The chicken was great! I got a 1 on the hot chicken sandwich and it was perfect spice for me! We got our food quickly and the chicken was great! The fries were also delicious! But a side is not included. You can order a shareable side or add a side for 3 dollars. The place has spots to sit and tables, good music playing (maybe a tad loud), but not some fancy date spot. Definitely a place I'd get for pickup though! No one takes your order, you just order at a kiosk, so self-serve. All in all, not a place I'd go to hang out but the food was delicious!

My brother and I stopped by Chuck's on a weekday afternoon to try the chicken sandwiches after hearing great things about them. We've been twice now, and the first time got a spice level 2 which was pretty mild and underwhelming. This time we ordered a spice level 3 sandwich, which had a nice kick to it and carried some heat. The fries were also very crispy and fresh, although I don't think I'd get them every time as they're pretty pricey. I honestly don't really care for the chuck's sauce-- it's very reminiscent of Chick-Fil-A sauce and for a hot chicken sandwich I'd rather have the ranch instead, but that's just my two cents. The inside seating is not much, with picnic tables that are a little wobbly. Service was about what I expected; it's similar to Seoul taco in that you order, pick it up at the counter, and end up cleaning your own table. They also run some discounts once in a while which is nice! Overall, a solid chicken sandwich although it's also on the pricier side. I'll plan to be back sometime to try the more traditional Nashville hot chicken.

Holy moly this place is SO GOOD. We were looking for lunch and happened to be near here, my husband saw it as we drove by and wanted to try it. Customer service was so nice and helpful. We each got a sandwich (a 1 was perfect for me, my husband loves spice and he said the 3 was actually really spicy and he would like to try a 2 next time!). We split sides of fries (which were so delicious and crispy) and the mac n cheese (white cheddar and so thick and tasty). We also got the corn fritters which are basically creamed corn fritters and omg I loved them. They were the star for me. Great Food, great service, clean location. We'll be back!

Went to Chuck's in Rock Hill because my mother had been wanting to try their chicken for awhile. It's located in a strip mall off Manchester Rd, plenty of parking, next to A'mi's. They offer a few tables/benches to sit at for dining in. Them employees are very nice and helpful. We ordered at the counter. We were informed that we could either order at the kiosk or the counter, seeing as no one was waiting to order we opted for the counter since we had questions. Our order consisted of: ***Traditional Chicken and Waffles $14.99 3 chicken strips and 2 waffles w/ buttermilk ranch ***2x2 White 2 whole wings w/ Chucks sauce $11.49 both orders we opted with a level 0 heat. We waited about 15-20 minutes for our order, only to get home and realize that EVERYTHING was basically luke warm bordering on cold.........whaaaaaaaat!!!! The chicken wasn't crispy. Why were we told that they were making the order hot-n-fresh if they're giving out chicken that had been sitting out ready to go. What was the point of waiting?????? The waffle wasn't what I expected. I was expecting a traditional waffle, not a liege waffle, that was hard as a rock. When paying $28.66 I expected the food to be hot-n-fresh and have some sort of flavor. I could have went to Popeye's and saved money, rec'd flavorful chicken that is temperature hot or I could have gone to Porter's Chicken, where I know my food is made to order and served PIPING HOT and FRESH. I'm extremely disappointed in this place. For the price point and portions, it's definitely not worth it!!! There are waaayyyyy better chicken options to chose from in the STL.

I've had Chuck's Hot Chicken three times now via DoorDash and it always delivers (no pun intended). This spot was named Yelp Elites favorite fried chicken in Missouri, and I can understand why the Squad says so! Each time I've gotten the sandwich. First off, solid quality. The quality of the chicken is A+. It's juicy and thick, and you feel great about eating it. I've gotten the same mild sauce each time because I'm predictable, but it's a good balance! It gives a super little kick and still tolerable to eat. It comes with pickles (the GOOD kind of pickles) and I ordered a side of ranch to dip it in. The ranch is so good, definitely homemade and thin. If you know you know. I've gotten fries for the side twice, and Mac n cheese once. The fries are seasoned and crispy, and come with a good portion size. The Mac n cheese is super good as well! Creamy and saucy, and the noodles weren't overcooked. I can't speak on service or ambiance, but I can say that the order was ready quickly for my driver. Looking forward towards my next Chucks adventure!

I'm a straight sucker for a fried chicken sandwich. Let's be honest, Popeyes started all this hoopla. Even the McChicken and Chick fil a didn't get that much hype. In any case, Chuck's does things the right way. The chicken is high quality, the spice levels are great and the food actually has legitimate heat. I had both the sandwich with cheese and the tenders. Both were sprinkled generously with spice and were piping hot. Dipping sauces were great as well. This may be, hands down the best chicken sandwich in STL. Boom!

