    Staff: I've been here a couple of times and each time they have been great. Today spoke with a guy named Mark. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. A woman from sales, didn't catch her name was incredibly nice as well. As I was standing outside waiting on my Uber, she offered me a chair. This level of care was much appreciated. Overall: It is always nice when you work with employees that truly enjoy their jobs and are passionate about what they do. Tesla is the future of car ownership in all ways. From the cars to the experience of ownership, I couldn't be happier. Great job Tesla!

    I have had a Tesla for a couple of years. We have used this facility a couple of times. I can't say that my first experience was great, but we needed them again and they delivered. Everything from scheduling to repair to the turnaround time was amazing. Happy to see you Tesla moving forward as a company.

    Awful repair quality. Came in to re-align the trunk on a brand new 2022 Model 3. Technician managed to scratch up the inside of the trunk (no big deal) but also managed to create a DENT on the trunk. You can see the dent is on the opposite side (outside of the trunk) where all the scratches on the edge of the trunk are (inside of the trunk). Don't go to this Tesla Service Center if you are trying to correct some cosmetic defects on your car. They will make it worse.

    This was one of the few that was raised for rectification, mind you all the Tesla model 3 in the lot has this part flush, not mine. My advisor said this is with in specifications. Good thing Tesla Irvine helped and provided a remedy.

    This has got to be one of the worst Tesla service center, I would not recommend coming here at all. After installing the carbon fiber rear wing twice due to the lack of install skills, Amber reassessed the 3rd install and she states she does not see a problem, the carbon wing is still off to one side clearly she has no visual/mechanical skills.

    I was left with a filthy floor mat (trust me, it was not like that when I arrived).

    I LOVE Tesla, but this place sucks, it's not at all even comparable to the other Tesla Service Centers I've been to. I would highly suggest you take your vehicle to the Santa Ana location if possible. I went in to get my P/T sensors replaced (vehicle is still under warranty by the way). While I was there, I expressed that I was concerned about a rattling noise that I keep hearing under the car when I go over small bumps and asked if they can see what that might be. Nope! Not unless I want to pay $120 for a half hour diagnostic at minimum (maybe one hour at $240) and if it's something under warranty then it would be waived, but they wouldn't know if was until I get it diagnosed (obviously). Am I really supposed to trust that they wouldn't just tell me it's NOT under warranty and just charge me the fee anyway? Another thing is that I had a service time of 9am and wasn't provided an ETA, I figured it wouldn't take that long but they literally took 8 hours. I made sure to wash my car beforehand and like other posts, they returned it with my drivers side floor mats so dirty!

They took advantage of my young-adult daughter and I'm just not OK with the way they sold her a completely unnecessary procedure. "I recommended your shop to my daughter based off of a large number of positive Yelp reviews. She came in for routine service on her 2015 Prius with ~75,000 miles. See Invoice #xxxxx. I am very disappointed with how this went. Setting aside your ludicrous prices for replacing her filters (a common tactic), you sprung a brake fluid flush on her when that was not something she requested for her service. Toyota's own maintenance guide indicates that the brake fluid for the 2015 Prius does not need maintenance - it is designed to last for the lifetime of the car. It feels like you took advantage of my daughter's youth and lack of car knowledge and robbed her of $250, but before I take to social media or anything, I thought I'd give you all a chance to make this right. To clarify, she had no issues with her brakes going into this, and nothing in the documentation says there was a leak or other problem. You simply did an expensive and unnecessary procedure."

Pricing is really competitive, and that's hard to find in a trustworthy mechanic. They are never pushy with suggested services, but will outline them to you and the problems that may occur down the line. I have never felt pressured to do work I didn't feel comfortable with. They've done quite a few minor repairs for my OId school Japanese SUV. This would otherwise be a 5 star review, however I was told of an oil leak and a suggested service was to power wash the bottom of the vehicle to see where the leak was coming from w/ a dye, however upon inspection the oil pan, transfer case etc. had not been cleaned, and the dirt was still caked on. I attribute this to perhaps a miscommunication. I decided not to escalate because the AAA Discount helped offset the cost. I hope to continue coming here, as the location is perfect for me to continue doing maintenance on my vehicle.

    I had a $2,500 repair done here to fix a leaking rear main seal, and the experience was extremely…read morefrustrating. I dropped my car off in October 2025 and didn't get it back until February. I was patient and gave them plenty of time, but after multiple delays and three separate visits, the issue still wasn't properly resolved. When I questioned them, I was told the "top seal wasn't changed" the first time. That's hard to understand--if the engine was already apart, why weren't all necessary components replaced during the original repair? That's what I paid for. After finally getting the car back, it started leaking again almost immediately, and they kept it for another month. Throughout the process, there were constant excuses instead of clear accountability. On top of that, the car was returned to me with new issues that weren't there before. The starter was installed without proper shimming, causing a loud grinding noise on startup. The ignition tumbler was also damaged--when I brought it up, I was told it was "just dirty," which doesn't make sense since it worked fine before. Now, after the third time picking up my car, I'm still dealing with problems. The handle for my roll-up window was glued on for some reason, and the transmission linkage/cable was not properly adjusted. On the drive home, the car was shifting hard from 1st to 2nd gear, which was not an issue before. Overall, this shop repeatedly returned my vehicle not fully repaired, introduced new problems, and insisted everything was "normal." After multiple chances, I've completely lost confidence in their work. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend others proceed with caution.
