My first impression of this autobody shop was that they were on top of their game. It seemed as though they could really be relied upon, however the information that we were given regarding parts having arrive, was totally untrue. We were told that they would not Have us to bring the vehicle in until the parts had arrived. So much for that! We were told that our vehicle was getting ready to be painted on this past Tuesday , April 18, only to be told that the parts had not arrived. The next text message was that the vehicle will be ready today, Tuesday, April 25 only to get a message that the parts were arriving today. I was having a problem removing my license plate frame because how it was screwed. I called the G&C auto body and ask me to bring it over. Jeff is the manager which he assisted me right away, he managed to take off. The base, needs to be replace because it cracked. I went to Cole European to get the parts and also I asked if they can put it back for me. They said it'll cost me more than $200. I went back to G&C which was suggested by Jeff that he will put the base and license plate for me. He did it right away. This was the Auto Body Shop my car insurance recommended for my 2017 Honda Civic. It had great reviews so they were the first ones I went with and only ones. Ash the Service Writer was great. He gave me all the info I needed and had me on my way. Left my car the next day. Took a few days to fix the damages. I came to get my car. My car had a small minor thing they needed to fix, but overall the dents were repaired. Jeff the GM was extremely apologetic. He was AWESOME!! Told us to leave the car there for a couple of more days and they would take care of those minor concerns. Jeff is a true definition of Great Customer Service. That kind of customer service doesn't come around often. When we came to pick up my car, they took my rental back themselves so I wouldn't have to hassle. Do NOT go to this facility for any repairs. They will lowball the estimate on your vehicle if you wanna cash out and once you have taken the vehicle for repairs, then the actual cost for repairs is more then the estimate claiming for damages that were were not visible under the visible eyes. These people are running an insurance fraud! How can a 2013 rav4 bumper estimate and two dents on the rear trunk door and the estimate is below $700.00, just because l wanted to cash out! If I could G&C 10 stars I would. From the moment I walked into the building I felt seen and respected. The General Manager Jeff was really nice, but my claim was assigned to Anthony and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and all around great guy. From step 1 he was very responsive and called me everyday with an update. I'm so used to chasing dealers and other body shops for answers that this type of responsiveness through me off at first lol. They also track the process of your repair online so whenever something is changed you'll get a text alert to log into your account to see the repair progress. As far as the repair goes the Body and Paint techs Hector & Adan did a great job of repairing and matching the color to look like a factory paint job. These two are masters of their craft and I'm definitely grateful they took the time to do a great job. I will definitely be back (Fingers crossed it's no time soon) and will recommend them to everyone I know that's looking for a reputable shop.
