But they always follow us everywhere and do it in this way where it's like they want us to know except they won't say anything to us to not get a lawsuit I suppose. My gf went to the bathroom and at least five different employees came in right after her. And when she walked out of the RR, there was an employee with a Walkie talkie staring rudely at her. I would like to point out we weren't dressed like slobs, thugged out, trashy, or out of the ordinary in any sorta way. Our clothes were not baggy and we didn't have any bags (except for my gf's purse, pretty normal if you ask me). We were in the store for less than 30 minutes. An employee followed her down an aisle non-stop, staying several feet away but acted nonchalant when she noticed. I have been a great customer for so many years, sometimes paying more for some products because I enjoyed the shopping experience there compared to Walmart or something. But I don't want to give money to a store that basically proves to me that they don't want my business.

The clothing that I saw in the store is what I would consider casual clothing or work clothing. Depends on your work situation if it would be considered "business casual." Nowadays, that term is used rather loosely. Their clothing is not inexpensive but it is very good quality. A pair of good work pants will outlast two pairs of jeans so you do get what you pay for. Until now, I have really only seen their clothing in their catalog. Their catalog is not photographs of their clothing. It is more of an illustrated catalog so it is hard to get a good feel for what their clothing looks like. Because of that, I have always been a little hesitant to buy it. After seeing it with my own eyes and also seeing how well it feels and fits, I am now a fan. Bottom line - Quality clothing that will last a long time. The extra room in the crotch made be a big believer. I'm now a fan.

Today, I had about 30 minutes to kill and was able to pop in, shop, try stuff on, pay an be out the door. This is the cleanest and most organized Nordstrom Rack out of the two I've been to (Uptown and Spring Branch). And this location - on a Wednesday evening - hardly had any other shoppers inside. It was like my own private shopping experience. Their jean selection wasn't as robust as the other two Greater Houston spots, but on a hot day like today, I wasn't too interested in pants! And they don't have some over the higher end or luxe clothing labels. But sunnies, hair products, makeup, shoes, athletic wear... I was set. Friendly staff too.

It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

Sadly I work all day and everyday so yesterday I asked to leave early just so I can take my sister to the mall. we got her some cute clothes from other stores before going into cotton on. I was having a horrible day already due to work and the one thing that I thought could cheer me up is shoppping with my sister. I was so embarrassed to show up to the mall in my work clothes but I was like eh who cares it's Wednesday afternoon but was I wrong. anyways me and my sister show up we're looking for jeans and shirts then we go into the fitting room. I will say my sister was taking a while so kindly through out the time I'm asking her nicely to hurry so we can look at other places. Then 2 min later (I'm so mad I didn't get her name but this blonde old lady looks over 40 chubby (or if she reads this fat) she must be the manager but who ever she is who was working January 26 after 4pm. ) starts knocking saying there can only be one per fitting room and so I kindly tell my sister to hurry and then 20 seconds later she rudely tells me to get out because there can only be one in the fitting room again but more rudely so jm thinking "she really wanna be like this right now??" . And So I walk out and I tell her I was helping her and I was helping her bc I was I refolding the clothes she already tried on so I wait out the fitting the room and she stands there looking at me ugly THE WHOLE TIME (I'm in my work clothes tired so I guess look like I don't have money to her even tho we had Victoria secret and other bags) anyways she made me feel so embarrassed and discriminated. Especially bc we're two different colors and two different work industries and ig she thinks she better than us considering she's a a fat old 40 year old white lady (im saying mean things bc I stayed quiet because I had my little sister with me if I was alone I'd show her how rude customers can get bc even tho I'm not like that I've delt with those types of people. Any ways she kept looking at me Like I couldn't afford it and then when my sister was done she rudely tells us to give her the clothes that didn't work WITH HER HAND OUT INFRONT OF MY SISTERS FACE and she stood right out the door until we got out and I told my sister to give her everything bc we're never buying anything from cotton again they don't deserve our money if they want to treat their customers like that! Nothing like that has ever happened while I was with my little sister and she happens to be darker of skin. She was a racist white bitch and I work in the food service and come on dude what kind of service is that? I used to work for retail and now why does retail think their better than their customers ? Or the food service industry When In the food industry we treat our customers like kings bc theyre buying from us they're making me money just how I would have made them money but now I will never go to cotton on again bc of that hag! She's lucky I was tired and had a horrible day at work bc I already deal with those types of people (or Karen's bc she is a Karen ) but when I'm the customer now I have to deal with the rude manager? Make that make sense. Shitty customer service shitty manager. But her retail workers who are teens are sweetest I feel bad for them
