Also Chris and his manager Kristi are not friendly at all. I ask myself How can There be over 70 boxes and they all had garbage Clean out in them. I asked for help and the manager hung up on me threatening to red flag me ( forcing the clean out ) Then hung up. Chris the employee at the desk has no people skills and would get mad when talking, i am a very calm person and asked him to not talk to me that way. I hope they didn't clean out other units and stuffed garbage in this 10×30 unit. We had the worst time cleaning that. Guys it was ALL SWEEPED UP GARBAGE IN EVERY BOX, ALL OF THEM. He has a lot of 5-star reviews and we decided to call Ian -the owner and ask him for a quote for installing overhead racks. Ian has a lot of knowledge and experience in installing overhead racks. After measuring, he gave me several options on where and the size of racks I can install. After several considerations, I opted for a corner rack with two 4'x8' racks connected at the corner of the garage. He came on the scheduled installation date. He was very professional. He advised me that he has to replace one of the 4'x8' since it will be too long and will be in the way of the garage door railings. He did a good job and I was satisfied with his work and product. The overhead racks are sturdy and just about the right size. Since he installed a shorter rack, he lowered the price of the material installed. He's very honest and fair in his services. If you want to install overhead racks inside your garage, I highly recommend Summit Garage Storage. You'll be satisfied with his work and expertise.
