I don't work for Oakley Collision Center. I'm not a paid spokesperson. I have no financial interest in the company. That being said, I have made several reviews for Oakley Collision Center and somebody might think I have some sort of bias towards them. In the last several months my wife and I have had a few car accidents and our pathfinder, the vehicle that prompted the initial review of Oakley Collision Center, got rear ended on the bay bridge. Looked like some minor cosmetic damage, but we knew to take it to Oakley Collision to get an expert estimate. Scott was on the spot and took the estimate and gave me a ride back to my house. I've come to trust these guys so I don't even bother checking my phone anymore for the updates about my cars status. They send out these text messages to let you know what's going on with your vehicle which is super convenient. Scott called me and told me that he was sorry it was taking so long, but there was a parts issue. When i went to pick the car up he explained to me that the reason for the delay was they were getting factory parts from Nissan that didn't meet Scott's standards. The parts he was getting from them were not up to snuff and as he put it, he wasn't putting something he wasn't 100% satisfied with on my vehicle. That's what this place is all about, exceeding the standards. he could have painted any one of the bumpers he wasn't satisfied with and put it on my vehicle and I would have never known the difference. But he knows that SUV is my family mover, it's how I get my kids around. He wants my family to be safe and all the sensors in the rear bumper to work correctly so when he was getting crap parts, he sent them back! and then he apologized for the wait! He called to tell me it was done, scheduled a pick up time and then had my vehicle totally cleaned and ready to go. Paid my deductible and he let me take it away without having been paid by the insurance company yet. My insurance company sent me the check and I brought it to Scott today. Even though business was concluded and I was totally satisfied, he told me to stop in some time and say hi, even if I didn't need a car to be repaired! They have our business for the foreseeable future and a Christmas card from our family! read more

I was recently backed into in my escalade, it was through a different insurance than my own. When the claim was made, my adjuster called to try to get me to go to their "network" shop. My last experience through abbey work shop was not fun. After some careful research I learned that a network shop is a partnership, by that the body shop gives a huge discount to the insurance company. I figured if they were giving a discount, they would probably want to cut corners on something, and I did not want it to be my car!! I chose Oakley Collision due to their feedback from yelp. Yelp did not let me down. This shop is great, Mark(very nice individual) dealt with everything, from dealing with my insurance to keeping me updated on the status of my car. I picked it up, my car looked great, all washed, looking like new. To top it, a little bag of candy appreciating my business. I recommend this small family owned shop 100%. read more

The staff here are absolutely amazing. My driver's side window regulator and motor went out. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning between Christmas and New Years. Friendly. Good communication and relationship with rental car companies and my claim adjuster which made it very smooth. Fast work. Looks like new. Had my truck ready for me in no time and shined it up for me.
