Everything is homemade and it's all so good! The mac & cheese is my favorite to eat! The price is decent and the wait is never long!

Checked this place out since we don't have one where I live. The vibe is really nice. It's…read moredefinitely a nice place to hang out and have a good meal/drinks after hours. The prices are reasonable and the service was amazing. Out waiter was extremely personable and helpful. I tried the blackened salmon with a double order of mashed potatoes. I was nervous about the fried onion on top of the mashed potatoes but they give them a really good texture. I don't think I need as many next time but it was good. The mashed potatoes themselves tasted like sour cream was added, which is a plus. That's how I make mine at home. This whole meal was delicious and seasoned very well. Id try this place again if I were here a few more days. Will be on the lookout for it in the future.

I think it was before noon or something, maybe to get the earlier brunch crowd. Well, it worked. The seafood platter was a nice mix of shrimp, oysters, lobster, and some sushi and seared tuna. The sushi was a nice touch to provide some carbs needed for shopping. One miss was the overcooked lobster which was tough. The Brûlée Cheesecake was amazing and made me think that every dessert should have the wait-staff asking "would you like that bruleep'd"? Imagine, Jello Brûlée, Chocolate Cake Brûlée, Macaron brûlée, Carrot Cake Brûlée, Key Lime Pie Brûlée, Peanut Buster Parfait Brûlée (it rhymes too), and Baklava Brûlée I'd order that. I may try Jello Brûlée at home! Why not?

Sometimes we did a quick lunchtime treat. I have not been here in ages but decided to try Panera…read moreBread after hearing about it from friends and how good it is. I ordered from the app and I'll give you a pro tip. You're able to modify each item and add a few extra toppings or what they call up to 5 customizations. After you placed your order, you just pull up to the drive-through and let them know and the attendant gets it all ready for you. They're always friendly and fast so in the end, you have no weight if you order about 10-15 minutes in advance. The drive-through menu is always easy to read, and even though I didn't eat inside Panera bread restaurants are always clean and nice to eat at. Today I ordered the Mediterranean salad and was surprised they even got chicken with it which I don't recall seeing on my order. I love adding some veggies to it and the crunch on this one was absolutely amazing. It had so many different toppings and all for under $10. Trust me, the modifications are worth it! Dig in!

Amber greeted us with a smile. She was friendly and patient as she answered questions my coworker had about the menu. Amber took our orders and even reminded me to add my phone number so I could receive credit for the visit. Once we completed ordering, we didn't have to wait long. The food was prepared in a timely manner. I ordered a cup of the Autumn Squash Soup and an Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie. The soup was amazing! It was perfect and helped warm me up as my office can get really cold. The Oatmeal Raisin Cookie added the finishing touch. This visit reminded me of why I love Panera Bread. Their food is always delicious. The staff is always warm and welcoming.

Also the portions were noticeably bigger and more generous portions than we have received in the past. We were there during a little bit of a lull on a Friday afternoon, but the associates were quite attentive, and the overall the guest area was very clean and inviting. Quite a difference from our last experience.

Nonetheless, my office had two catered lunches from Fresh Kitchen last week that I, once again, still found to be okay. However, I will say, their herb balsamic dressing is DELISH. I poured it over EVERYTHING. I could have just drunk a BOWL of that dressing; that's how delightful it is. Also, I do find their grilled chicken to be well made. It has a nice flavor to it. Everything else was just OKAY. As far as service goes, I cannot speak to it as I've only ever had Fresh Kitchen at catered lunch and learns in the office. I also cannot speak to the overall space or ambiance of the space as I've actually never stepped foot into a Fresh Kitchen facility due to my catered lunch experiences. Beyond that, my overall stance still holds. They are okay. Maybe one day, I'll go in and build my own bowl and see how I feel about it. Until then, they aren't necessarily my-go to, but I do not mind them. I enjoy that they are a healthier alternative to other fast-food options.