First time ordering lunch for the office from Chucks. Everyone loved the chicken across the board. Flavorful and cooked to absolute perfection. The only complaint was we didn't get any sauce at all -- not the sauce that was supposed to come with the meals or the extra sides of sauce we ordered. It was completely missing. Also, no pickles were included with any of the chicken strips. We were able to scrounge together some miscellaneous sauces, but we all really were looking forward to trying out the chucks sauce and ranch! Otherwise, food was hot and fresh. Restaurant pickup was extremely easy with friendly service. I just wish I checked the bag!

I always love some good fried chicken so I love that there is a new spot nearby! Ordering process and pickup at Chucks was super easy and fast. We ordered the chicken tenders (level 0 - not spicy), and chicken sandwich (level 2) with fries and cheese curds. Unfortunately they gave us corn fritters instead of the cheese curds but I actually ended up loving the corn fritters! They aren't something I would normally order but they had a nice sweetness to them. I love that they have the option to have no heat if spicy isn't your thing (like me). I did try a bite of the level 2 sandwich and it had a nice kick to it without being overwhelming. They have lots of options for level of heat so there is something for everyone! I cannot be convinced that each of my chicken tenders wasn't an entire chicken breast. They were enormous! I couldn't finish 3 as a meal. They definitely do not skimp on portion sizes! Really the only downside was not receiving the garlic cheese curds we ordered but I would go back to try them and eat here again?

    5 Piece Chicken Strips

I have nothing but great things to say about Chucks Hot Chicken! I had the 5 piece chicken strips, and although I'm not a chicken tenders girly, these were so delicious. Not only were they a great size (shareable if you will) but the skin was sweet and savory. My only reservation is the cost. These came to $17! The menu says "market" when you order. But, they are pretty much worth the cost. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something casual and scrumptious! Next time I will try the cake.

3 Chicken Tenders (Medium) w/ Fries
    Abigail R.

Stopped in for a quick bite and loved it! We ordered the 3 chicken tender with fries, 5 chicken tenders with fries and the spicy chicken sandwich all in medium. The chicken was well spiced, juicy, and the portions were incredibly generous, loved the seasoned fries. You walk in and order in a kiosk and food is ready fairly quickly. Such a satisfying meal and you will have leftovers,

Amighetti's scratches that itch and then some. I've only ever ordered delivery from this location so far, but every time it's been perfect. This is a sandwich for serious sandwich-eaters: the Special, packed with meats, plenty of (free) toppings, the right amount of vinegary dressing, and delivered with care. I added a bottle of local root beer to my order and it came very thoughtfully packed in a protective cardboard box. My only criticism is the cole slaw comes in such a tiny container -- but it's likely what you'd expect if you were picking up your work of art from the counter in a basket. Very recommended.

I'd attend such a meeting, but more so for the lulz (but also to share my beliefs). I'm pleased to report that there's none of that going on here, that I'm aware of. Granted, this was a Sunday morning. I was there with my running group as part of our ongoing unofficial breakfast burrito tour, the last such stop until this fall, due to upcoming marathon training. Of course it was the most unpleasant day of the year, maybe ever, with a heat index of 117 (no hyperbole). I changed shirts before I came in and then sweated through that shirt as well. One of the ladies I was with left a gross pool of sweat in her chair after she left. It didn't occur to me to pull a Charlamagne tha God until hours later. I'm growing as a human being. Part of that growth is gradually coming to realize that seasonal lattes, unless they have sort of especially distinct flavor, like banana, aren't going to taste like anything other generic artificial sweetener, let alone what they purport to be. I considered ordering an iced caramel latte, but I figured what the heck. I went with something called a Miso Brown Sugar Latte. It was good for what it was, but I don't know that anyone, if you gave it to them to try, could identify it as that. I liked the fact that it had a somewhat more pronounced coffee flavor, compared to some places where it mostly just tastes like a glass of milk. I wasn't as crazy about the fact that it took a while for the ice cubes to cool it down, probably longer than it would have taken if it were served in a glass cup. I went with something called the Annex Burrito, which I didn't realize until after I ordered it is not the only burrito they carry. I guess you can also get a bog-standard breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs and cheese. This one comes with corn, beans and some sort of unidentified crema for the same amount. Maybe they give you less bacon. Mine didn't have a lot of bacon, but the bacon it did have was not crisp and had a precooked vibe. The latter was more of an issue for me than the former. I'm a savage in that way. I did appreciate the fact that it was griddled, possibly using a panini press. The exterior was ever so slightly crisp, while the interior was pizza roll-level molten. The overall vibe was similar to those microwave burritos they used to carry at 7-11, but in a good way. All I needed was a mini truck enthusiast magazine filled with photos of bikini-clad Latinas and a Windex-blue Slurpee, but I was able to make do with a lukewarm mystery latte and the old ladies I run with. I'm resourceful.
