Oakley Collision - Body Shops Near Me - Oakley, California

Scott and the whole crew were very helpful during my truck repair. The work was excellent and I highly recommend this company!

Great work, had a quote from another shop for a radiator and compressor. James found my lines plugged, a leak, and a rely on one of my fans that was not working in the AC. He replaced my radiator as well, I saved over a thousand dollars. Compressor was find once he found the issues. Don't expect organization, expect good work at a reasonable price and that trumps everything. This shop is great!! Will recommend!! read more

This review is loooong overdue. I brought my car here in July of 2017. I had been hit, so the other partys' insurance company referred me here, and I'm glad they did! It took longer than I anticipated (I don't understand how car repairs work, bc there was minimal damage), but it was really helpful how communicative they were. When I got my baby back, I had never seen her so clean!! I'd go back JUST for a detail like that. She looked good as new! read more

This company goes above and beyond on their service. It was refreshing to find a company that actually cares about their work. I saw what a beautiful paint job they did on my Husbands care I decided that I would get my bumper and minor dents repaired on my Murano. I have to say when I went to pick it up my SUV looked like a NEW CAR FROM THE DEALER. Mind you that my car is 13 years old now but I love it. They definitely cared about my SUV as I did and did such a great job. I recommend them to anyone looking to get personalized care and an amazing body and paint repair. I am impressed. So proud to say we have such a Great Company in Oakley. Thank you guys so Much! That's the way to deliver a Car! Penny Heiser read more

This review is about 3 months overdue ‍ Sorry guys! I have a 2015 Subaru that was completely bumperless and the back frame destroyed from a rear end accident. They restored my car completely and it looks brand new. One would never suspect it was in an accident. Scott and everyone at OCC gets 5 stars from me! From the moment I initially called and spoke with Scott to the repair being finished.....they were exceptional in every way. We had some runaround with the insurance company and Scott handled them perfectly. Heaven forbid I ever have an accident like that again.....but I will be back in a heartbeat if so. I would also highly recommend this place for any collision needs to anyone and everyone. A HUGE THANK YOU to Scott and the entire team. You guys rock!! read more

Scott and his guys repaired a minor ding on my spoiler and rear bumper. The work was excellent and the car was detailed before picking up and looked like new. The shop closes at two on Fridays but Scott waited until 3:30 for me. I had three prices and picked the one in the middle. Happy it was Oakley Collision - I recommend them highly! read more

I have have 3 vehicles repaired here two work trucks one personal vehicle. So far so good no issues. Great people.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards Scott and Frank at Oakley Collision, with the accident I had recently. This was especially hard on me, and never once did they rush me when I called, always listened to my questions, and lent a virtual shoulder to cry on if needed. I will always consider Scott a friend who will always be there for me if needed and will refer him to any of my friends and family during a difficult time of an accident or any body work that may need to be done on any of their vehicles. They have helped us more than once on our cars and have always been there for us. They were there in a difficult time of need, and I will always be eternally grateful. read more

Wow! They really exceeded my expectations. It was a real pleasure working with Scott and his team. I was rear ended and took my truck to Oakley Collision to get a estimate for the insurance company. Scott helped me in negotiations and a price was agreed. We scheduled the work to be done. I was kept abreast of competition to pickup. That's when the "wow" happened. My truck was not just washed, it was "detailed" and you couldn't tell there was ever a accident. Then, I got in the truck and they detailed the interior. But, let's cap it off with the "candy" in the center console. I don't think anything else can be said... "keep up the good work guys" your an awesome team! read more

I was in a recent accident and Oakley Collision was recommended to me by my neighbor. And for that I am very grateful. From start to finish Scott Sibbet and his team was second to none in keeping me informed and doing a job that can only be described as perfection. I am very appreciative of their professionalism and attention to detail. And the bag of candy was an unexpected treat. Many thanks, Scott and team members. I will certainly pass along recommendations as my neighbor did!! read more

We have a car that is a Manet for body damage. I'm sure it has nothing to do with us! We've been taking this magnet to Oakley Collision for years. Scott and RJ make the process as easy as possible with lots of communication throughout the process. All that and the magnet looks great again! read more

I brought my car in for a minor bumper repair. The repair was done to perfection, and on time. It was a nice touch when I picked up my car to find it washed and vacuumed and a bag of candy in my console. The only thing they could have done to improve the experience was to touch base with me during the repair process to let me know how it was coming along and assure me that it would be completed on time. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back in the future (although I hope I don't have to). read more

Thank you Scott and the rest of the family owned business. My favorite fun car to drive, a yellow PT Convertible Cruiser, was rear-ended and totaled. Scott worked with me to keep the car with a salvage title and repair it within my budget. The car came back looking better than when I brought it in; not only in the repaired section of the car but the entire car looks great. It was detailed, shiny, and clean. This is my second car that I've had repaired there and I would recommend recommend them above all other collision experts in East Contra Costa County. Check out the before and after photos I posted. read more

Oakley Collision Center deserves the 5 star rating it has. Scott is the best. He walked me through every step and broke down all the details from damage assessment to ordering the parts to the painting. Once I picked up my car the paint was exactly the same as factory. Customer service is HUGE to me. Every question and phone was always answered. They go above and beyond to help you. They even left a goodie bag in my car once I picked it up. I highly recommend Oakley collision center to anyone wanting to have the best service. read more

