    Such a little cutie!

It's hard for me to believe why the negative reviews on this place. I had a really great experience with Lucas from sales buying my little trailer. He was very helpful and honest and I got an incredible deal on an unused 2023 model with an out of state delivery (that delivery company was great too actually with a nice lady driver) I also dealt with a sales manager who was courteous and helpful as well. PS. I did arrange for a private inspector at my expense.

The copper pipe was so bent that the tech could not attach it. Had it been attached before the explosion, it should have been straight.

Please, please do not buy from here, for your own safety!!! I purchased a brand new Lance 2075 from here in August. I was told that everything was checked and safe. However, the very first time I used the stove, it exploded. It burned my right arm, burned off my hair, blew open windows that were locked, warped the front door so that it no longer seals shut, broke window latches, the filter under the refrigerator melted and sprayed across the entire trailer, thankfully missing me but damaging the trailer and my property. I had picked up the RV in Round Rock and brought it to Wichita Falls. After the explosion I hired an RV teach to look at the stove to see if it was safe. He didn't see any leaks. The next time I tried to use the stove, the propane sensor went off after a few minutes. Not wanting another explosion, I discontinued using it until I could have another tech look at it. What the most recent tech found was very upsetting. The copper pipe that runs the propane to the stove was never attached. There is a crimping sleeve that is supposed to keep the pipe attached under the stove that was never crimped down to secure the pipe. So when I was using the stove, propane was building up in the trailer and ignited. Also, I was living in a trailer that was spewing propane. When I contacted Princess Craft to let them know what happened, I received no sympathy or apology. I emailed them photos along with the invoice from the RV tech and his findings. I was told that they can't verify what I was claiming (aka: I'm a liar) and that I would need to bring the RV to them. I explained that I have already paid for the month where I'm staying and it would take several hundred dollars in gas to bring the RV there. I asked if they could send someone here and possibly bring me a trailer to stay in since this is my only home. This was also declined. Understandably, I don't have any faith in the service technicians at Princess Craft. I believe that once I take it in there they will find a way to pass off blame so that they are not responsible. It seems they are unwilling to take any responsibility for their mistake. Not quite sure where to go from here since I'm living in an RV that is probably no longer weather proof and I have no other home.

At Princess Craft all hitched up and ready to roll.

We drove all the way from Southern California to Round Rock, Texas through a snow storm to buy our brand new trailer. We would do it again minus the snow storm. Princess Craft is a family owned full-service RV dealership with down-to-earth knowledgeable people who bend over backwards to help you out. Thank you to PJ (owner), Steve (sales), Kevin (service), Brook (parts), and Ed (finance). You all are awesome, and I am so happy!

Thank you Princess for making my 2021 camping dreams come true!

Unresponsive after leaving messages. Not a good trait for an RV business. I tried by phone and by their web portal. Nothing.

We told them we needed it in 20 days or so for a trip. They apparently replaced a lot of parts on the generator but couldn't get it to work before we had to leave for our trip. So who knows whether those parts were necessary. They didn't even start working on the inspection or replacing missing bulbs until the last possible day. They said it was ready to pick up but when we got there, it wasn't. They had just done the inspection and were replacing lights. They identified several things that would have been good to fix, but they didn't have the ability to fix them. It would have been nice if they told us these issues with enough time to take the RV elsewhere to get fixed. They had us waiting at their shop for 2 hours, even until after close, while they finished working on lights. As we sat there patiently but getting increasingly perturbed, they eventually gave us a Bass Pro Shop giftcard and said they hoped we'd leave them a good review. The next morning when we set off for our trip, we no longer had interior battery power at all, and would continue to have no battery power until we finally got it fixed at a competitor. That meant no interior lights at all while we drove. We paid Shoreline over $2000 and basically all we had to show for it was a few fixed exterior lights, and few new generator parts for a generator that still didn't run, and a broken electrical system for our cross-country trip. Epic waste of money. Instead of bribing customers with a $25 Bass Pro Shop card, they should try improving their service, hiring mechanics who can fix generators (or declining to work on them), and not waiting until the very last hours to do a job. We will not be going back and have luckily found another place to take our RV for service.

I was thrilled when I saw the work that they did and how flawless it looked. I was very impressed at the level of quality and the detail they achieved in restoring my RV back to great condition. You can see from the photos how good it looks and how bad the original damage was. If I had any complaints it would be a little better communication and letting me know the status of the job. They are slammed with work and I know that sometimes can affect communication. On the flipside though, they worked with my budget and they finished several days before they said it would be done which was AWESOME! The bottom line is that I would definitely use these guys again for sure. They earned my trust and my business and overall I came away very impressed with the whole experience and so I feel like that deserves a full five stars.
