I found Dr. Kramer's office after completing in-depth research with his experience in the field and felt completely comfortable from day one. What I appreciate most about Dr. Kramer is that he is honest and realistic with expectations. I find that it is very important for any surgeon to be realistic with outcomes and I appreciate his honesty. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my tummy tuck which I had done in the last few weeks and I am so thankful for his expertise. I highly recommend him. What I really appreciated the most about him is that he is thorough, and never ever makes a patient feel rushed. Miracle Doctor!! Ok, so a brief history on me and why I chose Dr. Kramer. About 15 years ago I had breast implants put in (yes, 5 years past their expiration date) to help fill in what was left after nursing my daughter. I didn't get a lift, just a fill so I'd at least look decent in clothing. My doctor, at that time, made my implants a bit bigger than I requested which upset me but I kept them regardless. Anyways, after 15 years of having these heavy saline-filled bags in my chest, I was done, done, done! I wanted to remove them and lift these babies up! Over time, the weight of these things not only caused chronic neck and back pain but they were sagging with one protruding more to my side. I was fearful after moving to a very small city that I wouldn't be able to find a doctor who could correct what was happening. Of course I could find a doctor who could remove the implants but I needed to find one who could give me a lift with the best results possible. I happen to research a few plastic surgeons in the area and saw that Dr. Kramer worked in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ! Yes! A doctor from a big city!!! After scoring that bonus round, I looked into his work. I was very impressed with his work and his healed results that I immediately scheduled an appointment. Having my consultation, he and his assistant Kimmie were very professional and answered all of my questions. Now, I'm not going to knock the other reviewer here because she had her experiences and reasons for her rating. However, I will say I didn't experience anything that made me uncomfortable or ashamed of my body. I am a little overweight and have had 4 kids so my body is not at 100%. I just didn't have any bad experiences. What I got from Dr. Kramer during our consultation was that he was extremely calculative and was analyzing all the details in front of him. He was very blunt and clear as to what my results could be which, I guess, in all could be perceived as having a lack of compassion as stated by the other reviewer? I don't really know. I went to him for results, not because he was extremely nice (which he actually was). I didn't get any negative vibes from him and I actually appreciated his non-sugar coating delivery. His Assistant, Kimmie, she is an absolute doll! She has been my go-to for all of the questions I've had since my surgery and I'm so happy I have her in my corner. Now, I had my surgery about a week ago and so far I'm LOVING my results!! He had a major challenge in front of him and he nailed it!! My results are beyond what I could've ever imagined and they aren't even fully healed! How crazy is that??! I would highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kramer if you want amazing results. If I could give Dr. Kramer and Kimmie...heck the whole staff...a 10 I would! From the second I met them I felt comfortable and like a person, not just a number to them. I came to Dr. Kramer to fix a recent breast surgery I had over a year ago. My previous plastic surgeon did not listen to my wants and needs and I ended up paying over $12,000 for huge implants that did not fit my frame. After being in constant discomfort and completely unhappy with them I researched surgeons and found Dr. Kramer. It was a blessing! He listened to me! He cared about MY wants and needs. I wanted the implants removed and my breasts lifted the best he could. He didn't once try to tell me what I should do, but he did give me all his knowledge in how the results could look so I could make my decision. I went for it! My results are PERFECT! Best experience ever. I had researched plastic surgeons for two years before choosing Kramer Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kramer is an amazing and knowledgeable surgeon. I love how frank he is, and you can trust him to give you the best results. He would never do a surgery if it would lead you to have bad results. I had a lift, augmentation, and a mini tummy tuck all at once. To say this was life changing would be an understatement. I feel 10x more comfortable in my own skin, and for once in my life feel confident, and after having three kids this feeling is priceless. I went into his esthetician and was pretty unhappy. I wanted to have the dark spots taken off my face, neck and arms. She suggested I buy a package with three treatments. So I did, she did not include more then one for my arms. I am now stuck with zebra strips until I can get more time off for more treatments. Ugh!! I will find a new path. read more

Per reviews on Dr. Kramer in Idaho, where I now reside, I thought he would be a good choice for a surgeon. I waited a ridiculous six months for a consultation and paid $100. I was excited with a positive attitude and finally the opportunity to do this facial revision surgery to tighten some loose skin and refresh my look to feel more confident as I grow older. While examining me Dr. Kramer proceeded to tell me only the negative, facial complications, which I understand, can happen. Possible blood vessel issues, scars, asymmetry, baldness, etc. but he said nothing positive. I kept waiting for him to say I would actually look better or be improved. He handed me a mirror and pulls my face into a tight, bizarre grimace and tells me this is what I will look like. I looked away and he tells me to look back in the mirror. I had an anxiety attack and had to ask for water and lay back because I was was feeling very lightheaded. I went to Kramer Plastic Surgery hoping to look good, not to look bad. I have had work done some years ago by two other plastic surgeons who never scared me and gave the positive aspects of a surgery along with potential complications. I personally felt he was trying to deter me or he wasn't too confident to do the surgery. He sure didn't sell it very well. I understand there can be complications with any surgery. But where was the positive part of the surgery? Would I come out looking improved? If he didn't think he could do a good job he should have referred me to another surgeon or at least, tell me I was not a good candidate. Nope, he still wanted to sign me up for surgery. Why would I want to spend big bucks and have surgery if I wasn't going to get any improvement? Dr. Kramer's specialty is breast augmentations and tummy tucks. I don't think he does facial revision surgeries. This experience made me feel defeated and practically in tears when I Ieft. I had such an unpleasant experience. To make me wait six months, pay $100. just to be put through that crap and waste my time makes me still feel angry. There are a lot of good plastic surgeons out there that are at least more compassionate and understanding of the anxiety that one feels when contemplating any surgery. I had breast implants 30ish years ago before anyone knew they would not last forever. My implants were fine and since I had no issues, I didn't really think about removing them. Fast forward to March (the beginning of COVID). I woke up with my left breast hard and really high and very uncomfortable. After about a week of no improvement I was worried and began to research Plastic Surgeons in my area (as we had just moved a year ago.) Based on reading many reviews, I decided Dr Kramer was who I felt comfortable moving forward with. Because of COVID it took 6 months to get a consultation appointment, but he was so worth the wait. He made me feel so comfortable as did every single person on his amazing staff. I opted to simplify remove my implants without a lift or replacement. I never felt pressured to do anything more. The surgery center was AMAZING! Everyone made me so comfortable. The results are really great! In my opinion and experience Dr Kramer is a top notch. My breasts look just as they did before implants. As a side note, Dr Kramer is obviously extremely talented, but also a gentle man. Also, I cannot sing the praises high enough of his assistant Kimmie. She made me feel like she was my best friend at every appointment, taking the time to hear every question and explain in detail every step of the process. read more
