Entrance to Oakley in Foothill Ranch.

I am a long-time customer of Oakley sunglasses. I needed to replace some original Oakley sunglasses that had become hopelessly scratched over time. Since the original sunglasses were the "Flak" model, I needed to purchase new lenses and not the entire Flak frame. At the same time, I wanted to see some of Oakley's newest selections of polarized sunglasses for daytime use. When I arrived at Oakley, I was assisted by Brian. Brian spent 45 minutes answering all of my questions about multiple Oakley lenses and frames. In addition, Brian explained the differences between various lenses and frames because I wanted a wide lens to reduce daytime glare. After meeting with Brian, I purchased some new Oakley Flak 2.0 Prizm Polarized lenses. Thank you very much to Brian for excellent customer service!

The Oakley HQ is worth a visit. All eyewear models on display in showroom. Plenty of parking. Interesting architecture. I felt nostalgic while strolling through the museum. Staff is very knowledgeable. Would recommend to family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you.

hydra glasses ordered from oakley

I ordered a pair of hydras on oakley's website, green framed, green lensed glasses. And they shipped me blue lenses with pink edges!! and they never answer their phone... never trust them online!!!!!

Oakley Headquarters

Oakley is a famous sunglasses brand known to everyone who loves sports. I visited the headquarters because it is not far from Irvine, where I live. The exterior and interior of the building looked like an alien fortress seen in some movie. You can purchase sunglasses, goggles, clothing, bags, and accessories, but the products sold are not as diverse as online stores. I was able to experience the history of Oakley through the exhibits and photos displayed through the passage. If you are a fan of Oakley, I recommend a visit.

I was wondering what is going on with Oakley. As a disabled vet and in need of my glasses to drive would like to hear back from Oakley if they are going to fix/ replace my two pairs of the same frames from Oakley. Don't turn your backs on the people that are BIG supporters of your company.

The Oakley headquarters building is located on a hilltop in an industrial area of Foothill Ranch and looks like something right out of "1984". Inside the militaristic structure is a small store that anyone can visit to purchase sunglasses or apparel. They also have a small museum outlining the history of Oakley and featuring design elements through the years. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful in giving information to a first time visitor. Sales associates in the store area were also very friendly and accommodating. You won't necessarily find any bargains here but it is a visually interesting place to visit.

Crosshair 2.0's reborn

I've been a lifelong fan of Oakley Sunglasses since I was in highschool. I've still got my Romeo's-in fair condition (but don't dare wear them or I'll show my age... insert scene of 'Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible chucking them off a cliff as they explode...') and very worn and unfortunately unwearable but still very badass Half Wire 2.0's (due to badly peeled lenses , after 13 years of great use)... In any case, the point of this review is that I've moved on to their Crosshair 2.0s (aviator style frames) and came to their headquarters in Lake Forest CA to see if they had replacement lenses as mine were peeling after five years of heavy use. This place is pretty awesome. I felt like I was brought back to the 90's or 00's w the design-very Oakley centric and industrial. I mean this in a good way. Seemed to be built during the economic boom and Oakleys prime. Interesting experience. Like some rookie I walked into their sales section to ask about the lenses and was politely pointed to their warranty department. I was quickly greeted by Ren in the warranty dept. he took a look at my glasses w insanely peeled lenses and work frames and came out with a set of lenses slightly different than what mine came with. Explained I could get the exact replacementss online but I really wanted to secure them and figured they could install them better than I could. Off the cuff, I asked about new nose pads and he said he'd check l, but it may not be available as they sometimes go as far as cannibalizing showcase frames to which I said no big deal-my glasses are at the end of their run. Makes sense. Ren comes out to work on the invoice and payment and mentions no nose pads to be found--but instead he found a pair of the same frames without lenses in them, with pads--epic customer service. Bro. I just wanted nose pads. I was floored with the excellent customer service and corporate culture that Oakleys and its employees exude and look forward to purchasing my next pair of new Oakley's without any hesitation. Customer for life-secured. Now it only I could replace my beloved but beaten down, brown Half Wire 2.0's... Random additional notes: both the sales woman and Ren were great on reminding me that I could bring in certain gear past it's prime for a % discount on new purchases. Ren also mentioned that the place had a sort of museum if you walk the floor clockwise through the shops and area with some history of Oakley. Neat!

Is it still closed due to pandemic?

What are the approved days for Law Enforcement to go to the icon1 store?

"JK" has no clue what they're talking about and talking out of their rear. The law enforcement/fire/military days are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. It's all 40% off for you at the HQ Store. Oh, and you can bring anyone you'd like with you.

What day is the Oakley store at One Icon open for military since they are closed NYE and New Years?

