he is honest and realistic with expectations. I find that it is very important for any surgeon to be realistic with outcomes and I appreciate his honesty. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my tummy tuck which I had done in the last few weeks and I am so thankful for his expertise. I highly recommend him. What I really appreciated the most about him is that he is thorough, and never ever makes a patient feel rushed. He explains everything in detail and goes into depth about realistic outcomes with every surgery. I am so thankful I found him and his team and so blessed that he was able to surpass my expectations. My stomach looks amazing after having four children and all of them being a C-section. I had excessively loose skin and when I look at my stomach I can't even recognize it because it's been so long since I've seen it without wrinkles and excessive loose skin.Thank you Dr. Kramer, and thank you to your wonderful crew. What an amazing office overall!

Miracle Doctor!! Ok, so a brief history on me and why I chose Dr. Kramer. About 15 years ago I had…read morebreast implants put in (yes, 5 years past their expiration date) to help fill in what was left after nursing my daughter. I didn't get a lift, just a fill so I'd at least look decent in clothing. My doctor, at that time, made my implants a bit bigger than I requested which upset me but I kept them regardless. Anyways, after 15 years of having these heavy saline-filled bags in my chest, I was done, done, done! I wanted to remove them and lift these babies up! Over time, the weight of these things not only caused chronic neck and back pain but they were sagging with one protruding more to my side. I was fearful after moving to a very small city that I wouldn't be able to find a doctor who could correct what was happening. Of course I could find a doctor who could remove the implants but I needed to find one who could give me a lift with the best results possible. I happen to research a few plastic surgeons in the area and saw that Dr. Kramer worked in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ! Yes! A doctor from a big city!!! After scoring that bonus round, I looked into his work. I was very impressed with his work and his healed results that I immediately scheduled an appointment. Having my consultation, he and his assistant Kimmie were very professional and answered all of my questions. Now, I'm not going to knock the other reviewer here because she had her experiences and reasons for her rating. However, I will say I didn't experience anything that made me uncomfortable or ashamed of my body. I am a little overweight and have had 4 kids so my body is not at 100%. I just didn't have any bad experiences. What I got from Dr. Kramer during our consultation was that he was extremely calculative and was analyzing all the details in front of him. He was very blunt and clear as to what my results could be which, I guess, in all could be perceived as having a lack of compassion as stated by the other reviewer? I don't really know. I went to him for results, not because he was extremely nice (which he actually was). I didn't get any negative vibes from him and I actually appreciated his non-sugar coating delivery. His Assistant, Kimmie, she is an absolute doll! She has been my go-to for all of the questions I've had since my surgery and I'm so happy I have her in my corner. Now, I had my surgery about a week ago and so far I'm LOVING my results!! He had a major challenge in front of him and he nailed it!! My results are beyond what I could've ever imagined and they aren't even fully healed! How crazy is that??! I would highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kramer if you want amazing results. I'm sooooo glad I did!

My eyes need to be dried every two to three minutes. I saw an Ophthalmologist about the problem 5 years ago and he put stents in my tear ducts. He said they were blocked so the tears couldn't drain properly. The stents were meant to be in for six weeks, one fell out after 5 days. They didn't work. Eyes still watering and tear ducts are open. Next he surgically tightened my lower eyelids to give me a stronger blink. Didn't change anything. Still watering. Then he tried Botox shots in each eye. Nothing changed except I had a black eye for 6 weeks because he hit a vein. Still have a portion of that black eye in the corner of my right eye. Then we tried steroid eye drops. They worked and subsided the tearing but are too dangerous to use on a regular basis. They can damage the Optic Nerve. It was clear to me that this Dr. was just giving up. I tried seeing another highly rated Ophthalmologist but apparently he was a friend of the last one and said there was nothing he could do for me. Fast forward. I had cataract surgery last year and the Dr. that did it was wonderful and I trust him. I told him about my watering eyes the first time I saw him. The watering was so bad that he thought it might be Dry Eye Disease and suggested I see Dr. Besecker at Envision. First visit, Dr. Besecker told me I do not have Dry Eyes but I do have tear ducts that are not even close to being in a position to drain my tears. The tears were so bad from having to dry them every few minutes my lower eye lids were so stretched out that the tears simply spilled over the lids. At this point, my life was severely impacted by my tearing eyes. My vision was affected. It was like trying to see underwater. I'm a voracious reader but had to give it up. My eyes would water so bad with my eyes looking down that it was impossible to get through a paragraph without tears running down my face. I'm also an avid gardener but that was very difficult to plant anything, prune anything, or just hand water. going out to dinner was not very enjoyable with all the eye wiping I had to do. Even having a conversation with a friend or neighbor was a chore. Dr. Besecker gave me a list of things I needed to do to help alleviate the watering, warm compresses, eyelid cleansing, taking fish oil, and general eye care. He also suggested I see Dr. Ilya Leyngold, a plastic surgeon, to repair my lower eyelids and surgically implant stents that will correct the position of my tear ducts and drain the tears properly. Well, I had the surgery a month ago and after just two weeks of healing my eyes are no longer watering. I saw Dr. Besecker for a check up six days ago and he said my vision has improved tremendously. I can read again, gardening is fun again, and going to dinner with friends is enjoyable again. I can not express enough my gratitude for Dr. Besecker. He is determined to help with whatever the problem is and will not give up until he finds the answer. He is a blessing. I highly recommend him for any eye problem that you are experiencing that you can not find help for. I can tell you that he has changed my life.

I left and drove another half an hour back to my house. I received an email from Sono Bello regarding my visit. I explained the situation in a return email.
