I was checking the shoe sale and unfortunately my shoe size was all sold out so of course nothing would fit. However, I checked the sale rack for some cool finds. I found two cool Italian pants for $29 each and if I bought 2, which I did, I would score an additional 15% off. The lady was extremely helpful when I tried a bunch of clothes on. The store is small but a lot of selection so I told her I might return tomorrow. Now my closet is already super bursting and I honestly don't need more clothes, but I did notice their stuff is just one of those really boutique-Y places where they have awesome bling jewelry and shoes. I might come back tomorrow and get something else, but honestly I am just happy with the 2 cool pants I bought today. Both were casual and comfortable, and quality Italian items. I was impressed how expensive they normally were and I got great deals on them. The material was really high quality so good and not made in China , I really appreciate made one Italy and I think I can even wear them to yoga ‍ class!

Customer service: There is always someone to welcome you at the front door. Though at this location I've found that employees won't interact unless you have questions or go up to them first. They are always friendly and knowledgeable when you do. The merchandise: Products are usually in great shape. A couple times I've noticed treads pulled or makeup on collars from other people trying the clothes on. Other than that, is location is very well stocked in a variety of sizes and designs. Parking: Covered parking and open parking lots are close by and usually a quick walk to the store front. Location: In the Manhattan Village, on the south corner of the building, across the street from a covered parking garage. Overall: Personally this location is an average experience, I've never had a bad experience but also never one that will specifically bring me back to this location or have me raving to my friends about. My favorite part of this stock is the sales/ clearance room, it's large and always has great finds.

On a recent trip, I walked by Katwalk several times and found myself eyeing one of the blouses on the mannequin each time, so I decided to go in and check it out for myself. I happened to be in a combo of workout clothes and an old sweater of my husband's that day, so needless to say, I wasn't looking so pretty. Even so, the ladies working were super attentive and helpful and not judgy, which I appreciated. They helped me find the blouse I liked in a size Medium -- (unfortunately there wasn't a Small) -- but I purchased it anyways as I found it super cute and the price very reasonable. I know that merchandise changes often as with most boutiques, but I would definitely visit Katwalk again based on my experience!

She asked if the hair clip is mine or theirs. I told her that I bought it yesterday at Del Amo. She never apologized or try to speak to me in a calm manner that she just wanted to do the right thing as an employee. I can tell she lacks professionalism and skills. There's also no proof that I took a hair clip from their hair accessories section. I initially walked inside their store to check out their clothes. I didn't look at their hair accessories until after I left the fitting room, which when she confronted me ! I'm glad I don't have to see her again ! She didn't want to own up to her own flaws nor admit that she didn't approach me properly.

As soon as I…read morewalked in, I was greeted by Shelly and then greeted later by who I found to be the owner, Sandy. They were extremely helpful and made it fun to shop in this beautiful boutique. Wow, I found a new place to shop! They have styles for everyone who's size small to large. It was after the holiday, so a lot of sizes were gone but when they restock, I'm sure I'll be able to find my size (L) with no doubt if I get there in time to get it. Now, I've read reviews about how small the store is but if someone wants to go to a large store, try Macy's or Bloomingdales. This is just what it is, a boutique...small store. I think it's a nice size and I found lots of things that I absolutely love. Rings, shoes, necklaces, leather jackets, jeans and very nice pieces to choose from. If you're a bigger girl, this may not be your place but not every store is going to cater to people who are plus size. Yes, plus size girls should look for stores that cater to them and not bash a store because they don't. People kill me going on Yelp to complain because they're overweight and a store doesn't carry their size. Amazon is already competition enough for the small business owner without having people make the most ridiculous complaints about nothing. The store has been there for 14 years and has proven her success, so to make a review that a place doesn't have your size and to give one star burns me up. I'm the first to complain about legitimate things that aren't right, but I didn't read one review that warranted a one star review. Alas, they have free parking, where else can you find that? Go to Beverly Hills and you're guaranteed to pay $20 or more for parking and you'll be lucky if the salespeople even speak to you. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ladies! Hugs again!
