Thankfully, his daughter stepped in with kindness and offered to remake my sandwich, which I appreciated. To keep customers satisfied, it's important not to become upset when a mistake is made. When we went, we first ordered the 2x3 tender-wing combo (Level 2 heat) w/ side of Mac & Cheese and Chuck's sauce/Honey Sriracha Aioli; and also ordered the Chicken Sandwich (Level 3 heat) + coleslaw w/ side of French Fries and Chuck's sauce. First piece of advice I would go up with the heat level, we overestimated the level. For someone who wanted heat but not too much heat, level 3 was too mild and could have done level 4/5, same for level 2 could have done level 3.
