I had spent the last 9 months in and out of dealerships, being haggled and harassed. I'm glad to say I did business with Triple C, Charles and his son Chris were professional, friendly, and made the process super easy and painless. Charles gave me an awesome and fair deal on my vehicle being traded in. I drove up from Frisco on a Monday, Chris stayed late as I had some issues with my original loan. I asked to come back the next day as it was getting late. On Tuesday I drove back up and dropped off my truck and the loan, and I drove off in my new 2015 ford f-250. I couldn't be any more pleased with the whole transaction. To include the continuous and prompt communication from Charles and Chris even after my sale. I would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow veterans. They will take good care of you.

The Big Brand experience has taken what was already a trusted and valued name in automotive and tire repair and elevated it another notch. The lobby is clean and welcoming, with fresh paint and TV monitors that keep you informed about where your vehicle is in the service process. The employees are on their game, knowledgeable, and excellent at communicating with customers. I was on my way out of town and had a low tire. They noticed a "pop" when pulling into the garage. They pulled off the front tires and found the bushings were bad. They showed me the part that was cracked and worn. I scheduled the service and although it did take longer than expected --Isaiah offered to give me a ride home. NOW that is service! This sweet young man was even a gentleman and waited to make sure I got in the house okay before driving away. He offered to come pick me up when it was ready. But that was not necessary. It cost me $1200 and I had looked up the service and the Jeep dealership would have been $5000 so I considered it a great price!

I can't say enough good things about this business. As a FT RVer you are often stuck in remote…read moreplaces and have to hope that the repair service you contact is legit & knows what they are doing and also don't rip you off at the same time. The part of TX I'm in is pretty remote & difficult to find or order parts in a timely manner. I bought a replacement motor for my levelling system and hired Shawn Hanks to install it for me. He told me right up front that he was reluctant to only replace the motor and not the whole assembly but I told him to go ahead anyway. Long story short, turned out the pump was bad as well so I ordered the whole assembly and he got it working perfectly. On top of that my wipers had just frozen up on my way here and he analyzed it and the wiper motor wasn't producing power. I ordered a wiper motor and he said that hopefully that would solve the problem but it was possible that the switch had burned out as well and we wouldn't know until we replaced the motor. Sure enough the new motor provided power but the switch was not working. Replaced the switch and we're back in business. I cannot recommend Shawn highly enough for his professionalism & knowledge and making multiple trips to get me sorted. If you're ever at the TT in Gordonsville, don't bother checking around for anyone except Knights Mobile RV Repair.
