Scam stay way, called Sam's Pull-A-Part Used Auto Parts before driving there specifically to make…read moresure they had the vehicle I was looking for. They told me it was there and even directed me to where it was located. I spent about 30 minutes searching for it, went back and asked them again, and they insisted it was there. I searched again and eventually found out the vehicle had apparently already been scrapped. They told me their inventory system isn't kept up to date and that they've been doing business this way for 50 years. I also paid the $2 entrance fee, and even after explaining what happened, they refused to refund it. The $2 isn't the issue, it's the principle. If you call ahead and are told a specific vehicle is there, you should be able to rely on that information, I even explained having the vehicle here does not guarantee the part I needed and I realize that. Be aware that their online inventory may not reflect what is actually on the property... in a word, unethical wasn't helpful that they kept blaming the owner.

This one star is for the manager of the store. Went in to pick up an online order. When I arrived…read moreone of the items (an aerosol spray) had clearly exploded and the contents inside had leaked out. The representative attending me tested it out and nothing was coming out of the spray, because it was empty. The manager of the store saw this and spoke to him in Spanish, saying "eso esta bueno" (translation: thats good). I'm a native/ fluent Spanish speaker, so I understood what he said. Still, another representative said the spray was trash. The manager told him, "don't say that". He then pulled him aside and I could over hear him saying that they shouldn't say things like that in front of customers. So in other words, the manager was hoping I would have walked out with the spray, to then find out that it wasn't good but not be able to return it because he could say I used it. My advice: make sure you double check your items before you walk out the store. They might try to give you something that doesn't even work.