Great shop, great customer service, and honest experts working here. Our insurance complicated things and kept delaying things, but Scott and RJ tried really hard to make the process as smooth as they could. We were in the middle of a very stressful time for our family, and these guys seemed to really care. They did the job right and it was beautiful work! They work honest and hard and take the right amount of time to do the job correctly, not rushed and sloppy. We would absolutely recommend. Thanks guys! read more

Would've given five stars but I made an appointment two weeks in advance and when I got there an older man asked me if I could drop my car off later on in the week because something about two tow trucks that came in...? I had my friend coming to pick me up out of her busy day, so I said no I can't drop it off later on in the week. I thought that since I had an appointment that I should've been given priority, right?. Because I spoke to the owner Scott, initially and he said I would have my car back in three days, but three days turned into 9 days. I wasn't too happy about that. So that's why I didn't give this business 5 stars. But I give them five stars for their body work, excellent. Scott, the owner met us and was shining with courtesy and elite customer service. RJ is so pleasant to work with as well. My car was washed and detailed and with a couple of surprises in my car thanking me for my business. Oakley Collision Center gave us premium body work. I hope I don't need a body shop again but if I do we will be back to give Oakley Collision Center our business, I just hope we aren't thrown to the back of the line. read more

I highly recommend them. Scott the owner made it so easy for me. He dealt with my Insurance & really all I had to do was drop off my car. Hands-down the #1 Auto Body Shop in Contra Costa County. From the very first call to picking up my car, the customer service was Amazing. I worked mainly with Mark and he was kind, courteous and caring. The Team at Oakley Collision Center made me feel like part of the family. They talked to my insurance to ensure everything they needed to complete the job would be taken care of in a timely manner. They also setup my renter car with Enterprise as well. My insurance adjuster mistakenly put the wrong part and they contacted and worked with my insurance until they resolved the matter. They keep me in the loop about everything. They actual receive the parts for my vehicle very fast and completed the work before the estimated time frame. Mark, personally drove to and from Enterprise Rental Car to pick up and drop off my car (when he didn't have to) and we had great conversations as well. When I picked up my car it was quick and easy, it only took about 5 minutes. When I seen my car, it looked better than new (you would never know that my car had previous damage). Oakley Collision Center not only did an amazing job on my car but they also washed my vehicle, vacuumed it out and wiped down everything and left me a small token of appreciation, for trusting my repair needs to them. God forbid, I need my car serviced again but if I do, without a shadow of a doubt, I will be returning to Oakley Collision Center and referring all of my family and friends to go there as well. I had gotten into two accidents within two weeks (both NOT at fault). I looked up a collision center nearby and came across this one. AJ at the front desk was very helpful, super nice & really shows that he cares which helps take off the stress of such inconvenience. They got everything done in a timely manner and Scott personally dropped my car off to me at home after checking it out that another issue needed to be fixed (unrelated to accident). Come to find out, I needed a major tune up! Not only did he go out of his way to find out what was wrong with it (since they mainly specialize in collision) but he took it over to his buddy next door which is an actual repair shop. I can really feel the family-oriented business they give and I would definitely recommend them!!! The location seems kind of hidden but don't let that stop you. They are awesome!! read more

Okay, I need to not visit this place so much - sadly I have been hit or had my teenager bump into things far too often. The good news is, Dana at Oakley Collision is the man that can make your bad day alright! I have had several vehicles repaired after minor fender benders and they always come back good as new. Most recently I took in my SUV because it had a bent bumper, I was quoted about $550.00 for the repairs and opted to just pay for it without insurance (Lord knows insurance rates are high enough). I made the appointment and dropped it off. I received a call from Dana an hour or so later saying he actually found a used bumper locally on Craigslist and was curious if I would consider using it? Heck ya! He went out of his way to go inspect the part, then purchased it got it polished and installed. It looked just like a factory or quality aftermarket part and dropped my bill down to $300.00! I absolutely will not use another body shop, he has the best service hands down! Highly recommend! read more

This place is great I love the new owners I just picked up my car and it looks absolutely fabulous. Thank you to Gary such a nice guy

Best customer service ever!!!!! It's unfortunate that an accident lead me to find a great gem of a place, but none the less all the 5 star reviews are well deserved for Oakley Collision Center!!! Scott took care of the entire situation with my insurance company and returned my vehicle looking as if It were never in an accident. They even offered to help with a situation that occurred after months of completion and are genuinely great people. Would definitely recommend Oakley Collision Center to any consumer looking for help with body work. Just a heads up on insurance companies, you DO NOT have to choose a company they suggest. Always look around before deciding where you trust your vehicle to be fixed at! read more

These guys were great. We hit a deer while out of town and they got right on it when we returned. They always personally answered the phone, the owner came out to greet me every time I came by to get 'just one more thing out of my trunk' while they were fixing it. They set my expectations and then exceeded it. Just great. And they even left me a gift of a bag of candy in my car when I took it home. Nice touch! read more