It's not, you have to use the SI website now

Great experience again with Mercedes. I previously bought a GLB from the Laguna Niguel location…read more(same owners as Foothill Ranch) and loved everyone that I encountered at that dealership. This time, it was to buy a GLC for my wife and this location had the one we wanted. As with the other location, everyone was great to work with. Our sales associate, Guram is the best. Very knowledgeable about the e models, zero sales pressure and legitimately worked with us in good faith to make the best deal possible. Ask for him when you go to the dealership, you won't be disappointed. Same experience in finance with Brad. We've purchased many cars and knew we only wanted to add gap insurance to keep out payment at a set price and he didn't try to pressure us into more warranties or anything else. He didn't try explain the additional warranty and service contracts we could purchase but understood that they were not in our budget for this purchase. Honestly, it's just nice to walk away from a dealership feeling good about your experience and your purchase. You just can't go wrong with this location or the one in Laguna Niguel. The Murgado auto group has our business for life as long as they keep operating this way.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Unaccounted Warranty Refund and Lack of Accountability**…read more We purchased a 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch in April 2023, along with a Wheel & Tire Protection plan for $3,130. Unfortunately, our experience with this dealership has left us questioning its financial practices and commitment to customer service. We recently discovered that a prorated warranty refund check for **$1,883.62 was issued directly to the dealership on January 12, 2024, and cashed on January 25, 2024.** We were never informed of this transaction, and to date, no one has been able to explain where those funds went or provide documentation showing that the refund was credited to our financing account. After numerous phone calls and hours spent contacting the warranty administrator and dealership, we were informed that the dealership had changed ownership and the previous records were no longer available. **Changing ownership should not leave customers without answers about financial transactions involving their vehicle purchases.** What makes this particularly disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We simply want to know what happened to a refund check that was made payable to the dealership and confirmed as cashed over two years ago. Instead of receiving assistance, we have been left navigating multiple departments and companies, each directing us elsewhere. The burden of investigating this transaction has fallen entirely on us. For a dealership representing a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz, this level of service and transparency is deeply disappointing. Customers should be able to trust that refunds, warranty cancellations, and financial transactions are handled properly and that accurate records can be provided when questions arise. We are now pursuing a formal complaint with the California DMV regarding this matter. **I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle or additional protection products from this dealership to exercise caution, maintain detailed records, and independently verify how any refunds are processed.** Our experience has demonstrated that purchasing a luxury vehicle does not necessarily mean receiving the professionalism, transparency, or accountability one would reasonably expect from the dealership selling it.

Walk-ins welcome

I've had my PlayStation 5 since the console first launched, and up until recently it had been…read morerunning great. Over the past year, however, I started experiencing an issue where the system would randomly shut off while I was playing. The first time it happened, I assumed it was just dust buildup. I watched a few videos, removed the side panels, cleaned the fans, used compressed air, and thankfully that solved the problem for quite a while. Recently the issue returned, and this time cleaning it myself didn't help. After doing more research, I learned about a common PS5 issue involving the liquid metal inside the system Because my console had been stored vertically since day one using Sony's official vertical stand, years of use had apparently caused the liquid metal to shift enough to create overheating problems. I started calling around for repair options and was being quoted turnaround times of 7-10 days. Then I remembered seeing videos from InstaFix on TikTok where they specifically discussed this exact PS5 issue and showed how they repair it. I called their Lake Forest location and spoke with YZ. Right away he was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions. Since the Fourth of July holiday was coming up, I asked about turnaround time and was honestly shocked when he told me most PS5 repairs like mine could be completed in about an hour to an hour and a half. I drove over from Orange County, dropped off my console, and YZ walked me through what they would be looking for and what the repair process involved. True to his word, about an hour later I received a text that my PlayStation was finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived, YZ explained exactly what they found, what they repaired, and what I could do moving forward to help maximize the life of the console. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't trying to upsell me on additional services. In fact, he told me my PS5 was actually in pretty good shape overall and that the repair they performed should resolve the issue. The repair also came with a one-year warranty, which gave me additional peace of mind. The total cost was $150, and personally I felt that was completely fair. Some people may look at that number and hesitate, but when you consider that a new PS5 costs well over $500, the expertise required to perform the repair correctly, and the fact that I got my console back fully repaired in about an hour, the value was obvious to me. In a world where it's becoming harder and harder to find businesses that combine expertise, honesty, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, InstaFix absolutely delivered. YZ treated me with respect, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got me back to gaming the same day. If you're dealing with PS5 overheating issues, random shutdowns, liquid metal concerns, or any other console repair, I would not hesitate to recommend InstaFix. This was one of the easiest and most professional repair experiences I've had in a long time.
