Phelan was especially awesome. He made sure I was looking for the correct item, and when they didn't have it in stock, he actually took the time to check other locations to see if he could track it down for me. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find! I really appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was. I came in looking for one hard-to-find item and left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping me find it. Huge shoutout to Phelan for going above and beyond! Definitely the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.

This Autozone sold my friend defective parts that resulted in a ceased engine. He was able to work…read morewith a mechanic to prove the parts were defective and he presented the evidence to Autozone. For over a year now, they keep giving him the run around and delaying their response hoping he will give up. He has put so much time, energy and money into trying to get some compensation from Autozone and they just don't seem to care. I heard similar stories from other people who bought defective parts from them, so I would be wary of buying auto parts from this location or any other Autozone.

My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!

I recently found a higher quality rebuilt alternator at A-Line for less money than the 3 big chains in town. They also loaned me tools to swap out the fan shroud that I forgot to remove at home. One big differentiator for A-Line is that they can resurface heads (and I would assume rotors) with a full machining shop. I will always check with them first when searching for replacement parts.

I stopped in two weeks ago with my boat trailer and the young man in service came out to look and measured the wheels with their template. We also discussed the overhaul project I'm undertaking and he was super helpful, offering to walk the trailer and order anything needed, as well as answer questions. He gave the wheel and tire info to the guy at the counter. The counter guy took my name and number, "Should be here in about a week." Stopped by after hearing nothing and the same counter guy knew nothing about the order or the discussion. I left with "thank you" and received the standard "no problem". Never wonder why people shop online or with out of state dealers for parts and such.
