They diagnosed and found I needed both upper ball joints, right tire rod end, right caliper and brake line, both front rotors and brake shoes. The problem was so severe the tires were toasted. Next they run our credit and come back with incorrect numbers not upholding to terms of $27,000 out the door. I reccomend not to do business here, as they will say they agreed to terms then in fact they do not uphold to the agreement when bringing finalized paper agreements to you at the end. Now my credit was ran for no reason. Not to mention we were over looking vehicle and paper work spent 2hrs there. I would give a zero on star rating if I could.

The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.
