Outside: Strip Mall Chic Inside: Clean but uninspired Food: Tasty! (But Sweet) Service: Adequate Price: Fair O! Wing Plus provides Korean fusion food which feels like it might have been a food truck. The menu is perhaps too large for a mobile offering but it has that feel. Wings in various Korean Sauces, Korean Philly, Bulgogi Burger, and the like make their appearance in the offerings here. If any of the above sounds good to you, it's a safe bet they will be to your liking. Do you like Beef Bulgogi? Do you think it would make a good burger? You're right! And it makes a good cheesesteak too. And the sauce is even good on wings. It's a little sweet though, right? That philosophy follows into offerings even where you might not expect it - like the potato salad. And for that I have to withhold a star. It's not that one bad menu item is to blame but rather that there isn't much variety to be had here. You can get a sweet burger, or a sweet cheesesteak, or some sweet wings, or some sweet potato salad and you might be in the mood for it all - but there are times when you just won't be. O! Wing Plus delivers what you expect from it but it doesn't deliver much variety and that stops it from being a place I want to go often. The place is easy to find, clean on the inside (if a little boring), and the counter staff has always been friendly and attentive when we arrive. They will bring your food to your table when it's ready but won't check up on you so if something isn't to your liking, you'll have to bring it to their attention at the counter. You'll spend $8-13 bucks on lunch and for the food you get that's fair. If you want a drink you'll be on the higher side but if water is cool with you (and you don't mind refilling your dixie cup half a dozen times) you'll get in for less. I've been to O! Wing Plus a few times now and the food has always satisfied me but it doesn't spring to mind when we are considering lunch options. I've never been here twice in one week and I can't imagine craving it that often. And don't get me wrong, it's not because the food isn't good - it really is quite tasty! It just doesn't lend itself to being daily fare and the selection isn't varied enough to justify much exploration. Sometimes a restaurant makes me want to try everything so I can experience their take on every dish. At O! Wing Plus, I feel like I already know what I am going to get. And that consistency is fine, it's just not very exciting. The food is good. The fusion is interesting. The price is right. This place is absolutely worth a try! If you are into the kind of menu they have, I can almost guarantee you will enjoy what you order. For me it simply resonates more as an occasionally delicious novelty more than a staple in my lunch rotation. read more

I love this place! The strips don't really look or taste like normal strips in my opinion but they are delicious~!!! Portions are HUGE - I would highly suggest the Thai chili, O'S ORIGINAL, and the PARMESAN GARLIC. They make these sauces like no other. I have been at a point where I get a thing of extra sauce just to use on other dishes! So good! Service is great and there's free water! Has parking lot, bathroom, and great prices. Honestly, I don't know what's not to love. The wings are really good too, but like I said above - strips! You can get one of the larger portion strips (10 or 15) and then eat for multiple meals! There's something about extra crispy wings in a spicy sauce that get me... every stinkin' time! I'm not a big fried food person ( i know, blasphemy.. but i've got a sensitive stomach... more on that in another post... not on yelp...) I've been here twice and both times I've ordered the bulgogi salad, not thinking I will partake in the wings... but somehow I always end up with a pile of bones on my plate by the end of the meal. This last visit the service was great!! We were greeted by a super friendly girl at the register who was then helpful in picking out just the right sauces for my friend's wings (ok yes, I am a food stealer...). You can't go wrong with heading to O! Wing Plus. The sauces aren't very spicy. They let me sample a few of them before ordering and I find the ones that aren't spicy are the best. The strips are HUGE and the wings are REALLY REALLY good. The breading is crunchy and very delicious. Think Bon Chon if you've ever been, but better. The mac n cheese side is very creamy and unexpectedly good. Everything I've had here is good. One of the best places I've found in STL. Keep it up O! Wing! read more

O! WING PLUS IS THE BEST UNDERRATED WINGS SPOT IN ST. LOUIS HANDS DOWN! It's unbelievable that not many people know about this place! I gotta share the good food that people are missing out on! A small mom-and-pop wing shop, tucked away in a tiny strip mall on Page, makes it clear they do one thing best.. WINGS, but to be more specific KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN WINGS (KFC), which differs vastly from Colonel Sander's American style chicken wings. Mr. and Mrs. Song cooks up a crunchy, perfectly moist and non-greasy chicken that will fill your wing cravings for sure. Colonel Sander should get a demotion for sure... :P What makes this place so appealing is the range of sauces that are being offered. On the menu board, they have a color-coded menu that lists the intensity of the sauces from hottest (dark red) to mildest (yellow). My favorite two sauces are the creamy Parmesan Garlic and the tangy-sweet sauce of O's Original. If you're feeling indecisive, order the ten wings which allows you choose two different flavors. Not feeling Wings? Try the Bulgogi Wrap which is freakin bomb. Also the Sweet Potato Fries is another force to be reckon with. Quick lunch tip: call ahead if you're on a time crunch since this place gets a lil packed during lunch time. I like the kind of upscale fast food thing they have going here. The wings are served on a nice heavy plate - not in a basket with wax paper. I tried the Hot Mama wings (no breading by request). The coating seemed to be just honey and crushed red pepper, but whatever it was, they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Prices were fair. There are lots of options here, so I"m sure I'll visit again and update. Probably would be five, but I'm not a big fan of Pepsi products and though I asked for low carb, I got a bunch of honey, which doesn't fit the bill. I went here a few months ago and totally forgot to Yelp about it! Good thing I have a pretty good memory when it comes to food :) I was craving some chicken strips like crazy a while back, so I stopped by O! on the way home from work. It was around 4:15, and the place was completely empty. It's in a quiet little strip mall on Page. The place itself is beautifully decorated with lots of bright colors and plenty of seating. There was even a huge flatscreen on the wall if you decided to eat there. I opted for carryout. I ordered the 15 boneless strip combo, which allowed you to choose 3 O Flavors and 2 sides. I chose Thai Chili-Lime, Parmesan Garlic, and Bee-Bee-Q as my sauces. For the sides, I just went with a double order of waffle fries. Everything was quite tasty! The waffle fries were crispy and delicious. All three sauces were lovely, but I think the BBQ was my favorite. The only downside? The chicken doesn't travel well. The bites in the car were tasty, but after a 20 minute car ride home, they weren't nearly as good (although Andy still loved them!). Another downside? The crust of the chicken kinda separates from the meat; it's hard to explain, so think of it this way: you know when you bite into a (bad) onion ring, and the onion slides out, leaving the sad breading shell behind? That's what this chicken did. It was kind of off-putting. Anyway, the food was not bad. I don't know if I would drive out of my way to come back, but I wouldn't object if Andy wanted to visit again. I really hope this place makes it; the empty restaurant, paired with the low visibility doesn't give me much hope for the long term viability of this business. Let's hope I'm wrong! read more

The best sauce of this type for chicken in St. Louis, hands down. The best way to describe it is almost like a spicy maple syrup. The stickiness really helps coat the chicken. The portions are insane. I think I spent like $15 and got a basket of fries, 5 pounded out, battered, and sauced filets, and a drink. It was a massive amount of grub. They had a plethora of sides that are different than the standard side lists (fried pickles or okra). We had the buffalo, original, teriyaki, and chili-lime flavors, all of which were great. We drove farther then I would want for Wings but they were very tasty so I was not too put out about it. We got the Buffalo, Parmesan Cheese Garlic, Original flavor(a nice mild spicy taste) and BBQ. It is easier to tell you what I was not partial to. I did not impressed with the Buffalo flavor. They were ok. The rest? VERY good! I am not a wing expert but these were really good wings that had least amount of fatty skin than most I have had. The Waffle Fries were also very good. They were not drowned in spice, which I appreciate. I like to spice my own fries if necessary at all. The interior was what you would expect from a Wing place. It is not upscale except in the taste of the food. The TV is huge that is on the wall but it was really loud, for my taste, playing football(my husband liked that. heh) TLDR: VERY tasty Wings! Absolutely delicious chicken wings. To be totally fair, this is not a place for traditional American style wings. If you order the boneless wings or any wings with buffalo sauce with the expectation that you'll get the same wings as those from Wing Stop or Buffalo Wild Wings, you'll likely be disappointed. But if you put aside that expectation and allow yourself to be a little adventurous, you'll find yourself pleasantly surprised. The "Hot Mama" and "O's Original" are my personal favorite. I like this place. The wings are juicy, meaty and well-cooked. Actually, most of the flavors do not stand out, but they are still better than wingstop and other wing shops. I like garlic parmesan and Thai chili the most. The fried rice was well-seasoned but a little bit oily for me. The fried sweet potatoes was good but kinda overpriced. I preferred to buy it from BBQ places. The owner is very friendly. The restroom is cleaner than most of Asian restaurants' I have ever been to. O! Wing is so FREAKING good. Like wow this place is value and delicous. IN an unassuming strip mall, this hidden gem is nestled. The menu is pretty expansive, with tons of wing sauces to choose from, as well as some traditional Korean dishes. I loved this place so much I've been like three times in the past month or so. On my first visit I went for 10 wings with 2 sauce, I got the O's original as well as the thai chili lime. Both sauces were delicious although the O's original was on a different level. Like this stick, sweet and savory sauce is elite. Definitely the best sauce on the menu. Now one of my friends actually went for 10 tenders, instead of wings which was about 15 dollars. What happened next was a miracle becuase he was basically brought out like 10 chicken breasts covered in their delicious sauce.. You could easily get 2, maybe even three meals out of the 10 tenders, and they are delicious. I would honestly recommend going for them instead of the wings just becuase of the pure value you get from them. Another sauce I have tried that I think is super good is the hot mam, although it might be kind of an acquired taste. Another hidden gem of this menu is the approximately three dollar tacos, which are huge and come packed with Korean bbq. The food was amazing. The service, however was awful. When we walked in the lady at the counter was not cordial at all, you could tell she didn't want to take our order. When our food was finished, she handed my husband two to-go boxes and a small container, not even in a bag. He told her it was for there and she rudely told him they were closing early; we're guessing 9 pm bc it was 8:45pm. When my husband asked if we could eat there really fast (we live an hour away), she rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. At that point we were done. My favorite wing place thus far! I used to be a (fairly) regular customer at Buffalo Wild Wings and I've had Wing Stop before too, and this is by far the best wings I've ever had. The best flavors, in my opinion, are the Original and Thai Chili Lime. Those are must-tries! One taste and you'll love it! The wings are extremely flavorful, inside and out, because it's pre-marinated. The skin is extra crispy, unlike a lot of the other wing places. And I have to say...the consistency of the food quality here is exceptional in comparison to other wing places. On top of that, the owners and servers are all super friendly and welcoming. It's a very nice atmosphere to have lunch/dinner. So if you're a wing lover, and even if you're not so crazy about wings, this is a place you HAVE to try. read more
